When a user places an order for home services, the user needs to select the home service time. Introducing a process of determining price information of the order according to the resource information corresponding to the service time interval, and determining the price information of the order according to the lowest price, the available coupon, the service subsidy and the extra additional fee corresponding to the service time interval under the condition that the order state of the order is not placed; determining a refund amount of the order according to a minimum refund amount, an available coupon, a service subsidy and an extra additional fee corresponding to the service time period under the condition that the order state of the order is placed, wherein final price information of the order is determined based on initial price information of the order and the refund amount of the order; wherein the surcharge is determined based on a surcharge corresponding to the bonus period and/or a surcharge corresponding to the bonus tag.
In determining price information for an order, the order status of the order needs to be determined. And determining the price information of the order according to the lowest price, the available coupon, the service subsidy and the extra additional fee corresponding to the selected service time interval under the condition that the order state of the order is not placed, wherein the price information of the order is determined by subtracting the amount corresponding to the coupon, the amount corresponding to the service subsidy and the amount corresponding to the extra additional fee on the basis of the lowest price. The surcharge in this embodiment is determined based on at least one of the surcharge corresponding to the added-price period and the surcharge corresponding to the added-price tag. The following describes a process for determining price information of an order by using a specific example, for example, the lowest price corresponding to a selected service period is 100 yuan, the available coupon corresponding to the current service period is 5 yuan, the service allowance is 10 yuan, the premium includes a night premium 30 yuan, and the price information of the order is 115 yuan.
It should be noted that, in the case where the current order corresponds to a plurality of service periods, for each service period, the corresponding price information may be determined according to the minimum price, the available coupon, the service subsidy, and the additional fee, and the price information of the order may be determined based on the price information corresponding to each of the plurality of service periods.
And determining the refund amount of the order according to the minimum refund amount corresponding to the service time interval, the available coupon, the service subsidy and the extra additional fee aiming at the condition that the order state of the order is the order, wherein the refund amount of the order is determined by subtracting the amount corresponding to the coupon, subtracting the amount corresponding to the service subsidy and adding the amount corresponding to the extra additional fee on the basis of the minimum refund amount. Referring to fig. 5, a specific example of modifying the service period in the case where the order status is that an order has been placed, when modifying the service period, a prompt allowing modification only once is displayed, so that the user can know the number of times of modification based on the prompt. After the date corresponding to the service period is changed to be 5 months and 27 numbers, compared with the previous date which needs 6 yuan of money to be replenished, a plurality of non-selectable time selection cards corresponding to the current target time component are in a gray state, and selectable time selection cards are in a black state, so that the highlight display of the modifiable time can be ensured. An unselectable prompt may be output when the unselectable time selection card is clicked. The prompts herein may differ from context to context, e.g., may be non-modifiable near the service start time, non-modifiable beyond the coupon time range, non-modifiable earlier than the original appointment time, or non-modifiable already at the appointment, etc. In the present case, the service period modified by the user is from 19 o 'clock to 21 o' clock (service duration is 2 hours) in the night of 27 days of 5 months, and the service period needs to be supplemented by 6 yuan in the event that the date is changed and 30 yuan in the night is supplemented, so that the service period needs to be supplemented by 36 yuan. The condition of available coupons and service subsidies is not shown schematically in fig. 5, and the target time in fig. 5 is highlighted compared with other times (for example, the content in the corresponding time selection card is shown in bold), so as to realize indirect display of the changed service time interval.
According to the implementation process, under the condition that the order state of the order is not placed, price information of the order is determined and displayed based on the service time interval selected by the user, so that the user can conveniently and visually know the service price before placing the order; under the condition that the order state of the order is the order, the refund amount is determined and displayed based on the service time period modified by the user, a modification entrance can be provided and the refund amount can be displayed after the order is placed, modification can be efficiently completed, and the user experience is improved.
According to the overall implementation process of the order processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a time selection instruction for any order is received, the time selection page corresponding to the order state is displayed according to the order state of the order, the customized time selection page can be displayed based on the order state, and the display of the corresponding time selection page can be triggered before and after the order is placed; under the condition that a first input triggered by any time component in the time selection page is received, the target time component is selected, the service time interval and the price information of the order are determined and displayed according to the target time component, so that a user can conveniently and directly check the price information of the order before placing the order, the service time interval is efficiently updated after placing the order, the prices before and after updating are known, and the use experience of the user is optimized.
Further, the first comparison page is generated and displayed under the condition that the first input triggered by any N time components in the time selection page is received, so that a user can conveniently know price information of M business services related to the current order, the user can conveniently select a corresponding service time interval based on the price, and the cost is reduced under the condition that the service time interval is ensured to meet the user requirement; according to the currently triggered N target time components, N service time interval sets and N resource information sets are determined, or K service time interval sets and K resource information sets are determined, the service time interval sets and the resource information sets corresponding to the current orders can be determined by adopting corresponding strategies based on the selected target time components, and the determination modes of the service time interval sets and the resource information sets are enriched.
Under the condition that the order state of the order is not placed, price information of the order is determined and displayed based on the service time interval selected by the user, so that the user can conveniently and visually know the service price before placing the order; under the condition that the order state of the order is the order, the refund amount is determined and displayed based on the service time period modified by the user, a modification entrance can be provided and the refund amount can be displayed after the order is placed, modification can be efficiently completed, and the user experience is improved.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an order processing apparatus, as shown in fig. 6, including:
a first display module 601, configured to respond to a time selection instruction for any order, and according to an order state of the order, display a time selection page corresponding to the order state, where the time selection page includes at least one time component corresponding to a reservable date, and resource information corresponding to the order state and the reservable date is displayed in the time component;
the processing module 602 is configured to, in a case where a first input triggered by any time component in the time selection page is received, in response to the first input, determine a service period of the order according to a currently triggered target time component, determine price information of the order according to resource information configured by the target time component, and display the service period and the price information of the order.
Optionally, the order is associated with M business services in the same business category; the device further comprises:
a determining module, configured to determine, in response to a first input triggered by any N time components in the time selection page and according to a currently triggered target time component, at least one service period set and at least one resource information set corresponding to the order in response to the first input, where the service period set includes service periods corresponding to M service services, and the resource information set includes resource information corresponding to M service services;
a generating and displaying module, configured to generate and display a first comparison page according to the at least one service period set and the at least one resource information set, where the first comparison page includes display areas corresponding to the at least one service period set, respectively, and the display areas include price information associated with the service period sets;
wherein M, N are all positive integers.
Optionally, the determining module includes:
a first determining submodule, configured to determine N service period sets and N resource information sets according to currently triggered N target time components, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, a first service period in the service period sets is determined based on the corresponding target time component, at least one second service period in the service period sets is determined based on the first service period and a preset rule, and the first service period is a first service period in the service period sets;
or alternatively
And the second determining submodule is used for determining K service time interval sets and K resource information sets according to the currently triggered N target time components, wherein K is a positive integer smaller than N.
Optionally, the processing module includes:

Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the second display module is used for displaying first prompt information of price adjustment when the third determining submodule determines the starting time corresponding to the order and the target time is in the pricing time period;
and the third display module is used for displaying second prompt information which can provide quick service and adjust price when the third determining submodule determines the starting time corresponding to the order and the target time corresponds to the pricing label.
Optionally, the fifth determining sub-module includes:
a first determining unit, configured to determine price information of the order according to a minimum price, an available coupon, a service subsidy, and an extra surcharge corresponding to the service time period when the order state of the order is that no order is placed;
a second determining unit, configured to determine a refund amount of the order according to a minimum reimbursement amount, an available coupon, a service subsidy and an extra premium corresponding to the service time period when the order state of the order is that the order has been placed, where final price information of the order is determined based on initial price information of the order and the refund amount of the order;
wherein the surcharge is determined based on a surcharge corresponding to the bonus period and/or a surcharge corresponding to the bonus tag.

An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, including: the order processing method comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the order processing method embodiment is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and the details are not repeated herein for avoiding repetition.

Claims (10)
1. An order processing method, comprising:
responding to a time selection instruction for any order, and displaying a time selection page corresponding to the order state according to the order state of the order, wherein the time selection page comprises at least one time component corresponding to a reservation date, and resource information corresponding to the order state and the reservation date is displayed in the time component;
under the condition that a first input triggered by any time component in the time selection page is received, responding to the first input, determining the service time interval of the order according to a currently triggered target time component, determining the price information of the order according to the resource information configured by the target time component, and displaying the service time interval and the price information of the order.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the order is associated with M business services in the same business category;
under the condition that first input triggered by any N time components in the time selection page is received, responding to the first input, and determining at least one service time interval set and at least one resource information set corresponding to the order according to a currently triggered target time component, wherein the service time interval set comprises service time intervals corresponding to M times of business services respectively, and the resource information set comprises resource information corresponding to M times of business services respectively;
generating and displaying a first comparison page according to the at least one service time interval set and the at least one resource information set, wherein the first comparison page comprises display areas respectively corresponding to the at least one service time interval set, and the display areas comprise price information associated with the service time interval sets;
wherein M, N are all positive integers.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining at least one set of service periods and at least one set of resource information for the order based on the currently triggered target time component comprises:
determining N service time period sets and N resource information sets according to N currently triggered target time components, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, a first service time period in each service time period set is determined based on the corresponding target time component, at least one second service time period in each service time period set is determined based on the first service time period and a preset rule, and the first service time period is a first service time period in each service time period set;
or
And determining K service time interval sets and K resource information sets according to the currently triggered N target time components, wherein K is a positive integer smaller than N.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the service period of the order according to a currently triggered target time component and determining the price information of the order according to the resource information configured by the target time component in response to the first input comprises:
responding to first input of the target time component and a target time in the target time component, and determining a starting time corresponding to the order;
determining the service time interval of the order according to the starting time and the service duration of the order;
after the service time interval of the order is determined, price information of the order is determined according to the resource information corresponding to the service time interval.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the time component corresponds to at least one time selection card, each time selection card corresponds to a start time, and the start times corresponding to different time selection cards in the same time component are different from each other, and each time selection card is configured with resource information corresponding to the order status, the start time corresponding to the time selection card, and the bookable date corresponding to the time component.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, wherein in determining a starting time corresponding to the order in response to the first input of the target time component and a target time in the target time component, further comprising:
under the condition that the target time is in the pricing time period, displaying first prompt information of price adjustment;
and displaying second prompt information which can provide quick service and adjust the price under the condition that the target moment corresponds to the added price label.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the determining the price information of the order according to the resource information corresponding to the service period comprises:
under the condition that the order state of the order is not placed, determining price information of the order according to the lowest price, the available coupons, the service subsidies and the extra additional fees corresponding to the service time interval;
determining a refund amount of the order according to a minimum refund amount, an available coupon, a service subsidy and an extra additional fee corresponding to the service time period under the condition that the order state of the order is placed, wherein final price information of the order is determined based on initial price information of the order and the refund amount of the order;
wherein the surcharge is determined based on a surcharge corresponding to the bonus period and/or a surcharge corresponding to the bonus tag.
8. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first display module, a second display module and a third display module, wherein the first display module is used for responding to a time selection instruction for any order and displaying a time selection page corresponding to the order state according to the order state of the order, the time selection page comprises at least one time component corresponding to a bookable date, and resource information corresponding to the order state and the bookable date is displayed in the time component;
and the processing module is used for responding to the first input under the condition that the first input triggered by any time component in the time selection page is received, determining the service time interval of the order according to the currently triggered target time component, determining the price information of the order according to the resource information configured by the target time component, and displaying the service time interval and the price information of the order.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the order processing method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the order processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
