As shown in fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an associated document acquiring system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the associated document acquiring system includes a terminal 11 and a server 12;
the terminal 11 is installed with an application client 111 corresponding to the associated document acquisition method.
The user may determine which document (e.g., the target document) to view through the document processing interface displayed by the application client 111; the application client 111 generates a document-related instruction for acquiring the target document according to the corresponding operation of the user in the document processing interface, and sends the document-related instruction to the server 12.
The server 12 includes a database 121, the server 12 is configured to obtain document attribute information of an associated document of the target document from the database 121 according to the obtained association relationship of each document, the attribute information corresponding to each document, and the document index, and feed back the document attribute information to the terminal 11, and the terminal 11 displays the document attribute information of the associated document of the target document, that is, the terminal 11 and the server 12 complete obtaining of the associated document together.
Second application scenario: all the documents, the association relation of all the documents, the attribute information corresponding to all the documents and the document index are stored in the terminal, and the terminal can finish the acquisition of the associated documents in the application scene without interaction with a server. Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the terminal 20 includes: a display 21, a processor 22, and a memory 23, wherein:
the memory 23 may store the application client 111, and each document, an association relationship of each document, attribute information corresponding to each document, and a document index.

The following describes a method for acquiring a related document in a terminal based on the two application scenarios.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for acquiring an associated document according to an embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
step S301: detecting a related document instruction for acquiring a target document, wherein the target document is related to a first identification ID.
Step S302: and acquiring document attribute information of an associated document of the target document according to the first identification ID, wherein the association relation between the target document and the associated document is represented by the association relation between the first identification ID and the identification ID of the associated document.
The number of the associated documents is one or more.

The time when a web page is newly created with the application client 111, the time when a document is uploaded with the application client 111, and the time when an existing document is edited with the application client may all be referred to as creation time.
Document types include, but are not limited to, types of PPT, word, HTM L, Txt, PNG, Gif, JPG, JPEG, PDF (Portable Document Format), and the like.
The storage path in which the document attribute information is associated with the document is understood as follows:
if the document attribute information comprises the storage path of the document, the document can be directly obtained according to the storage path; if the document attribute information does not include the storage path of the document, the corresponding associated document may be obtained according to the document attribute information, for example, the document attribute information may correspond to the identifier ID of the document, and the corresponding document may be obtained according to the identifier ID.
The embodiment of the invention provides an associated document acquisition method, which is characterized in that an associated document instruction for acquiring a target document is detected, the target document is associated with a first identification ID, the association relationship between the target document and the associated document is represented by the association relationship between the first identification ID and the identification ID of the associated document, so that the document attribute information of the associated document of the target document can be acquired according to the first identification ID and presented to a user, and the document attribute information is associated with the storage path of the associated document, so that the user can clearly see the document attribute information of all associated documents having the association relationship with the target document without searching the storage path of the associated document, and the searching efficiency of the document is improved.
The associated document acquisition method shown in fig. 3 is explained in detail below through two different application scenarios.
First, the associated document acquisition method shown in fig. 3 will be described in detail based on a first application scenario.
As shown in fig. 4, a signaling flowchart of a method for acquiring an associated document according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the method includes:
step S401: the terminal 11 generates a document-related instruction for acquiring the target document, and transmits the instruction to the server 12.
The associated document instruction of the target document may carry the attribute information of the target document and/or the first identifier ID of the target document.
Step S402: the server 12 receives the instruction of obtaining the associated document of the target document, and obtains the identification ID associated with the first identification ID from the pre-stored association relationship of the identification IDs according to the first identification ID corresponding to the target document.
If the associated document instruction of the target document only carries the attribute information of the target document, step S402 includes:
determining a first identification ID corresponding to the target document attribute information from a pre-stored document index, wherein the document index comprises document attribute information corresponding to each identification ID; and acquiring the identification ID associated with the first identification ID from the pre-stored association relationship of each identification.
The server 12 may store an association relationship of each identifier ID, and the embodiment of the present application provides, but is not limited to, a storage manner of the association relationship of each identifier as follows:
the association relation of each identification ID is stored in a structure tree mode, and each identification ID in the structure tree can establish association through a corresponding pointer of each identification ID.
In the embodiment of the present application, a structure tree corresponding to the association relationship between the identification IDs is referred to as an identification ID structure tree, if all documents associated with a certain document are taken as an associated document set, one associated document set corresponds to one identification ID structure tree, each node in the identification ID structure tree is an identification ID of a document having an association relationship, and a parent-child relationship between nodes in each identification ID structure tree is used to indicate an editing relationship between the corresponding documents.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an association relationship between identification IDs provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 5 shows the identification IDs of 48 documents, where the 48 documents correspond to 3 associated document sets, that is, fig. 5 shows 3 identification ID structure trees, where the identification of each document is as shown in fig. 5, for example, identification ID1, identification ID 157, and identification ID 534, the three identification IDs respectively correspond to one document, and the 3 identification IDs are respectively root nodes of the 3 identification ID structure trees, and the association relationship of each identification ID is described below by taking identification ID1 as an example.
The document corresponding to the identification ID 53 and the document corresponding to the identification ID104 are edited based on the document corresponding to the identification ID1, so that the identification ID 53 and the identification ID104 are child nodes of the identification ID 1; the document corresponding to the identification ID10, the document corresponding to the identification ID20, the document corresponding to the identification ID30 and the document corresponding to the identification ID41 are all edited based on the document corresponding to the identification ID1, so that the identification ID10, the identification ID20, the identification ID30 and the identification ID41 are all child nodes of the identification ID1, and since editing is not subsequently performed based on the document corresponding to the identification ID10, the document corresponding to the identification ID20, the document corresponding to the identification ID30 and the document corresponding to the identification ID41, the identification ID10, the identification ID20, the identification ID30 and the identification ID41 are leaf nodes in the identification ID structure tree.
Documents corresponding to the identification IDs 65, 78, 90 and 98 are edited based on the corresponding document of the identification ID 53, and therefore, the identification IDs 65, 78, 90 and 98 are child nodes of the identification ID 53. Since there is no subsequent document to be edited based on the documents corresponding to identification ID 65, identification ID 78, identification ID90, and identification ID 98, identification ID 65, identification ID 78, identification ID90, and identification ID 98 are leaf nodes in the identification ID structure tree.
Similarly, the documents corresponding to the ID 110, the ID 121, the ID 130, and the ID 140 are all edited based on the corresponding document of the ID104, and therefore, the ID 110, the ID 121, the ID 130, and the ID 140 are child nodes of the ID 104. And the identification ID 110, the identification ID 121, the identification ID 130, and the identification ID 140 are leaf nodes in the identification ID structure tree.
Each arrow in fig. 5 is a pointer, the pointer may point to a storage location of each identification ID in the server, and the corresponding pointer of identification ID1 may point to a storage location in identification ID 53, identification ID104, identification ID10, identification ID20, identification ID30, and identification ID 41; and the pointer corresponding to the ID 53 may point to the storage location of the ID 65, the ID 78, the ID90, and the ID 98, and similarly, the pointer corresponding to the ID104 may point to the storage location of the ID 110, the ID 121, the ID 130, and the ID 140, so that a parent-child relationship between the IDs may be established through the pointers.
Fig. 6 shows the relationship between the pointers in fig. 5, an Index page 61 in fig. 6 shows the pointing relationship between the pointers, and a Data page 62 shows the document to which the pointers point.
Fig. 6 illustrates the identifier ID1 and the identifier ID 157 as an example, the pointer corresponding to the identifier ID1 is a key1pointer, the pointer corresponding to the identifier ID 157 is a key2pointer, and the following illustrates the identifier ID1 as an example, it can be seen that the key1pointer points to a plurality of storage locations, because the identifier ID1 has a plurality of child nodes, such as the identifier ID 53, the identifier ID104, the identifier ID10, the identifier ID20, the identifier ID30, and the identifier ID41, and assuming that the pointer corresponding to the identifier ID20 is a key20pointer, since the identifier ID20 is a leaf node, the key20pointer can point to the storage location of the document corresponding to the identifier ID 20.
Based on the above ID structure tree, the following describes in detail "obtaining the ID associated with the first ID from the pre-stored association relationship between the IDs": acquiring a target identification ID structure tree corresponding to the first identification ID from identification ID structure trees corresponding to pre-stored identifications; and acquiring each identification ID in the target identification ID structure tree.
Step S403: the server 12 acquires document attribute information corresponding to the identification ID associated with the first identification ID from a document index stored in advance.
The document index includes document attribute information corresponding to each identification ID.
Step S404: the server 12 sends the document attribute information corresponding to the identification ID associated with the first identification ID to the terminal.
The first identification ID is associated with the identification ID of the associated document which is associated with the target document.
Step S405: the terminal 11 displays document attribute information corresponding to the identification ID associated with the first identification ID.
The number of the associated documents may be one or more, preferably, the terminal 11 may display the document attribute information corresponding to each associated document in a structure tree, and each node in the structure tree is the document attribute information of the associated document, so that a user can know the editing relationship between the associated documents at a glance through the structure tree.
Based on the flow shown in fig. 4, the user may obtain the associated document of the target document, so that data recovery and restoration may be implemented according to different associated documents, for example, the user modifies the document corresponding to the identifier ID1 in fig. 5 to obtain the document of the identifier ID10, but if a modification error is found subsequently, the user may obtain the document corresponding to the identifier ID1 through the flow shown in fig. 4, so that data recovery and restoration may be implemented.
If the user determines the target associated document which is currently required to be obtained from the document attribute information of the associated document displayed in the terminal 11, the terminal 11 generates an instruction for obtaining the target associated document and sends the instruction to the server 12, the server 12 obtains the target associated document corresponding to the identifier ID of the target associated document from the documents corresponding to each identifier ID stored in advance, and sends the target associated document to the terminal 11, and the terminal 11 can display the document content of the target associated document.
A FlexPaper component may be added to the application client 111 so that documents of various document types may be displayed in the application client 111, and specifically, documents of different document types may be converted into PDF and then displayed in PDF format. If the document type is compatible with the application client 111, the document of the corresponding document type can be directly displayed without being converted into PDF.
As shown in fig. 7, a signaling flowchart of a method for generating a document index provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method includes:
step S701: the terminal 11 acquires a document and assigns an identification ID to the document.
There are many ways for the terminal 11 to acquire the document, for example, a user opens the application client 111 in the terminal 11, and selects a document to be uploaded in a document processing interface of the application client 111 for uploading, so as to obtain the document; or, a web page is newly created in the document processing interface of the application client 111, so that a document is obtained; alternatively, when the application client 111 edits an existing document in the server 12, a new document associated with the existing document is generated, thereby obtaining the document.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation manner of a document processing interface in an application client according to an embodiment of the present application.
The document processing interface shown in FIG. 8 includes: a file 81 selecting button, a page 82 creating button and a page 83 editing button, and if the user needs to upload the document, the user clicks the file 81 selecting button, and at this time, the terminal 11 may display an interface for selecting the file, and the user selects the document to be uploaded from the documents stored locally in the terminal 11 and uploads the selected document.
If a user needs to create a new webpage, the user can click the button of the creation page 82, and at this time, a document content editing interface is displayed in the terminal 11 for the user to input document content.
If the user needs to edit the existing document in the server 12, the user may click the edit page 83, and in this embodiment, the existing document is edited, that is, a new document associated with the existing document is created.
Each document corresponds to an identification ID.
Step S702: the terminal 11 transmits the document and the document identification ID to the server 12.
Step S703: the server 12 acquires document attribute information corresponding to the document.
The document attribute information comprises one or more of document title information of the document, an author of the document, creation time of the document, occupied space of the document and a storage path of the document.
Optional step S703 may further include: and acquiring keywords of the document according to the document title information of the document and the document content information of the document.
Optional steps in the embodiments of the present application are indicated in the figures by dashed boxes.
The server may store a keyword library, where the keyword library includes a plurality of keywords, and obtaining the keywords of the document according to the document title information of the document and the document content information of the document may include: acquiring title keywords contained in a document title corresponding to the document from all prestored keywords; and acquiring content keywords contained in the corresponding document content of the document from all keywords stored in advance.
Of course, the keywords of each document may also be obtained according to the document format information of each document, for example, there are "keywords: "character, the" keyword: "the characters following the character are the keywords of the document.
Step S704: the server 12 adds the document ID and the attribute information corresponding to the document ID to the document index.
When step S703 includes "acquiring the keyword of the document according to the document title information of the document and the document content information of the document", step S704 specifically includes:
and adding the identification ID of the document, the document attribute information corresponding to the identification ID and the key words corresponding to the identification ID into the document index.
Due to the diversity of document types, in order to increase the speed of searching the document attribute information or the identification ID from the document index, a document index may be created for each document type, and at this time, the step S701 may further include: and acquiring the document type of the document. The corresponding step S704 includes:
determining a target document index corresponding to the target document type from document indexes corresponding to document types stored in advance; and adding the identification ID of the document and the document attribute information (optionally, the keyword corresponding to the identification ID) corresponding to the identification ID into the document index corresponding to the target document type.
Therefore, the classified record processing of the documents of different document types is realized through the document indexes corresponding to the document types.
The terminal 11 may determine the document type according to the extension of the document, for example, doc corresponds to a word document type, ppt corresponds to a presentation document type, and txt corresponds to a plain text document.
At this time, when the server 12 implements the flow shown in fig. 4, step S403 specifically includes: determining a target document index corresponding to the document type of the target document from pre-stored document indexes corresponding to the document types; and acquiring document attribute information corresponding to the identification ID associated with the first identification ID from the target document index.
Unified storage of documents of various document types can be realized by the flow shown in fig. 7.
If the document index stored in the server includes the keyword corresponding to the identifier ID of each document, the user may obtain the document required by the user at the terminal through the keyword, as shown in fig. 9, for a signaling flow chart of an implementation manner of obtaining the document according to the keyword in the associated document obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present application, assuming that the user needs to search for the target document and the keyword corresponding to the target document is the target keyword, the method includes:
step S901: the terminal 11 detects an instruction to search for a document containing a target keyword, and transmits it to the server 12.
The user can input a target keyword in an input box 1001 in a search interface shown in fig. 10 displayed by the application client 111 in the terminal 11, and, assuming that the input target keyword is a specification, click a search 1002 button, detect an instruction to search for a document containing the target keyword, and send the instruction to the server 12.
Step S902: when receiving an instruction to search for a document containing a target keyword, the server 12 obtains document attribute information corresponding to the target keyword from a pre-stored document index.
As shown in fig. 7, the document index may include an identification ID of each document, attribute information corresponding to each identification ID, and a keyword corresponding to each identification ID.
Therefore, the document attribute information corresponding to the target keyword can be directly obtained from the document index. It can be understood that there may be more than one keyword corresponding to a document, and as long as the keyword corresponding to the document includes the target keyword, the document is referred to as a document corresponding to the target keyword.
Step S903: the server 12 sends the document attribute information corresponding to the target keyword to the terminal.
Step S904: the document attribute information corresponding to the target keyword is displayed in the terminal 11.
In order to facilitate a user to more conveniently browse the document attribute information corresponding to each document at the terminal 11, the terminal 11 may display the document attribute information corresponding to the target keyword in the first display area, and the document title includes the document attribute information of the target keyword; and displaying in a second display area, wherein the document content comprises the document attribute information of the target keyword.
As shown in fig. 10, document attribute information in which the document title includes the target keyword is displayed in the first display region 1003; document attribute information of document contents including the target keyword is displayed in the second display area 1004.
Here, the "mobile page design specification" in the first display region 1003 is the name of a document, 28 bytes means the occupied space of the document of the mobile page design specification, and 19:04, 6/30/2015, 19/04, means the creation time of the document of the mobile page design specification.
In order to facilitate the user to further determine which document is the document that the user needs to find, the server 12 may be further configured to: traversing the document content of the index document corresponding to the target keyword (the document corresponding to the target keyword is referred to as the index document) and determining the sentence containing the target keyword in each index document; and transmitting the sentences containing the target keywords in each index document and the corresponding attribute information of each index document to the terminal 11.
As shown in fig. 10, "…" indicates the url address of the mobile phone page of html5 format corresponding to the PC page, url specification is required to be met- > … indicates the url address of the mobile phone page of wml plate format corresponding to the PC page, and url specification is required to be met- > "which is each statement including" specification "in the whiteper document.
After step S904, the method may further include:
step S905: the terminal 11 determines the target document attribute information from the document attribute information corresponding to the target keyword.
For example, if a user needs to obtain a document named "workflow," the user may touch the document attribute information of the workflow.
Step S906: the terminal 11 generates an instruction to acquire a target document, and transmits the instruction to the server 12.
The instruction for obtaining the target document may carry a first identifier ID of the target document.
Step S906 may further include generating an instruction for obtaining the associated document of the target document, where the interaction flow between the server 12 and the terminal 11 is shown in fig. 4, and is not described herein again.
Step S907: when receiving the instruction to acquire the target document, the server 12 sends the target document corresponding to the first identification ID to the terminal 11.
Step S908: the terminal 11 displays the document contents of the target document.
The flow shown in fig. 9 facilitates the user to refer to various documents, and improves the efficiency of document management and reference.
The association relationship of each identification ID stored in the server 12 is determined by the terminal 11 and the server 12 together, as shown in fig. 11, which is a signaling flowchart of a method for determining the association relationship of each identification ID provided in the embodiment of the present application, the method includes:
step S1101: the terminal 11 determines a document to be uploaded.
The document to be uploaded can be selected through the document processing interface shown in fig. 8.
The application client 111 in the terminal 11 may also be used to download a document, edit the document, and upload the edited document through the document processing interface, where the edited document may be the document to be uploaded.
Step S1102: and when receiving the document uploading instruction, the terminal 11 uploads the document to be uploaded and allocates a second identification ID to the document to be uploaded.
Step S1103: the terminal 11 sends the document to be uploaded and the second identification ID of the document to be uploaded to the server 12.
Step S1104: the server 12 matches the document content of the document to be uploaded with the document content of each pre-stored document, and determines a matching document with a matching degree greater than or equal to a preset value.
Step S1104 may further include: the server 12 correspondingly stores the document to be uploaded and the second identification ID.
Step S1105: the server 12 generates a message whether to establish association with the matching document, and transmits it to the terminal 11.
Because there are associated documents, there may be one or more matching documents with matching degree greater than or equal to a preset value, and when there are multiple matching documents, the message whether to establish association with the matching documents includes: whether to establish an association relationship and with which matching document to establish an association.
Step S1106: the terminal 11 displays a prompt message whether to establish association with the matching document.
Step S1107: when determining to establish the association relationship, the terminal 11 establishes the association relationship between the second identification ID and the identification ID of the matching document, and transmits the association relationship to the server 12.
There may be one or more matching documents, and when there are a plurality of matching documents, and the number of matching documents is document 1, document 2 and document 3, a prompt indicating whether to establish an association relationship with document 1, a prompt indicating whether to establish an association relationship with document 2 and a prompt indicating whether to establish an association relationship with document 3 may be displayed in the terminal 11.
Step S1108: the server 12 stores the association of the second identification ID with the identification ID of the matching document.
As shown in fig. 12, a signaling flowchart of a method for determining an association relationship between identification IDs provided in the embodiment of the present application is provided, and if the embodiment of the present application edits a target document with a first identification, the method includes:
step S1201: and when the terminal 11 detects the target document editing instruction, displaying the document content of the target document.
The terminal 11 may input the target keyword of the target document in the input box 84 in fig. 8, and then touch the button of the editing page 83 shown in fig. 8, and generate an instruction for editing the document containing the target keyword, and the implementation process of step S1201 may refer to the flow shown in fig. 9, but step S901 in fig. 9 needs to be modified into an instruction for editing the document containing the target keyword, and step S906 needs to be modified into an instruction for editing the target document.
The target document editing instruction carries a first identification ID of the target document.
It is understood that, when editing a document, the application client 111 may not be compatible with documents of all document types, that is, documents of each document type may be displayed in the application client 111, but for documents of some document types, editing may not be performed based on the application client 111, where step S1201 includes: when detecting the instruction for editing the target document, the terminal 11 judges the document type of the target document, and when the document type of the target document is a preset document type, the document content of the target document is displayed; when the document type of the target document is not the preset document type, a downloading interface for downloading the target document can be displayed. The user can download the target document to the local terminal 11 through the download interface, modify the target document, and upload the document to the application client 111 after the modification is completed. In the case of "the document type of the target document is not the preset document type", reference may be made to the flow shown in fig. 11.
The preset document type is a document type that can be edited based on the application client 111.
Step S1202: the terminal 11 acquires the associated document including the updated content edited from the document content.
For document types compatible with the application client 111, the user may directly modify the document content displayed by the application client. The application client 111 continuously obtains updated content as the user continues to modify.
Step S1203: the terminal 11 assigns a second identification ID to the associated document.
Step S1204: the terminal 11 establishes an association relationship between the first identifier ID and the second identifier ID.
Step S1205: the terminal 11 sends the association relationship between the first identifier ID and the second identifier ID and the associated document corresponding to the second identifier ID to the server 12.
Step S1206: the server 12 stores the association relationship between the first identification ID and the second identification ID and the associated document corresponding to the second identification ID.
As shown in fig. 13, a schematic flow chart of an implementation manner of a new webpage in an associated document obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method includes:
step S1301: and when a new webpage instruction is detected, displaying a webpage content editing interface.
The user may first enter the title of the new web page in the input box 84 shown in fig. 8. And then, pressing a button of a creation page 82 shown in fig. 8 to generate a new webpage instruction.
Step S1302: and receiving the content corresponding to each element in the webpage through the webpage content editing interface.
Step S1303: and determining format information of the content corresponding to each element and attributes of the content corresponding to each element, wherein each attribute is used for representing the element type of the element corresponding to the corresponding content.
Step S1304: and generating a webpage code according to the format information of the content corresponding to each element, the attribute of the content corresponding to each element and the content corresponding to each element.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a web content editing interface provided in the embodiment of the present application.
The web content editing interface 1400 shown in fig. 14 includes a menu 1401 and a document content input box 1402, and the menu 1401 includes: a title selection box 14011 for each level, an attribute button 14012, a format button 14013, and the like.
The attribute button 14012 and the format button 14013 each include a plurality of buttons.
The user may enter the content corresponding to each element in the web page in document content entry box 1402.
The user can set the start tag and the end tag in the corresponding codes of the respective elements through the title selection boxes 14011 of each stage.
For example, in each level of title selection frame 14011, a start label and an end label corresponding to the titles of different levels are preset, for example, the start label corresponding to the title of one level is < h1, and the end label is </h1 >; the corresponding start label of the secondary title is < h2, and the corresponding end label is </h2 >.
Assuming that "basic specification" is set as a first-level title, the start tag in the code corresponding to the basic specification is < h1, and the end tag is </h1 >.
The user can set the attributes of the elements via the attribute button 14012. The attribute keys 14012 may include a link key, a picture key, a video key, and the like.
The user may select the text to be linked, for example, select "TDK code specification", touch and press the link button, the terminal 11 displays the link interface, and the user inputs the corresponding link of "TDK code specification" in the link interface. The element type of the "TDK code specification" is a link type. Its corresponding element tag is src. The element tags corresponding to the attributes are prior art and are not described herein again.
The user can set format information of contents corresponding to elements in the web page input in the document content input box 1402 through each format key 14013 in the menu 1401. Such as a bold key, an underline key, etc.
And generating a webpage code according to the format information of the content corresponding to each element, the attribute of the content corresponding to each element and the content corresponding to each element.
Step S1305: and determining a target webpage frame template from the prestored webpage frame templates.
Wherein the web page frame template is used for defining the position area of each element displayed in the web page.
Step 1306: and loading the webpage code into the target webpage frame template to generate a webpage.
Based on the flow shown in fig. 13, a non-professional programmer may also complete the creation of the web page, and since the web page frame template is pre-stored, the unification and normalization of the web page frame template may also be implemented.
It can be understood that, sometimes, in order to facilitate subsequent staff to view document contents of a newly created web page, a user may input tagged contents in the document content input box 1402 so as to tag corresponding document contents, obviously, the tagged contents do not need to be displayed in the web page, and therefore, in a process of generating a web page code, the tagged contents need to be disregarded, and the generating of the web page code in the associated document obtaining method according to format information of contents corresponding to each element, attributes of contents corresponding to each element, and contents corresponding to each element includes: screening out labeled contents corresponding to the preset labeled identifications from the contents corresponding to the elements; deleting the labeled content in the content corresponding to each element to obtain the actual content corresponding to each element; and generating a webpage code according to the format information of the content corresponding to each element, the attribute of the content corresponding to each element and the actual content corresponding to each element.
The preset annotation identification may be a single uncommon character, or a combination of multiple characters, e.g./, or? And so on. Assuming that the preset label is labeled/, as shown in fig. 14, the contents of "description and keyword setting in seo page" behind/, are labeled contents, and the contents of "description and keyword setting in seo page" need to be disregarded in the process of generating web page code.
It can be understood that not all users have the right to create a new web page, as shown in fig. 15, for a signaling flowchart of displaying a web page content editing interface in an associated document acquiring method provided by the embodiment of the present application, the method includes:
step S1501: after detecting that the user logs in the application client 111, the terminal 11 sends target user information of the currently logged-in user to the server 12.
The target user information may include a user login name, and/or a user password, among others.
Step S1502: the server 12 determines a target user level corresponding to the target user information according to the user level corresponding to each piece of pre-stored user information.
The user level may refer to a user white list; if the target user information is in a user white list pre-stored in the server 12, it indicates that the user has a certain level.
The user level may be set according to the responsibility of each employee in the enterprise, or may be set according to the department to which each employee belongs in the enterprise, which may be determined according to the actual situation, and is not limited herein.
Step S1503: when the target user level has the right to create a new webpage, the server 12 generates a Token identifier, stores the Token identifier corresponding to the target user information, and sends the Token identifier to the terminal 11.
Step S1504: the terminal 11 generates a new webpage instruction and sends the new webpage instruction to the server 12, wherein the new webpage instruction carries the Token identifier.
Step S1505: the server 12 determines whether the Token identifier in the new webpage instruction is the same as the Token identifier corresponding to the target user information stored by itself, and sends the determination result to the terminal 11.
In order to improve the security, the user will generate different Token identifications each time the user logs in the server, i.e. the Token identifications generated by the server each time are only valid at the current login.
It can be understood that if the instruction for creating the new webpage carries the Token identifier which is the same as the Token identifier generated by the Token identifier, it indicates that the target user has the authority for creating the new webpage; if the instruction for creating the new webpage carries the Token identifier and the Token identifier generated by the Token identifier, it indicates that the target user does not have the authority for creating the new webpage.
Step S1506: and when the terminal 11 receives the message carrying the Token identifier and the Token identifier generated by the Token identifier in the newly-built webpage instruction fed back by the server, displaying a webpage content editing interface.
Again, the method for acquiring the associated document shown in fig. 3 will be described in detail based on the second application scenario.
If the documents, the association relationship between the identification IDs, the document attribute information corresponding to the identification IDs, and the document index are stored in the terminal 20, the terminal 20 may have the functions of the terminal 11 and the server 12 as shown in fig. 4. The terminal 20 need not have the function of "transmitting a document instruction associated with the acquisition target document to the server 12" in step S401, and need not have the function of step S404.

The terminal 20 "obtains the document attribute information of the associated document of the target document according to the first identifier ID" is the same as the server 12, and may refer to each other, which is not described herein again.
As shown in the flowchart of fig. 7, since each document, the association relationship between each identifier ID, the document attribute information corresponding to each identifier ID, and the document index are stored in the terminal 20, the functions of the terminal 11 and the server 12 in fig. 7 are the functions of the terminal 20, but the terminal 20 does not need the function of step S702.
The document processing interface in the application client in the terminal 20 may also be as shown in fig. 8.
The terminal 20 has the functions of the terminal 11 and the server 12 as shown in fig. 9 when implementing the document acquiring method according to the keyword, except that the terminal 20 does not need to have the function of sending the instruction to search for the document containing the target keyword to the server 12 in step S901, the function of sending the instruction to acquire the target document to the server 12 in step S906, and the function of step S907.
The terminal 20 may display in the first display area when displaying the document attribute information corresponding to the target keyword, where the document title includes the document attribute information of the associated document of the target keyword; and displaying in a second display area, wherein the document content comprises document attribute information of the associated document of the target keyword.
Referring specifically to fig. 10, further description is omitted here.
The terminal 20 may have the functions of the terminal 11 and the server 12 shown in fig. 11 in the process of determining the association relationship between the identification IDs. The terminal 20 need not have the function of step S1103, the function of step S1105, and the function of sending the association of the second identification ID and the identification ID of the matching document to the server 12 in step S1107 in fig. 11.
The terminal 20 may have the functions of the terminal 11 and the server 12 as shown in fig. 12 in the process of determining the association relationship between the identification IDs. The terminal 20 need not have the function of step S1205 in fig. 12.
The terminal 20 may also be embodied with the function of creating a new webpage as shown in fig. 13, and a webpage content editing interface in the terminal 20 may be shown in fig. 14.
