As shown in fig. 1c, candidate types such as TEXT for representing TEXT type, DATE for representing DATE type, check box for representing check box type, and RADIO for representing RADIO button type are included in the drop-down list, which is exemplified by setting the response event type corresponding to "rental DATE" in the form of the drop-down list, but the present invention is not limited thereto; as shown in fig. 1c, in the case that the DATE type in the drop-down list is selected, the "response event type" corresponding to the "rental DATE" is set as the "DATE" class; based on the above, when the address book is generated based on the address template, if the name of the information item corresponding to the rental date is set to be data, the corresponding date control is displayed in a popup window mode for the user to modify the rental date if the data is triggered.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, specific types corresponding to the response event type are not limited to the specified target information item name, including but not limited to TEXT type TEXT, DATE type DATE, check box type check box, and RADIO button type RADIO in the above examples; further, the relationship between the type of the response event corresponding to the designated target information item name and the type corresponding to the field name of the room source data table mapped thereto is not limited either, and may be the same or different. For example, in the above example, the type corresponding to the field name "rentDate" of the house source data table in the database is "DATE" type, and then the response event type set for the target information item name "rental DATE" mapped with the field name "rentDate" is also "DATE"; however, in practical application, the method is not limited to this, for example, the type corresponding to the field name "rentDate" of the house source data table in the database is "TEXT", and when the response event type is set for the target information item name "rental DATE" mapped with the field name "rentDate", the type may also be set as "DATE" and may be flexibly set according to practical requirements. Further alternatively, for the same information item name, different response event types may be set in the site selection templates under different site selection requirements, respectively; for example, for the target information item name which is the same as the lease duration, different response event types can be set respectively under the long lease address requirement and the short lease address requirement; optionally, in the long rental address requirement, the response event type of the target information item name of the rental duration can be set to be a TEXT type, and the user can input a long-term period of one year, two years or three years in a corresponding TEXT box; in the case of a short rental address requirement, the response event type of the target information item name of "rental duration" may be set to two "DATE" types for selecting the start DATE and the return DATE, respectively, although this is also applicable to a long rental address requirement, which is only an exemplary illustration and not limited thereto.
Based on the marked address template, the embodiment of the application also provides an address data generation method, by which the address data can be automatically added into the marked address template to quickly generate an accurate and standard address book.
Fig. 2a is a flowchart of a method for generating address data according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 2a, the method includes:
p1, triggering a Word plug-in an opened Word document to display a corresponding display interface, wherein the display interface comprises a search area and a display area, the search area comprises at least one search item, and the display area comprises at least one address selection template;
p2, obtaining a target site selection template selected by a user from at least one site selection template and displaying the target site selection template in a Word document, wherein each site selection template comprises at least one information item name and a house source data item which have a mapping relation;
p3, according to the search keywords input by the user in at least one search term and the confirmation operation triggered by the search keywords, sending a search request to a server, wherein the search request comprises a template identifier corresponding to the target site selection template and the search keywords;
p4, receiving and displaying at least one room source data set returned by the server, wherein the at least one room source data set is acquired by the server according to the template identification and the search keywords;
And P5, displaying at least one data item contained in the target house source data set selected by the user at least one preset position in the Word document according to the mapping relation so as to obtain target site selection data.
In the embodiment of the application, a Word plug-in applicable to a Word document is provided, and the Word plug-in is provided with at least one addressing template and an addressing data retrieval function; each addressing template comprises at least one information item name, and the at least one information item name contained in each addressing template is marked by the method in the embodiment mode and a mapping relation is established between the at least one information item name and a field name of a house source data table. In the embodiment of the application, the type and the number of the addressing templates provided by the Word plugin are not limited, and optionally, the type of the addressing templates provided by the Word plugin includes but is not limited to office, home, business and other types of addressing templates; accordingly, for each type of addressing template, the number of addressing templates provided by the Word plugin may be one or more, and the corresponding numbers of different types of addressing templates may be the same or different, which is not limited herein.
Based on the above, the address selection responsible person can install the Word plug-in the Word document contained in the used equipment, and can select a target address selection template from at least one address selection template provided by the Word plug-in the Word plug-in corresponding to the opened Word document under the condition of address selection requirement; based on this, in the case of selecting a target site selection template in response to the site selection responsible person, at least one information item name contained in the selected target site selection template may be presented in the Word document. In this embodiment of the present application, the specific style corresponding to the Word plug-in after being started is not limited, nor is the specific form in which at least one information item name included in the target address template selected by the address selection responsible person is displayed in the Word document, alternatively, the display interface corresponding to the Word plug-in after being started may be shown in the upper area of fig. 2b, where the left part is a search area and the right part is a display area; at least one search term is contained in the search area, so that a site selection responsible person inputs a corresponding search keyword in the search term and searches house source data according to the search keyword; at least one addressing template provided by the Word plug-in is included in the display area for the addressing responsible person to select the target addressing template from.
As shown in fig. 2b, the search items in the search area include house source location, house source area, house source house number, proximity traffic and surrounding business circles, and the site selection template types in the presentation area include office type, home type and business type. Based on this, as shown in fig. 2b, in case a certain addressing template under office type is selected (specific addressing template included under each addressing template type is not shown in fig. 2 b-2 h), at least one information item name contained in the addressing template may be presented in the Word document. Alternatively, as shown in the lower region of FIG. 2b, the information item names presented in the Word document include: cell name, house source location, homeowner information, floor, proximity traffic, house source area, surrounding business circles, house source house type date and rental duration. Of course, the style of the display interface corresponding to the Word plugin shown in fig. 2b and the names of the information items shown in the Word document are only exemplary, and are not limited thereto; in practical application, the types and the number of the search items in the search area can be fewer or more, and according to the difference of the types of the address templates selected by the address responsible person, the types and the number of the names of the information items displayed in the Word document can be different, and in practical application, the corresponding contents can be displayed according to specific operations.
In the embodiment of the application, the site selection responsible person can input the corresponding search keywords in at least one search term of the search area according to the site selection requirement, and confirms the input search keywords so as to search house source data. Based on this, in the case of responding to the search keyword input by the site selection responsible person in the at least one search term, a search request may be sent to the server according to the search keyword input by the site selection responsible person in the at least one search term and the confirmation operation triggered for the search keyword; the retrieval request comprises a template identifier corresponding to the target site selection template and a retrieval keyword, so that the server can acquire at least one house source data associated with the retrieval keyword according to the retrieval keyword. For each retrieved room source data, the server can determine at least one data item, which has a mapping relation with at least one information item name contained in a target site selection template corresponding to the template identifier, in at least one data item contained in each room source data as a target room source data set; and further, returning each target house source data set and the corresponding identification information to the equipment used by the site selection responsible person. Based on the above, the device used by the site-selection responsible person can display at least one room source data set under the condition that the at least one room source data set returned by the server is received, so that the site-selection responsible person can select a target room source data set from the at least one room source data set.
As shown in the upper area of fig. 2c, among the search keywords input by the site-selection responsible person, for the search items in the search area: the house source position is 'xx city xx region', the house source area is '500-1500' (square meters), the house is '5 rooms', the adjacent traffic is 'xx subway station', and the surrounding business is 'xx business circle'; based on this, in the case that the site selection responsible person confirms the input search keyword, a search request may be sent to the server, so that the server may acquire at least one room source data set associated with the search keyword, and in the case that at least one room source data set returned by the server is received, the server may display the at least one room source data set. In the embodiment of the present application, the specific manner of displaying the at least one room source data set is not limited, and optionally, identification information corresponding to the at least one room source data set may be displayed in a list form in the display area; each piece of identification information can be triggered, and at least one data item contained in the house source data set corresponding to the triggered identification information can be displayed under the condition that any piece of identification information is triggered. As shown in fig. 2c, the server acquires n room source data sets according to the search keywords, where the n room source data sets correspond to n pieces of identification information, and when the n room source data sets are received by the device used by the site selection responsible person, the n pieces of identification information corresponding to the n room source data sets are displayed in a list form in the display area.
Based on the above, in the case that the response to the address selection responsible person performs the selection operation on any one of the identification information, the target identification information selected by the address selection responsible person and at least one data item included in the corresponding room source data set may be acquired, and the at least one data item may be displayed as the target room source data set. Optionally, at least one data item may be displayed separately in a popup window, a floating layer, or in an upper, lower, left, right, etc. area of the display near the triggered target identification information, so that the site-selection responsible person may select the data item to be added to the Word document from among them, and the specific display manner is not limited. For example, as shown in fig. 2d, in the case that the identification information n is triggered, at least one data item contained in the room source data set corresponding to the identification information n is displayed in a popup window form in the vicinity of the identification information n; the data items corresponding to the cell names are "happy gardens", the data items corresponding to the house source positions are "xx city xx district xx street x numbers", and the data items corresponding to the house owner information are "Zhang Mou: 138xxxxxxxx ", the data item corresponding to the floor where the data item is located is 10 layers, the data item corresponding to the adjacent traffic is 200 meters away from the xx subway station, the data item corresponding to the house source area is 1000 square meters, the data item corresponding to the surrounding business district is xx business district, the data item corresponding to the house source house type is 5 room 3 hall, the data item corresponding to the renting date is 2022-2-15, and the data item corresponding to the renting time is 3 years.
Based on the above, when at least one data item included in the target data set is obtained, the at least one data item included in the target room source data set selected by the user is displayed at the at least one preset position in the Word document according to the mapping relationship between the at least one information item name included in the target address template and the field name of the room source data table, so as to obtain the target address data; at least one preset position is a position corresponding to at least one information item name contained in the target site selection template in the Word document. In the embodiment of the present application, a specific manner of displaying at least one data item included in the target room source data set at least one preset position in the Word document is not limited, and optionally, all data items included in the target room source data set may be displayed at least one preset position in the Word document; or, the site selection responsible person can select at least one data item from the data items contained in the target house source data set according to actual requirements and display the data item at least one preset position in the Word document. Therefore, when the address selection responsible person uses, the device responds to the confirmation operation performed by the address selection responsible person on all data items or specified data items in at least one data item, and the all data items or the specified data items can be displayed at least one preset position in the Word document. As shown in fig. 2e, among at least one data item included in the target data set, the address-selecting responsible person selects data items corresponding to "cell name", "adjacent traffic" and "surrounding business district", and after the address-selecting responsible person performs a confirmation operation on the previously selected data item, a corresponding display result in the Word document is shown in fig. 2 f; accordingly, if the site selection responsible person performs a confirmation operation on all data items included in the target data set, a corresponding display result in the Word document is shown in fig. 2 g.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the address selection template provided by the Word plugin does not have to be selected, if the address selection responsible person does not select the target address selection template, the search keyword is directly input in the search area and the corresponding room source data set is obtained, and when at least one data item included in the target room source data set is displayed in the Word, the address selection responsible person may perform a copy operation on the at least one data item and paste the copy operation into the Word document. In this case, the position where at least one data item is pasted into the Word document is not limited, and the site selection responsible person can flexibly select according to actual requirements; furthermore, the specific mode of executing the copying operation by the site selection responsible person is not limited, and the conventional mode of selecting one data item firstly and then copying and pasting the data item through a shortcut key can be adopted; in an embodiment, the method supports the function of automatic copying by triggering operations such as clicking or double clicking on at least one data item contained in the target house source data set, and based on the function, the site-selection responsible person can copy the at least one data item by triggering the at least one data item and paste the at least one data item into the Word document. Of course, the manner of adding at least one data item contained in the target house source data set to the Word document by means of copy and paste is also applicable to the above-described embodiment in which the target site selection template is selected.
Based on the above, when the confirmed data item is added to the Word document, the target address data is obtained, and further, the Word document is saved, so that the address book meeting the requirement is obtained. Further optionally, if the confirmed data item is added to the Word document and a data item which does not meet the actual address selection requirement exists, the address selection responsible person can edit the data item which does not meet the actual address selection requirement according to the actual address selection requirement so as to modify the content of the data item and obtain target address selection data which meets the actual address selection requirement. In this regard, the apparatus used by the site-selection responsible person may obtain the target site-selection data from the edited data item in response to the editing operation performed by the site-selection responsible person on the data item corresponding to at least one preset position in the Word document. Optionally, when modifying the data which does not meet the actual address selection requirement, the address selection responsible person can directly edit the data for the common text type, and for the special type provided with the response event type, the address selection responsible person needs to execute the operation corresponding to the corresponding response event type on the data item to modify the content of the data item. For example, as shown in fig. 2h, the type of the response event corresponding to the data item "rental DATE" is "DATE", and then the address-selecting responsible person needs to trigger the data item by clicking or double clicking to obtain the calendar control corresponding to the data item, and the original rental DATE is modified by selecting the rental DATE meeting the actual address-selecting requirement in the calendar control. Of course, the manner in which the editing operation is performed for the data items provided with different response event types is also different for the data items shown in fig. 2h by way of example only, and is not limited herein.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the type of the data item included in the room source data set obtained by the server according to the search keyword may also be other formats such as a picture and/or a video; correspondingly, under the condition that the equipment used by the site selection responsible person receives the house source data set returned by the server, the picture and/or video contained in the equipment can be displayed, and the picture and/or video can be added into a Word document to obtain the site selection book containing the picture and/or video. The specific type of the data item contained in the retrieved room source data set is not limited, and may be different according to different scenes.
In the embodiment of the application, the site selection template associated with the house source data can be obtained by establishing a mapping relation between the information item names contained in the site selection template and the field names of the house source data table; in the Word plug-in corresponding to the opened Word document, an address selection template associated with the house source data can be provided for an address selection responsible person to select a target address selection template and display the target address selection template in the Word document; further, under the condition that the address selection responsible person obtains the target house source data set through the retrieval function provided by the Word plug-in according to the actual address selection requirement, the data item contained in the target house source data set can be correspondingly added to the information item name contained in the target address selection template at the preset position called as the association in the Word document; further, from the Word document to which the data item is added, target site selection data conforming to the actual site selection requirement can be generated. The addressing template is provided for professional addressing personnel or an addressing platform, and the content and format contained in the addressing template are more standard; in addition, the house source data is provided by a house source data provider or collected by special operators, so that the accuracy is high; therefore, by the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the accurate and standard site selection book can be quickly generated, so that the labor cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, the specific implementation manner of each step of the above method may participate in the description of the corresponding portion in the above system embodiment, and will not be described herein. The execution subjects of the steps of the method provided in the above embodiment may be the same device, or the method may be executed by different devices. For example, the execution subject of step S1 to step S3 may be the device a; for another example, the execution subject of step S1 may be the device a, and the execution subjects of steps S2 to S3 may be the device B; etc.
In addition, in some of the flows described in the above embodiments and the drawings, a plurality of operations appearing in a specific order are included, but it should be clearly understood that the operations may be performed out of the order in which they appear herein or performed in parallel, the sequence numbers of the operations, such as S1, P1, etc., are merely used to distinguish between the various operations, and the sequence numbers themselves do not represent any order of execution. In addition, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first" and "second" herein are used to distinguish different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequence, and are not limited to the "first" and the "second" being different types.
Based on the foregoing, the embodiment of the application further provides an address selection template generating device. For example, the addressing template generating means may be implemented as a virtual device, e.g. an application, in the communication controller (Communication Control Unit, CCU). As shown in fig. 3a, the addressing template generating device includes an acquisition module 301a, a processing module 302a and a generating module 303a; the acquiring module 301a is configured to acquire an address selection template and display at least one information item name contained in the address selection template; the processing module 302a is configured to respond to a marking operation on at least one information item name, so as to establish a mapping relationship between the marked information item name and a corresponding field name in the room source data table; the generating module 303a is configured to generate a target addressing template according to the marked addressing template and the mapping relationship.
In an alternative embodiment, the obtaining module 301a is configured, when obtaining the addressing template, to: obtaining an addressing template with an initial format, and converting the addressing template from the initial format to a target format; wherein the target format is a recognizable template format.
In an alternative embodiment, the at least one information item name is presented in the first area, and the processing module 302a, in response to the marking operation of the at least one information item name, is configured to: responding to the selection operation of at least one information item name in the first area, and displaying the selected target information item name in the second area; and aiming at least one target information item name in the second area, the method is further used for responding to and marking the corresponding field name in the house source data table so as to establish a mapping relation between the at least one target information item name and the corresponding field name in the house source data table.
In an alternative embodiment, the processing module 302a is further configured to: responding to the target information item name specified in the second area to set the corresponding response event type thereof.
The embodiment of the application also provides a device for generating the address selection data. For example, the addressing data generating means may be implemented as a virtual device, e.g. an application, in the communication controller (Communication Control Unit, CCU). As shown in fig. 3b, the address data generating device includes a first acquiring module 301b, a second acquiring module 302b, a receiving module 303b and a displaying module 304b; wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
the first obtaining module 301b is configured to start a Word plug-in the opened Word document and display a corresponding display interface thereof; the display interface comprises a search area and a display area, wherein the search area comprises at least one search item, and the display area comprises at least one site selection template; the first obtaining module 301b is further configured to obtain a target site selection template selected by a user from at least one site selection template and display the target site selection template in a Word document; each addressing template comprises at least one information item name, and a mapping relation exists between each information item name and a house source data item;
the second obtaining module 302b is configured to obtain at least one room source data set from the server according to a search keyword input by a user in at least one search term and a confirmation operation triggered by the search keyword, and send a search request to the server; the retrieval request comprises a template identifier and a retrieval keyword corresponding to the target site selection template;
The receiving module 303b is configured to receive and display at least one room source data set returned by the server; wherein, at least one house source data set is obtained by the server according to the template identification and the search keywords;
the display module 304b is configured to display, according to the mapping relationship, at least one data item included in the target room source data set selected by the user at a preset position in the Word document, so as to obtain target site selection data; at least one preset position is the position corresponding to at least one information item name of the target site selection template in the Word document.
In an alternative embodiment, the receiving module 303b is configured, when receiving and presenting at least one room source data set returned by the server, to: receiving at least one house source data set returned by the server and corresponding identification information thereof; wherein each room source data set contains at least one data item; and displaying at least one identification information in a list form in a display area; wherein the identification information may be triggered.
In an alternative embodiment, before the presentation module 304b presents the at least one data item included in the target room source data set selected by the user at the at least one preset position in the Word document, the second obtaining module 302b is further configured to: and responding to the selection operation of the user on the at least one piece of identification information, and acquiring at least one data item contained in the room source data set corresponding to the target identification information selected by the user as a target room source data set.
In an alternative embodiment, presentation module 304b is further configured to: and responding to a confirmation operation executed on all data items or designated data items in the at least one data item so as to display all data items or designated data items at least one preset position in the Word document.
In an alternative embodiment, the target house source data set is stored in a house source data table, and the mapping relationship is a mapping relationship between the information item name of the target site selection template and the field name of the house source data table.
In an alternative embodiment, the presentation module 304b, when obtaining the target address data, is configured to: responding to the editing operation executed by the user on the corresponding data item at least one preset position, and generating target address selection data according to the edited data item.
It should be noted that, for specific functions and implementation procedures of each module in the above apparatus, reference may be made to the description of corresponding portions in the above method embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
Based on the foregoing, the embodiment of the present application further provides an address template generating device, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the address template generating device, and as shown in fig. 4, the address template generating device includes: a processor 41 and a memory 42 storing a computer program; wherein the processor 41 and the memory 42 may be one or more.
The memory 42 is mainly used for storing computer programs, and the computer programs can be executed by the processor 41, so that the processor 41 controls the address template generating device to realize corresponding functions and complete corresponding actions or tasks. In addition to storing computer programs, the memory 42 may also be configured to store various other data to support operations on the addressing template generating device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the site selection template generating device.
The memory 42 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or nonvolatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation form of the processor 41 is not limited, and may be, for example, but not limited to, a CPU, a GPU, an MCU, or the like. Processor 41 may be regarded as a control system of the addressing template generating device and may be used to execute a computer program stored in memory 42 for controlling the addressing template generating device to perform the respective functions, to perform the respective actions or tasks. It should be noted that, according to the implementation form of the site selection template generating device and the different scenes, the functions, actions or tasks to be implemented are different; accordingly, the computer programs stored in the memory 42 may also be different, and execution of the different computer programs by the processor 41 may control the addressing template generating device to perform different functions, perform different actions or tasks.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the site selection template generating apparatus may further include: a display 43, a power supply assembly 44, and a communication assembly 45. The illustration of only a part of the components in fig. 4 does not mean that the addressing template generating device only comprises the components shown in fig. 4, but that the addressing template generating device may also comprise other components for different application requirements, e.g. in case of a voice interaction requirement, as shown in fig. 4, the addressing template generating device may also comprise an audio component 46. The components that the site selection template generating apparatus may include may be specific to the product form of the site selection template generating apparatus, and are not limited herein.
In an embodiment of the present application, when a processor executes a computer program in a memory, it is used to: acquiring an address selection template, and displaying at least one information item name contained in the address selection template; responding to marking operation of at least one information item name, and establishing a mapping relation between the marked information item name and a corresponding field name in a house source data table; and generating a target site selection template according to the marked site selection template and the mapping relation.
In an alternative embodiment, processor 41, when retrieving the site selection template, is configured to: obtaining an addressing template with an initial format, and converting the addressing template from the initial format to a target format; wherein the target format is a recognizable template format.
In an alternative embodiment, the at least one information item name is presented in the first area, and the processor 41, in response to a marking operation of the at least one information item name, is configured to: responsive to a selection operation of at least one information item name in the first area, displaying the selected target information item name in the second area; and marking the field names corresponding to the at least one target information item name in the second area in the house source data table so as to establish a mapping relation between the at least one target information item name and the corresponding field names in the house source data table.
In an alternative embodiment, processor 41 is further configured to: and setting a corresponding response event type for the target information item name specified in the second area.
It should be noted that, for specific functions of the processor in the above-mentioned address template generating device, reference may be made to the above-mentioned method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Accordingly, the present application further provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program is executed to implement the steps executable by the addressing template generating device in the above method embodiments.
Based on the foregoing, the embodiment of the present application further provides an address data generating device, where the structure of the address data generating device is similar to that of the address template generating device shown in fig. 4, and specifically, see fig. 4. In an embodiment of the present application, an addressing data generating apparatus includes a processor and a memory storing a computer program; wherein the processor and the memory may be one or more.
And the memory is mainly used for storing computer programs which can be executed by the processor and cause the processor to control the address data generating device to realize corresponding functions and complete corresponding actions or tasks. In addition to storing computer programs, the memory may be configured to store various other data to support operations on the addressing data generating device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the addressing data generating device.
The memory may be implemented by any type of volatile or nonvolatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation form of the processor is not limited, and may be, for example, but not limited to, a CPU, GPU, MCU, or the like. The processor may be regarded as a control system of the addressing data generating device and may be used to execute a computer program stored in the memory for controlling the addressing data generating device to perform the respective functions, to perform the respective actions or tasks. It should be noted that, according to the implementation form of the address data generating device and the different situations, the functions, actions or tasks to be implemented are different; accordingly, the computer programs stored in the memory may also be different, and the processor executing the different computer programs may control the addressing data generating device to perform different functions, perform different actions or tasks.
In some alternative embodiments, the addressing data generating apparatus may further include: the display, power supply components and communication components, etc., which are only some of the components shown schematically, are not meant to imply that the addressing data generating device comprises only these components, but that the addressing data generating device may also comprise other components for different application needs, e.g. in case of a voice interaction need, the addressing data generating device may also comprise audio components. The components that the address data generating apparatus may include may be specific to the product form of the address data generating apparatus, and are not limited herein.
In an embodiment of the present application, when a processor executes a computer program in a memory, it is used to: triggering a Word plug-in an opened Word document to display a corresponding display interface, wherein the display interface comprises a search area and a display area, the search area comprises at least one search item, and the display area comprises at least one addressing template; acquiring a target site selection template selected by a user from at least one site selection template and displaying the target site selection template in a Word document; at least one information item name contained in each site selection template, wherein a mapping relation exists between each information item name and a house source data item;
The processor is further used for sending a search request to the server according to the search keywords input by the user in at least one search term and the confirmation operation triggered by the search keywords; the retrieval request comprises a template identifier and a retrieval keyword corresponding to the target site selection template;
the processor is also used for receiving and displaying at least one house source data set returned by the server; wherein, at least one house source data set is obtained by the server according to the template identification and the search keywords;
the processor is further used for displaying at least one data item contained in the target house source data set selected by the user at least one preset position in the Word document according to the mapping relation so as to obtain target site selection data; at least one preset position is a position corresponding to at least one information item name contained in the target site selection template in the Word document.
In an alternative embodiment, the processor, upon receiving and presenting at least one room source data set returned by the service, is configured to: receiving at least one house source data set returned by the server and corresponding identification information thereof; wherein each room source data set contains at least one data item; further, the processor is further configured to display at least one identification information in a list form in the display area, the identification information being triggerable.
In an alternative embodiment, the processor is further configured to, before displaying the at least one data item included in the target room source data set selected by the user at the at least one preset position in the Word document: and responding to the selection operation of the user on the at least one piece of identification information, and acquiring at least one data item contained in the room source data set corresponding to the target identification information selected by the user as a target room source data set.
In an alternative embodiment, the processor is further configured to: and responding to a confirmation operation executed on all data items or designated data items in the at least one data item so as to display all data items or designated data items at least one preset position in the Word document.
In an alternative embodiment, the target house source data set is stored in a house source data table, and the mapping relationship is a mapping relationship between the information item name of the target site selection template and the field name of the house source data table.
In an alternative embodiment, the processor, when obtaining the target addressing data, is configured to: and responding to the editing operation executed by the user on the data item corresponding to at least one preset position, and generating target address selection data according to the edited data item.
It should be noted that, for specific functions of the processor in the address data generating device, reference may be made to the above method embodiments, which are not described herein.
Accordingly, the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, which when executed is capable of implementing the steps executable by the address data generating device in the above-described method embodiments.
The communication assembly of the above embodiments is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device in which the communication assembly is located and other devices. The device where the communication component is located can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as a mobile communication network of WiFi,2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, etc., or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The display in the above-described embodiments includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or sliding action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or sliding operation.
The power supply assembly in the above embodiment provides power for various components of the device in which the power supply assembly is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the devices in which the power components are located.
The audio component of the above embodiments may be configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device in which the audio component is located is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a speech recognition mode. The received audio signal may be further stored in a memory or transmitted via a communication component. In some embodiments, the audio assembly further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In one typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer-readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of computer-readable media.
Computer readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of storage media for a computer include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium which can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article or apparatus that comprises an element.

Claims (12)

1. A method of generating addressing data, comprising:
triggering a Word plug-in an opened Word document to display a corresponding display interface, wherein the display interface comprises a search area and a display area, the search area comprises at least one search item, and the display area comprises at least one address selection template;
acquiring a target site selection template selected by a user from at least one site selection template and displaying the target site selection template in the Word document, wherein each site selection template comprises at least one information item name, and a mapping relation exists between each information item name and a corresponding field name in a house source data table;
according to a search keyword input by a user in the at least one search term and a confirmation operation triggered by the search keyword, sending a search request to a server, wherein the search request comprises a template identifier corresponding to the target site selection template and the search keyword;
Receiving and displaying at least one room source data set returned by the server, wherein the at least one room source data set is acquired from the room source data table by the server according to the template identification and the search keywords, and at least one data item contained in each room source data set corresponds to at least one information item name contained in the target site selection template;
according to the mapping relation, displaying at least one data item contained in the target house source data set selected by the user at least one preset position in the Word document to obtain target site selection data;
the at least one preset position is a position corresponding to at least one information item name contained in the target site selection template in the Word document.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said receiving and presenting at least one room source data set returned by said server comprises:
receiving at least one room source data set and corresponding identification information returned by the server, wherein each room source data set comprises at least one data item;
at least one identification information is displayed in a list form in the display area, the identification information being triggerable.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to presenting the at least one data item contained in the user-selected target room source data set at the at least one preset location in the Word document:
and responding to the selection operation of the user on the at least one piece of identification information, and acquiring at least one data item contained in the room source data set corresponding to the target identification information selected by the user as a target room source data set.
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising:
and responding to a confirmation operation performed on all data items or designated data items in the at least one data item to display all data items or designated data items at least one preset position in the Word document.
5. The method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the obtaining target site selection data comprises:
and responding to the editing operation executed by the user on the data item corresponding to the at least one preset position, and generating the target address data according to the edited data item.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the generating step of the target site selection template comprises:
Acquiring an addressing template with a standard format, and displaying at least one information item name contained in the addressing template in a first area;
responsive to a selection operation of at least one information item name in the first area, presenting the selected at least one target information item name in a second area;
for at least one target information item name in the second area, marking a field name corresponding to the target information item name in the house source data table so as to establish a mapping relation between the at least one target information item name and the corresponding field name in the house source data table; and generating a target site selection template according to the marked site selection template and the mapping relation.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining the site-selection template in a canonical format comprises:
and obtaining an addressing template with an initial format, and converting the addressing template from the initial format to a target format, wherein the target format is an identifiable template format.
8. The method as recited in claim 7, further comprising:
and setting a corresponding response event type for the target information item name specified in the second area.
9. An address data generation device, comprising: the device comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module, a receiving module and a display module;
the first acquisition module is used for starting a Word plug-in an opened Word document and displaying a corresponding display interface, wherein the display interface comprises a retrieval area and a display area, and the retrieval area comprises at least one retrieval item;
the first acquisition module is further used for acquiring a target site selection template selected by a user from at least one site selection template and displaying the target site selection template in the Word document, each site selection template comprises at least one information item name, and a mapping relation exists between each information item name and a corresponding field name in a room source data table;
the second acquisition module is used for sending a search request to a server according to a search keyword input by a user in the at least one search term and a confirmation operation triggered by the search keyword so as to acquire at least one house source data set from the server, wherein the search request comprises a template identifier corresponding to the target site selection template and the search keyword;
the receiving module is used for receiving and displaying at least one room source data set returned by the server, wherein the at least one room source data set is acquired from the room source data table by the server according to the template identification and the search keyword, and at least one data item contained in each room source data set corresponds to at least one information item name contained in the target site selection template;
The display module is used for displaying at least one data item contained in the target house source data set selected by the user at least one preset position in the Word document according to the mapping relation so as to obtain target site selection data;
the at least one preset position is a position corresponding to at least one information item name of the target site selection template in the Word document respectively.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the apparatus further comprises: the device comprises a third acquisition module, a processing module and a generation module;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring an addressing template with a standard format and displaying at least one information item name contained in the addressing template in a first area;
