Abstract
本发明公开一种古建筑青砖干挂施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:沿原有墙体与地面交接处划线,拆除原有墙体;步骤二:沿划线处搭设模板,并在模板上开设可紧插入青砖干挂机构的开口,将青砖干挂机构打入开口内,青砖干挂机构包括接入盖,接入盖的一侧设置有预埋板,接入盖内设置有至少两对插接片,接入盖的边侧设有筋孔;步骤三:在模板之间浇筑混凝土,使得混凝土有效覆盖预埋板。将接入盖边侧的筋孔中插入插接筋并将插接筋贯穿每对插接片之间,插接筋的截面直径满足有效贴合每对插接片的内壁,而当插接筋插入每对插接片的内壁时,插接片不可横向脱出接管,从而使得仿古饰面青砖稳定安装混凝土墙面上,工艺更加稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于古建筑修复技术领域,具体涉及古建筑青砖干挂施工方法。
背景技术
古建筑墙体多通过青砖砌筑而成,由于年代久远,并受到雨水和风力侵蚀的影响,青砖表面呈片状脱落,而因粘附青砖的古法粘料失效,青砖容易掉落,为了保存古建筑墙体墙面基本面貌,先对古建筑墙体外露青砖进行编号,需要按照古建筑墙体上各个青砖原有外露面貌,通过3D扫描出各个青砖外露面貌基本凹凸轨迹,采用精雕机按照扫描出来的凹凸轨迹对现烧制而成的青砖进行精细雕刻,并按照原先青砖排布对雕刻出来的青砖进行编号,接着对古建筑墙体拆除,按照原古建筑墙体大小在拆除位置整体浇筑混凝土墙,并在浇筑过程中在混凝土墙上按照青砖排布情况安装预埋板,且预埋板端部设置榫头,而采用干挂青砖的方式主要因为古法粘料难以仿制,采用现有的粘料无法保障青砖之间有效贴合,目前采用干挂青砖的形式,在烧制青砖前,对烧制青砖的胚料上制作榫槽,干挂安装时,只需将烧制好的青砖按照原先的排序逐个将其后面的榫槽对应榫头套入即可,这些仿古饰面青砖之间有效贴合,并且稳定安装在混凝土墙面上,然而,烧制前的青砖胚料制作的榫槽,在烧制过程中,容易变形,导致榫头无法插入榫槽内或者榫头插入榫槽中呈大间隙活动配合,因此不得不重新烧制青砖并进行雕刻,因此有必要设计一种工艺更加稳定的古建筑青砖干挂施工方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供古建筑青砖干挂施工方法,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:古建筑青砖干挂施工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:沿原有墙体与地面交接处划线,拆除原有墙体;
步骤二:沿划线处搭设模板,并在模板上开设可紧插入青砖干挂机构的开口,将青砖干挂机构打入开口内,所述青砖干挂机构包括接入盖,所述接入盖的一侧设置有预埋板,所述接入盖内设置有至少两对插接片,所述接入盖的边侧设有筋孔;
步骤三:在模板之间浇筑混凝土,使得混凝土有效覆盖预埋板;
步骤四:在青砖干挂机构上安装仿古饰面青砖,所述仿古饰面青砖的一侧预设有管槽,所述仿古饰面青砖的边沿设有边槽,所述管槽内设置有接管,安装时,将仿古饰面青砖的边槽处插入接入盖内,将每对所述插接片插入接管内,将接入盖边侧的筋孔中插入插接筋并将插接筋贯穿每对所述插接片之间;
步骤五:拆除模板,并在浇筑墙体拐角处的仿古饰面青砖之间安装拐角块。
优选的,所述步骤二和步骤四中,接入盖为一侧开口的方形盖,所述边槽为方环状凹槽。
优选的,所述接管为C型管,所述插接片为一侧带有弧形板的方形板。
优选的,所述拐角块的两侧设有插条,拐角处两侧的所述仿古饰面青砖上设有条槽且插条插入条槽内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,仿古饰面青砖烧制过程中,管槽与接管不变形,并且烧制后,接管的外壁紧密贴附在管槽的内壁,边槽的大小设置,满足其能够滑动插入接入盖内,插接时,每对插接片对准接管开口抵压,每对插接片相向弯曲,直至插入接管内后,回弹而贴附在接管的内壁,将接入盖边侧的筋孔中插入插接筋并将插接筋贯穿每对插接片之间,插接筋的截面直径满足有效贴合每对插接片的内壁,而当插接筋插入每对插接片的内壁时,插接片不可横向脱出接管,从而使得仿古饰面青砖稳定安装混凝土墙面上,工艺更加稳定。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参阅图1、图2和图3,古建筑青砖干挂施工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:沿原有墙体与地面交接处划线,划线包括内墙和外墙与地面交接处,可采用石灰水划线,先对古建筑墙体外露青砖进行编号,需要按照古建筑墙体上各个青砖原有外露面貌,通过3D扫描出各个青砖外露面貌基本凹凸轨迹,拆除原有墙体,并保留划线;
步骤二:沿划线处搭设模板,模板采用木质模板,模板可采用铝合金模板支架进行安装支撑,并在模板上开设可紧插入青砖干挂机构的开口,将青砖干挂机构打入开口内,并采木质横担装订在模板上对青砖干挂机构进行支撑,青砖干挂机构包括接入盖1,接入盖1为左端开口的方形盖,接入盖1的右侧焊接有预埋板2,接入盖1内右侧一体设置有上下两对插接片6,插接片6为左侧带有弧形板的方形板,接入盖1与插接片6的材质为不锈铁,插接片6的厚度为1毫米,具有良好的弯曲回弹能力,接入盖1的前后边侧设有筋孔;
步骤三:在模板之间浇筑混凝土,使得混凝土有效覆盖预埋板2;
步骤四:在青砖干挂机构上安装仿古饰面青砖3,仿古饰面青砖3的一侧预设有管槽,仿古饰面青砖3的边沿设有边槽4,管槽内设置有接管5,接管5的厚度为2毫米,其中,接管5在烧制仿古饰面青砖3前,提前装入青砖胚料中,且接管5的材质为锰钢,因此在烧制过程中,管槽与接管5不变形,边槽4为方环状凹槽,接管5为C型管,并且烧制后,接管5的外壁紧密贴附在管槽的内壁,而边槽4的设置,是在仿古饰面青砖3烧制完成后,精磨机精磨而成,边槽4的大小设置,满足其能够滑动插入接入盖1内,而仿古饰面青砖的仿古饰面采用精雕机按照扫描出来的凹凸轨迹对现烧制而成的青砖进行精细雕刻,安装时,需将烧制好的青砖按照原先的排序逐个安装,将仿古饰面青砖3的边槽4处插入接入盖1内,将每对插接片6插入接管5内,插接时,需将每对插接片6对准接管5开口抵压,每对插接片6相向弯曲,直至插入接管5内后,回弹而贴附在接管5的内壁,将接入盖1边侧的筋孔中插入插接筋7并将插接筋7贯穿每对插接片6之间,插接筋7的截面直径满足有效贴合每对插接片6的内壁,而当插接筋7插入每对插接片6的内壁时,插接片6不可横向脱出接管5,每根插接筋7满足横向贯穿横向一排的仿古饰面青砖3;
步骤五:拆除模板,先拆除铝合金模板支架,并在浇筑墙体拐角处的仿古饰面青砖3之间从上至下插入拐角块8,拐角块8采用硬质按照古建筑墙体拐角处风蚀雨蚀后基本样貌采用木材通过精雕机雕刻而成,并通过仿青砖色漆对拐角块8整体喷涂,干燥后,采用桐油覆盖,以保障其防腐性能,拐角块8的两侧一体设有插条9,拐角处两侧的仿古饰面青砖3上设有条槽10,条槽10可在仿古饰面青砖3安装完毕后,采用开槽机沿着拐角处的仿古饰面青砖3边侧进行开设而成,插条9滑动插入条槽10内,稳定了拐角块8的横向位置,而竖向相邻的拐角块8之间采用木胶粘接。

Claims (4)
1.古建筑青砖干挂施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:沿原有墙体与地面交接处划线,拆除原有墙体;
步骤二:沿划线处搭设模板,并在模板上开设可紧插入青砖干挂机构的开口,将青砖干挂机构打入开口内,所述青砖干挂机构包括接入盖(1),所述接入盖(1)的一侧设置有预埋板(2),所述接入盖(1)内设置有至少两对插接片(6),所述接入盖(1)的边侧设有筋孔;
步骤三:在模板之间浇筑混凝土,使得混凝土有效覆盖预埋板(2);
步骤四:在青砖干挂机构上安装仿古饰面青砖(3),所述仿古饰面青砖(3)的一侧预设有管槽,所述仿古饰面青砖(3)的边沿设有边槽(4),所述管槽内设置有接管(5),安装时,将仿古饰面青砖(3)的边槽(4)处插入接入盖(1)内,将每对所述插接片(6)插入接管(5)内,将接入盖(1)边侧的筋孔中插入插接筋(7)并将插接筋(7)贯穿每对所述插接片(6)之间;
步骤五:拆除模板,并在浇筑墙体拐角处的仿古饰面青砖(3)之间安装拐角块(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的古建筑青砖干挂施工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二和步骤四中,接入盖(1)为一侧开口的方形盖,所述边槽(4)为方环状凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的古建筑青砖干挂施工方法,其特征在于:所述接管(5)为C型管,所述插接片(6)为一侧带有弧形板的方形板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的古建筑青砖干挂施工方法,其特征在于:所述拐角块(8)的两侧设有插条(9),拐角处两侧的所述仿古饰面青砖(3)上设有条槽(10)且插条(9)插入条槽(10)内。
