The inquired map data, video data, target display information and the like are combined for displaying, so that the display content is more various, and the inquiry experience of the house source information is further improved.

the analysis module 206 is configured to analyze the target house source data to obtain target display information of the target building;
and a returning module 207 for returning the target display information.
In an optional manner, the target presentation information includes first presentation information, and the analysis module 206 is further configured to: filtering the target house source data to obtain house source data to be displayed, wherein the house source data to be displayed correspond to at least one house source to be displayed;
respectively determining attribute information of the house source to be displayed corresponding to each house source to be displayed according to the house source data to be displayed;
determining the house source type of each house source to be displayed according to the house source attribute information to be displayed;
performing statistical calculation on the property information of the house resources to be displayed according to the house resource types to obtain the building development information of the target building;
and generating the first display information according to the building development information.
In an optional manner, the target presentation information includes second presentation information, and the analysis module 206 is further configured to:
determining position information corresponding to each house source to be displayed according to the house source attribute information to be displayed;
determining typesetting information corresponding to each house source to be displayed according to the position information;
generating a target display template according to the typesetting information;
and filling the target display template according to the property information of the house source to be displayed to obtain the second display information.
In an alternative manner, the analysis module 206 is further configured to: determining development evaluation information of the target building according to the building development information;
and updating the target display information according to the development and evaluation information.
In an optional mode, the building parameter field comprises a building development information field and a building development evaluation field; the analysis module 206 is further configured to:
storing the building development information in the first index under a development field associated with the target building identification;
and storing the development evaluation information in the first index under the building development evaluation field associated with the target building identification.
In an optional manner, the first query module 203 is further configured to:
acquiring original house source data;
performing data cleaning on the original house source data to obtain house source data to be aggregated;
extracting keywords from the house source data to be aggregated to obtain a house source keyword set, wherein the house source keyword set comprises at least one alternative building identifier and/or at least one alternative house source identifier;
and aggregating the room source data to be aggregated according to the room source keyword set, and establishing the first index and the second index.
In an optional manner, the first query module 203 is further configured to: establishing a monitoring queue, and acquiring an update message of the original house source data through the monitoring queue;
and updating the first index and the second index according to the updating message.
The house source information query device provided by the embodiment of the invention can improve the house source information query experience by querying the first index and the second index step by step and comprehensively analyzing the data queried in the two indexes to obtain the target display information most relevant to the house source information and returning the target display information. Different from the room source information query aiming at the sale control table adopted in the prior art, the room source information query device provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems of single information and low data updating efficiency of the existing sale control table, thereby improving the room source information query experience.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a house source information query device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific implementation of the house source information query device.

inquiring in a second index according to the target house source identification to obtain inquired target house source data; a plurality of candidate house source identifications and house source data corresponding to the candidate house source identifications are stored in the second index;
analyzing the target house source data to obtain target display information of the target building;
and returning the target display information.
In an alternative manner, the target presentation information includes first presentation information, and the program 310 is invoked by the processor 302 to cause the querying device of the house source information to:
filtering the target house source data to obtain house source data to be displayed, wherein the house source data to be displayed correspond to at least one house source to be displayed;
respectively determining attribute information of the house source to be displayed corresponding to each house source to be displayed according to the house source data to be displayed;

acquiring original house source data;

According to the house source information query device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first index and the second index are queried step by step, and the data queried in the two indexes are comprehensively analyzed to obtain the target display information most relevant to the house source information and return, so that the house source information query experience can be improved. Different from the room source information query aiming at the sale control table adopted in the prior art, the room source information query equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems of single information and low data updating efficiency of the existing sale control table, thereby improving the room source information query experience.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where at least one executable instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when the executable instruction runs on a querying device of house source information, the querying device of house source information executes a method for querying house source information in any method embodiment described above.
The executable instructions may be specifically configured to cause the querying device of the house source information to perform the following operations:
acquiring a query request;
determining a building parameter field corresponding to the building data according to the query request;
inquiring in a first index according to the floor parameter field to obtain an inquired target floor identifier; a plurality of candidate building identifiers and building data corresponding to the candidate building identifiers are stored in the first index; the target building identification is one of the alternative building identifications; the target building identification is the identification of a target building;
determining a target house source identifier according to a preset house source dictionary and the target building identifier; the target building identification corresponds to at least one target house source identification;
inquiring in a second index according to the target house source identification to obtain inquired target house source data; a plurality of candidate house source identifications and house source data corresponding to the candidate house source identifications are stored in the second index;
analyzing the target house source data to obtain target display information of the target building;
and returning the target display information.
In an alternative, the target presentation information includes first presentation information, and the executable instructions cause the querying device of the house source information to:

In an optional mode, the building parameter field comprises a building development information field and a building development evaluation field; the executable instructions cause the querying device of the house source information to perform the following operations:
storing the building development information in the first index under a development field associated with the target building identification;

In an alternative, the executable instructions cause the querying device of the house source information to:

The computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention can improve the query experience of the house source information by querying the first index and the second index step by step and comprehensively analyzing the data queried in the two indexes to obtain the target display information most relevant to the house source information and returning the target display information. Claims (10)

1. A method for querying house source information, the method comprising:
acquiring a query request;
determining a building parameter field corresponding to the building data according to the query request;
inquiring in a first index according to the floor parameter field to obtain an inquired target floor identifier; a plurality of candidate building identifiers and building data corresponding to the candidate building identifiers are stored in the first index; the target building identification is one of the alternative building identifications; the target building identification is the identification of a target building;
determining a target house source identifier according to a preset house source dictionary and the target building identifier; the target building identification corresponds to at least one target house source identification;
inquiring in a second index according to the target house source identification to obtain inquired target house source data; a plurality of candidate house source identifications and house source data corresponding to the candidate house source identifications are stored in the second index;
analyzing the target house source data to obtain target display information of the target building;
and returning the target display information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target show information comprises first show information, and analyzing the target premises data to obtain the target show information for the target building comprises:
filtering the target house source data to obtain house source data to be displayed, wherein the house source data to be displayed correspond to at least one house source to be displayed;
respectively determining attribute information of the house source to be displayed corresponding to each house source to be displayed according to the house source data to be displayed;
determining the house source type of each house source to be displayed according to the house source attribute information to be displayed;
performing statistical calculation on the property information of the house resources to be displayed according to the house resource types to obtain the building development information of the target building;
and generating the first display information according to the building development information.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the target exhibition information includes second exhibition information, and after determining attribute information of the to-be-exhibited house resource corresponding to each to-be-exhibited house resource according to the to-be-exhibited house resource data, the method further includes:
determining position information corresponding to each house source to be displayed according to the house source attribute information to be displayed;
determining typesetting information corresponding to each house source to be displayed according to the position information;
generating a target display template according to the typesetting information;
and filling the target display template according to the property information of the house source to be displayed to obtain the second display information.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein after the statistical calculation is performed on the property information of the house resources to be exhibited according to the house resource types to obtain the building development information of the target building, the method further comprises:
determining development evaluation information of the target building according to the building development information;
and updating the target display information according to the development and evaluation information.
5. The method of claim 4 wherein the floor parameter fields include a floor development information field and a floor development evaluation field; after the development evaluation information of the target building is determined according to the building development information, the method further comprises the following steps:
storing the building development information in the first index under a development field associated with the target building identification;
and storing the development evaluation information in the first index under the building development evaluation field associated with the target building identification.
6. The method of claim 1, prior to querying in the first index according to the query information, further comprising:
acquiring original house source data;
performing data cleaning on the original house source data to obtain house source data to be aggregated;
extracting keywords from the house source data to be aggregated to obtain a house source keyword set, wherein the house source keyword set comprises at least one alternative building identifier and/or at least one alternative house source identifier;
and aggregating the room source data to be aggregated according to the room source keyword set, and establishing the first index and the second index.
7. The method of claim 6, after establishing the first index and the second index, comprising:
establishing a monitoring queue, and acquiring an update message of the original house source data through the monitoring queue;
and updating the first index and the second index according to the updating message.
8. An apparatus for querying house source information, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the query request;
the first determining module is used for determining the building parameter field corresponding to the building data according to the query request;
the first query module is used for querying in the first index according to the floor parameter field to obtain a queried target floor identifier; a plurality of candidate building identifiers and building data corresponding to the candidate building identifiers are stored in the first index; the target building identification is one of the alternative building identifications; the target building identification is the identification of a target building;
the second determination module is used for determining a target house source identifier according to a preset house source dictionary and the target building identifier; the target building identification corresponds to at least one target house source identification;
the second query module is used for querying in a second index according to the target house source identifier to acquire queried target house source data; a plurality of candidate house source identifications and house source data corresponding to the candidate house source identifications are stored in the second index;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the target house source data to obtain target display information of the target building;
and the return module is used for returning the target display information.
9. An inquiry apparatus for house source information, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation of the house source information query method according to any one of claims 1-7.
