To facilitate understanding of the customer-side client-related implementation, the preparation before starting the voice communication is first described below. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, in the process of performing voice communication through the voice space, an entry for performing answer interaction with the first user is provided for the consumer user, and in the interaction process, specific product attribute information can be revealed, so that before the specific voice communication starts, a target product that needs to be interacted in the voice space can be configured in advance, especially in a case where a plurality of target products that need to be interacted are associated with one "blind box", and a plurality of pieces of prompt information need to be configured for each target product. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, a workbench system may be provided for the first user side in advance, and the workbench may be used to create a "blind box", create a voice space, "add a" blind box "before or during the start of voice live broadcast, and issue a prompt condition corresponding to a specific target product, and so on. Of course, since operations such as creation of a specific "blind box" and creation of a voice space can be performed before voice communication such as live broadcasting starts, the creation may be performed by the first user himself or by another assisting person, and the like.
Specifically, the first user in this embodiment of the present application may be a user with identities such as an anchor broadcast corresponding to a specific merchant, or, in an optimal implementation, may also be a user who launches an interaction function in the voice space process in this embodiment of the present application by a platform side of a specific commodity information service system, and may send an invitation to multiple merchants, and a merchant that accepts the invitation may submit a specific commodity, where at this time, the first user may be a user with identities such as an anchor broadcast on the platform side. In the method, as for the 'hidden money' commodity associated with the 'blind box', prompt information needs to be provided to a consumer user by a first user in a voice live broadcast process, the prompt information can also be multiple pieces, and the prompt information is issued to the user in multiple times. For example, in one implementation, after a certain "blind box" is created through a "blind box creation" interface of a workbench, and a plurality of "money for sale" commodities are associated, as shown in fig. 3, operation controls for configuring prompt information (for example, "clue words" in the figure) for the "money for sale" commodity may also be displayed in the "my blind box" interface, and a plurality of prompt information may be configured for a specific "money for sale" commodity through the operation controls. After the arrangement of the prompt information is completed, the correspondence between the specific prompt information and the ID of the specific "blind box", the ID of the associated "secret money" product, and the like may be stored.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, different "blind boxes" and different commodities may be associated with each voice communication, so that a specific workstation on the first user side may also be used to create a specific voice space, and when creating the voice space, as shown in fig. 4, information such as a name, a title, a background map, a broadcast time, and a cover map of the voice space may be configured. Wherein the cover drawings, names, etc. can be used for presentation in the entry links of the speech space. The background map can be displayed as the background of the interactive interface of the specific live broadcast room.
After completion of the creation of the speech space, a pre-created "blind box" may be associated with the particular speech space before or during the start of the communication with the second user. For example, as shown in fig. 5, an interface such as "my voice room" may also be provided in a particular workstation. Therein, as shown at 51, an operation option for adding a "blind box" to the voice space may be provided in the interface, and after clicking the operation option, an ID list of the already created "blind box" or the like may be presented for selection. After the "blind box" selection is complete, the specific "blind box" information can be associated to the speech space through the "up shelf" option shown at 52.
Of course, the above is described by taking as an example the implementation manner in which one "blind box" associates multiple commodities, and if a "blind box" only needs to associate a single commodity and perform answer interaction with a consumer user based on the commodity, the foregoing configuration process can be used specifically, and only after the commodity in the "blind box" is revealed, the "blind box" no longer has a random attribute.
After completing the processes of creation of "blind box", configuration of reminder information of "secret money" goods, creation of voice space, addition of "blind box" of voice space, shelving, and the like, a portal link for accessing the voice space may be provided in the client on the consumer user side. For example, as shown at 61 in FIG. 6, the above-described portal link may be provided in a page such as the client's home page. The specific voice space may be added with a "blind box" which is associated with one or more commodities, wherein the "blind box" is used for responding to a purchase operation of a user, and the display state of the specific associated commodity can be switched in an interaction process with the user. In order to achieve the above object, in a preferred embodiment, at least one first resource bit and at least one second resource bit may be provided in the interactive interface. Wherein, the at least one first resource position can be used for displaying the at least one target sale object, and operation options such as 'purchase immediately' and the like can be provided in the first resource position. As described above, in order to enable the consumer user to obtain a response opportunity, an interactive operation control may be provided in the interactive interface, and the consumer user may obtain the right to answer questions through the interactive operation control. Or, if the specific voice space is a voice live broadcast room, that is, voice communication is performed in a voice live broadcast manner, in a preferred embodiment, specific answer interaction may be performed in a microphone-connected manner. At this time, as shown at 75 in fig. 7(B), a word pattern such as "click to connect to the microphone" may be displayed on the specific interactive operation control, and the second user may obtain a chance to connect to the microphone with the first user by clicking the operation option, and then the second user who successfully connects to the microphone may directly obtain an authority to answer the question, so that the second user may answer the question in a voice manner, and at the same time, other second users in the voice space may also hear the given answer, and so on.
It should be noted that the specific interactive operation control may exist in a default state, and is only shown in an inoperable state, and is switched to an operable state after the first user gives specific prompt information, and may be switched back to the inoperable state after determining the user who obtains the right to answer the question. Alternatively, such an interactive operation control may be provided in the interactive interface after the first user gives the prompt message, and so on.
In addition, during specific implementation, regarding the state switching of the interactive operation control, a specific control interface can be provided in the workbench of the first user side. For example, in the way of the microphone interaction, as shown in fig. 8, a specific microphone operation interface may be provided in the workbench of the first user side, and an "microphone up" operation option may be provided as shown at 81 in the interface. After the first user issues a certain piece of prompt information about the current target commodity, a message for switching the state of the interactive operation control can be sent out through the operation option in the interface. Correspondingly, the message can be provided to the client of each second user through the server, and the client executes specific interactive operation control state switching operation. In this way, the first user can more flexibly control the state of the specific interactive operation control.
Of course, in a specific implementation, as shown at 82 in fig. 8, an operation option of specifying a second user to connect to the microphone by a directed invitation may also be provided for the first user, so that, in a case where the second user participates in "answering" for a plurality of times and has an error in answer, the first user may actively invite a certain second user to answer to the microphone by inputting a nickname of a specific second user, or the like. Through the mode, in the voice live broadcast process, the prompt information is provided for the target commodity through the first user, and the commodity attribute information is displayed in the interactive mode of answering by the second user, so that the commodity attribute information can be transmitted to the second user through the mode, the efficiency of obtaining information by the user can be improved, and the effects of improving the exposure amount, the conversion rate and the like can be achieved.

In this way, the voice space has the advantage of being simpler in terms of technical implementation than live video, and therefore, system resources can be occupied less.

In the first and second embodiments, a method for providing commodity information based on a voice space in combination with user interaction is provided, but in another method, commodity information may also be provided for a user directly based on a voice space, so that the user can acquire the commodity information and perform a specific purchase operation on a specific commodity in a process of participating in communication through the voice space. That is, in this way, a new path for acquiring the commodity information and performing the purchasing operation is provided to the consumer user. Specifically, the third embodiment specifically provides a method for providing commodity information, and referring to fig. 11, the method may specifically include:

When the target interface displays the information of the target commodity in a default state, the commodity attribute information of the target commodity is in an invisible state; the target interface is also used for providing an interactive operation control;

In a specific implementation, the speech space may further be associated with a pre-created target sales object, where the target sales object includes: a sales object with a random attribute associated with a plurality of commodities including at least one of the target commodities;
the target interface is further used for displaying information of the target sales object, the purchase operation control corresponds to the target sales object, and therefore after a purchase operation request submitted by the second user is received through the purchase operation control, the server side randomly selects at least one commodity from the plurality of commodities associated with the target sales object to establish an association relationship with the order for the second user to ship.
In addition, the present application also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method described in any of the preceding method embodiments.

Where fig. 15 illustratively shows the architecture of an electronic device, for example, device 1500 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a personal digital assistant, an aircraft, or the like.
Referring to fig. 15, device 1500 may include one or more of the following components: processing components 1502, memory 1504, power components 1506, multimedia components 1508, audio components 1510, input/output (I/O) interfaces 1512, sensor components 1514, and communication components 1516.
The processing component 1502 generally controls overall operation of the device 1500, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing element 1502 may include one or more processors 1520 executing instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods provided by the disclosed solution. Further, processing component 1502 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 1502 and other components. For example, processing component 1502 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between multimedia component 1508 and processing component 1502.
The memory 1504 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 1500. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1500, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1504 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 1506 provides power to the various components of the device 1500. The power components 1506 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 1500.
Multimedia component 1508 includes a screen that provides an output interface between device 1500 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, multimedia component 1508 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1500 is in an operational mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1510 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1510 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device 1500 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 1504 or transmitted via the communication component 1516. In some embodiments, audio component 1510 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1512 provides an interface between the processing component 1502 and peripheral interface modules, which can be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1514 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the device 1500. For example, the sensor assembly 1514 can detect an open/closed state of the device 1500, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the device 1500, the sensor assembly 1514 can also detect a change in position of the device 1500 or a component of the device 1500, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 1500, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 1500, and a change in temperature of the device 1500. The sensor assembly 1514 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1514 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1514 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1516 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device 1500 and other devices. The device 1500 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, or a mobile communication network such as 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, etc. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication part 1516 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1516 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the device 1500 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1504 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 1520 of the device 1500 to perform the methods provided by the present disclosure is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, the system or system embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments and therefore are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for related points. The above-described system and system embodiments are only illustrative, wherein the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
The method and the electronic device for providing commodity information provided by the present application are introduced in detail, and a specific example is applied in the present application to explain the principle and the implementation manner of the present application, and the description of the above embodiment is only used to help understand the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, the specific implementation and the application range may be changed. In view of the above, the description should not be taken as limiting the application.

Claims (14)

1. A method of providing merchandise information, comprising:
after a request for accessing a voice space is received, displaying an interactive interface, wherein the interactive interface is used for displaying at least one target sales object associated with the voice space, at least one target commodity associated with the target sales object, and an interactive operation control, and when the target commodity is displayed in a default state, commodity attribute information is in an invisible state; the voice space is a network virtual space for communication in a voice mode;
in the process of voice communication between a first user and a plurality of second users through the voice space, providing answer prompting information about the target commodity sent by the first user through the interactive interface, and receiving operation for acquiring answer permission sent by the second users through the interactive operation control;
responding to a trigger message for displaying the commodity attribute information, and displaying the commodity attribute information of the target commodity as a visible state; the triggering message is sent out after the second user who obtains the answering authority answers.
2. The method of claim 1,
the interactive interface comprises at least one first resource bit and at least one second resource bit;
wherein the at least one first resource bit is used for displaying the at least one target sales object and the corresponding purchase operation option;
the at least one second resource position is used for displaying the at least one target commodity which is associated with the target sales object which is currently in the selected state.
3. The method of claim 1,
the target sales object includes: a sales object with a random attribute associated with a plurality of commodities including at least one of the target commodities;
the interactive interface is also used for providing a purchasing operation control used for executing purchasing operation on the target selling object;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and after receiving a purchase operation request submitted by a second user for the target sales object, submitting the purchase operation request to a server so that the server generates an order, and randomly selecting at least one commodity from a plurality of commodities associated with the target sales object to establish an association relationship with the order for the second user to ship.
4. The method of claim 1,

receiving a trigger message for displaying the commodity attribute information, which is provided by a server and carries the commodity attribute information of the target commodity, so as to display the commodity attribute information of the target commodity as a visible state; and after receiving a trigger request submitted by the client associated with the first user, the server sends the trigger message to the clients associated with the plurality of second users.
7. A voice live broadcast interactive control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a control interface through a first user client associated with a voice space to add a pre-created target sale object to the voice space, wherein the target sale object is associated with at least one target commodity, the target commodity is associated with at least one piece of prompt information, and the target commodity is displayed in an interaction interface provided by a second user client associated with the voice space as a commodity attribute information invisible state in a default mode; the voice space is a network virtual space for communication in a voice mode;
after the target sale object is added to the voice space, displaying at least one piece of prompt information related to the target commodity in the control interface, and providing issuing operation controls for the prompt information respectively;
in the voice communication process, the operation of the first user is received through the issuing operation control, so that the corresponding prompt information is provided for a second user associated with the voice space, and the commodity attribute information of the target commodity in the interactive interface is displayed to be in a visible state according to the answer condition of the second user obtaining the answer right.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and providing an operation option for switching the state of the interactive operation control provided in the interactive interface in the control interface, so that the second user initiates an operation of acquiring the answer right through the interactive operation control after the interactive operation control is switched to an operable state.
9. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and providing an operation option for triggering and displaying the commodity attribute information of the target commodity in the control interface.
10. A method of providing merchandise information, comprising:
after receiving a request for accessing a voice space, displaying a target interface, wherein the target interface is used for displaying information of at least one target commodity associated with the voice space and a purchasing operation control used for executing purchasing operation; the voice space is a network virtual space for communication in a voice mode;
in the process that the first user and the plurality of second users perform voice communication through the voice space, after receiving a purchase operation request submitted by the second users through the purchase operation control, submitting the purchase operation request to the server, so that the server generates a transaction order.
11. The method of claim 10,
when the target interface displays the information of the target commodity in a default state, the commodity attribute information of the target commodity is in an invisible state;
the target interface is also used for providing an interactive operation control;
the method further comprises the following steps:
in the process of voice communication between a first user and a plurality of second users through the voice space, providing answer prompting information about the target commodity sent by the first user through the target interface, and receiving operation for acquiring answer permission initiated by the second users through the interactive operation control;
responding to a trigger message for displaying the commodity attribute information, and displaying the commodity attribute information of the target commodity as a visible state; the trigger message is sent out after the second user who obtains the answering authority answers.
12. The method of claim 10 or 11,
the voice space is also associated with a pre-created target sales object, and the target sales object comprises: a sales object with a random attribute associated with a plurality of commodities including at least one of the target commodities;
the target interface is further used for displaying information of the target sales object, the purchase operation control corresponds to the target sales object, and therefore after a purchase operation request submitted by the second user is received through the purchase operation control, the server side randomly selects at least one commodity from the plurality of commodities associated with the target sales object to establish an association relationship with the order for the second user to ship.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 12.

one or more processors; and
memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions which, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 12.
