The temperature and humidity monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein a thickening area (4 c) is additionally arranged around the third mounting hole (4 b), and the edges of the inner side and the outer side of the outer sealing ring (4) are respectively provided with a third waterproof rib (4 d) and a fourth waterproof rib (4 e).
