Because the degree of tightness of the internal space of the computer host is high, and the main heat generating factor inside the computer host is the heat generated by the computer motherboard 3 and the expansion equipment during operation, when the heat dissipation structure assembly is arranged on the computer host of the device, the heat dissipation fan 25 is arranged above the connecting plate 4 (the connecting plate 4 is a circuit board structure for connecting the expansion equipment), so that the heat generated by the expansion equipment connected to the connecting plate 4 below can be pushed upwards by the heat dissipation fan 25 during operation, but because the internal tightness of the computer host is strong, the heat exchange cannot be performed only by arranging the heat dissipation fan 25; therefore, the cooling pipe system 26 is disposed above the heat dissipation fan 25, and the rising hot air carried by the heat dissipation fan 25 is cooled by the cooling pipe system 26, so as to exchange heat with the hot air, and further, a cooling area exists in the computer host, thereby preventing the problem that the heat cannot be removed outwards in a closed environment. Moreover, the heat dissipation fan 25 is also arranged for heat exchange, if the cooling pipe system 26 is only arranged, the cooling pipe system 26 can only exchange heat for air heat close to the cooling pipe system, and the overall cooling purpose cannot be achieved, so that the heat dissipation fan 25 needs to be arranged here.
In order to facilitate the positioning of the heat dissipation fans 25, a heat dissipation base groove 27 is disposed above the connection plate 4, and a plurality of the heat dissipation fans 25 are disposed inside the heat dissipation base groove 27. Because there may be a plurality of connection boards 4 connected to the computer motherboard 3 during installation, in order to ensure that the heat generated by the connection boards 4 can be all taken out by the heat dissipation fan 25, a partition board 28 is cooperatively installed at the outer side of the connection board 4, and an air inlet 29 is opened at the lower end of the partition board 28, so that when the heat generated by the connection board 4 is exhausted upwards by the heat dissipation fan 25, the cooler gas, which is at the outer side of the partition board 28 and subjected to heat exchange by the cooling pipe system 26 at this time, enters the partition board 28 from the position of the air inlet 29, and the cooler air entering the partition board 28 participates in heat exchange with the connection boards 4; and flows upwards under the driving of the cooling fan 25, so that the air inside and outside the partition plate 28 circularly flows, and the temperature of the connecting plate 4 inside the partition plate 28 is at a proper working temperature. In order to ensure that the heat generated by the connecting plate 4 can be effectively cooled by the cooling pipe system 26, the isolation plate 28 is made of a thermal insulation board surface material, so that the heat exchange between the isolation plate 28 and the external environment of the isolation plate 28 is reduced as much as possible, and the cooling pipe system 26 effectively exchanges the heat emitted by the connection, thereby avoiding the problem of heat diffusion.
Although the cooling pipe system 26 is applied more, because the application environment inside the host computer is smaller, the water-cooling pipe 30 is connected with the pump body, and the pump body is connected with the refrigeration source, so that heat exchange between the water-cooling pipe 30 and the refrigeration source is realized under the driving of the pump body, and thus, water in the water-cooling pipe 30 above the cooling fan 25 is always in a cooler environment, so that the water-cooling pipe 30 can continuously cool hot air exhausted by the cooling fan 25, and the connecting plate 4 can continuously have a certain suitable working temperature.
According to the structure setting, the cooling operation of the expansion equipment and the mainboard 3 inside the computer host can be met in military environment, the expansion equipment and the mainboard 3 can work at a proper environment temperature, the problem that the internal components of the computer host are overheated in application is avoided, and the equipment is influenced to perform normal work application.
Electromagnetic shielding structure assembly:
when the military computer host is used for communication during combat, because the application environment is a field environment, some external signals in the field environment need to be shielded so as to avoid interference of the signals in the field environment on application signals in the computer host. However, when the host computer is installed, in order to facilitate the quick connection between the motherboard 3 inside the host computer and the expansion device, the entire host computer cannot be sealed, so that the insertion opening 7 for installing and connecting the expansion device becomes a main leakage part of electromagnetic interference, which is not favorable for military safety application of the host computer.
Because shielding external electromagnetic signals relates to the safety of computer application, the honeycomb type shielding plate can shield the external electromagnetic signals, namely the electromagnetic shielding plate designed by utilizing the waveguide principle has a good electromagnetic shielding function. However, because the application is carried out in the external environment, the problem that sundries in the external environment enter the inside of the honeycomb holes and then enter the inside of the computer host easily occurs; moreover, for special application environments, such as rainy and snowy weather, it is necessary to ensure that the arrangement of the honeycomb holes does not damage the connection board 4 and the main board 3 inside the computer host, so the following arrangements are made here:
the electromagnetic shielding structure assembly is arranged at an opening position of the box body 1 and comprises a connecting frame 31 and a cellular board 32, the cellular board 32 is arranged by matching with the connecting frame 31, and the connecting frame 31 is arranged at the opening position of the box body 1 through a quick-release structure; a shielding plate 33 is arranged at the position of the outer end face of the connecting frame 31 matching with the honeycomb plate 32, an adjusting piece 34 is connected to the shielding plate 33, and the position of the shielding plate 33 on the honeycomb plate 32 is adjusted through the adjusting piece 34. Because the cellular board 32 provided here has a function of shielding external electromagnetic signals, and the holes of the cellular board 32 can also discharge a part of heat generated in the computer host to the outside, when the computer host is used under normal conditions, the position of the cellular board 32 relative to the opening of the case body 1 can be fixed through the connection frame 31, so that the cellular board 32 can shield the electromagnetic signals which are expected to enter the computer host, and because the connection frame 31 is provided with the quick release structure, the connection frame 31 can easily realize the mounting and dismounting operation at the opening position of the case body 1. The shielding plate 33 is further arranged on the outer end face of the connecting frame 31 in a matching manner, and the adjusting piece 34 is arranged in a matching manner by matching with the shielding plate 33, so that the shielding plate 33 is driven by the adjusting piece 34 to move at the position of the honeycomb plate 32; when the application environment of the host computer is in a severe environment, the position of the shielding plate 33 relative to the adjusting piece 34 is adjusted by the adjusting piece 34, so that the shielding plate 33 shields the cellular board 32, and interferents in the external environment cannot enter the host computer through the cellular holes of the cellular board 32, thereby causing influence on the application of components in the host computer.
For the setting of the adjusting piece 34, it is necessary to ensure that the position of the shielding plate 33 relative to the cellular board 32 can be fixed while the shielding plate 33 can be effectively driven to move, and therefore it is necessary to ensure that the adjusting piece 34 can effectively adjust the position of the shielding plate 33, so as to avoid affecting the normal operation of the components inside the computer host under some special environmental conditions, and thus the adjusting piece 34 needs to be set. Firstly, setting the adjusting part 34, namely, the adjusting part 34 is a hinge adjusting mechanism 35 or a sliding adjusting mechanism 36; the shielding plate 33 is provided with a fixing member 37, and the position of the shielding plate 33 with respect to the honeycomb panel 32 is fixed by the fixing member 37.
First, as for the hinge adjusting mechanism 35, the hinge adjusting mechanism 35 includes a hinge position 38 disposed on the connecting frame 31, one end of the shielding plate 33 is hinged to the hinge position 38, and a fixing member 37 is disposed on the other side of the shielding plate 33, and the position of the shielding plate 33 relative to the connecting frame 31 is fixed by the fixing member 37. Because the hinged shielding mode is simple and convenient to set, and the shielding plate 33 is directly subjected to position adjustment through the hinged position 38 when in use, the shielding plate 33 can be ensured to effectively shield the honeycomb plate 32 in the connecting frame 31, and the optimal shielding requirement is further met; as for the fixing member 37 provided herein, a magnetic attraction fixing manner may be selected, that is, a magnetic attraction block is provided at the hinged and rotatable end of the shielding plate 33, so that the position of the shielding plate 33 relative to the connecting frame 31 is fixed by the magnetic attraction block.
In the case of the slide adjusting mechanism 36, the slide adjusting mechanism 36 includes a slide groove 39, the slide groove 39 is disposed at the upper and lower end positions of the connecting frame 31, and the shielding plate 33 is slidably disposed in the slide groove 39; here, since the provision of the slide groove 39 satisfies the condition that the shutter 33 can slide along the slide groove 39, when the position of the shutter 33 with respect to the honeycomb panel 32 needs to be adjusted, the position of the shutter 33 can be adjusted by sliding the shutter 33 in the slide groove 39. In order to fix the position of the shielding plate 33 with respect to the honeycomb panel 32, the fixing member 37 provided here may be the same as the fixing member 37 described above, or a bolt may be provided on the side where the shielding plate 33 slides to fix the position of the shielding plate 33 with respect to the honeycomb panel 32 by using a bolt fixing method.
Therefore, the computer network host for the military network control terminal aims at influencing factors when the military computer host is used in an external environment, and avoids the problem that the normal work of the network host is influenced due to the environmental factors. And the safety of the computer in use is pertinently set, so that the host can have better use conditions in the external environment, and the military battle can be guaranteed to be guaranteed in actual combat.

Claims (10)

1. A computer network host for a military network control terminal, comprising: the box body (1) is internally provided with a quick-release structure assembly, a heat dissipation structure assembly and an electromagnetic shielding structure assembly;
quick detach structure assembly:
the plug-in connector is arranged outside a plug-in connector (2) arranged in the box body (1) in a matching way, and the plug-in connector (2) is connected with a main board (3) in the box body (1); the quick-release structure assembly comprises a connecting plate (4) and a quick-release key (5), wherein the quick-release key (5) is arranged on the connecting plate (4), the quick-release key (5) is matched with a quick-release position (6) arranged at the position of an insertion hole (7) of the connecting plate (4), and the connecting plate (4) is matched and connected with an insertion port (2) connected with the mainboard (3) through the quick-release piece;
the heat radiation structure assembly:
the heat dissipation structure assembly is arranged in the box body (1) in a matching mode, the heat dissipation structure assembly comprises a heat dissipation fan (25), and the heat dissipation fan (25) is arranged above the connecting plate (4) in the box body (1) in a matching mode; a cooling pipe system (26) is arranged above the cooling fan (25), and a water cooling pipe (30) of the cooling pipe system (26) is spirally arranged above the cooling fan (25);
electromagnetic shielding structure assembly:
the electromagnetic shielding structure assembly is arranged at an opening position of the box body (1), and comprises a connecting frame (31) and a cellular board (32), wherein the cellular board (32) is arranged by matching with the connecting frame (31), and the connecting frame (31) is arranged at the opening position of the box body (1) through a quick-release structure; a shielding plate (33) is arranged at the position, matched with the honeycomb plate (32), of the outer end face of the connecting frame (31), the shielding plate (33) is connected with an adjusting piece (34), and the position, in which the shielding plate (33) is located on the honeycomb plate (32), is adjusted through the adjusting piece (34).

A computer network host for a military network control terminal according to claim 1, wherein: the quick-release key (5) comprises a rotating part (8) and a pushing part (9), the pushing part (9) is arranged in the rotating part (8), and the pushing part (9) and the rotating part (8) are connected with the same rotating shaft (10) in a penetrating way; an L-shaped bending position (11) is arranged at the inner end position of the pushing piece (9), and the L-shaped bending position (11) is attached to the connecting plate (4) and fixed relative to the position of the connecting plate (4); the rotating piece (8) is connected with the pushing piece (9) through a connecting block (12);
the quick release mechanism is characterized in that a clamping position (13) is arranged on the rotating piece (8), a clamping interface (14) is arranged on the quick release position (6) to match with the clamping position (13), and when the clamping position (13) is clamped to the clamping and buckling position, the rotating piece (8) can rotate relative to the position of the pushing piece (9).
