Working principle: when the device is used, an operator can drive the second mounting plate 10 and the parts above the second mounting plate to move upwards through the operation of the lifting assembly, so that the stirring rod 28 is separated from the interiors of the cleaning bin 11 and the drying bin 4, then the operator respectively places uncleaned non-woven fabrics and cleaned non-woven fabrics into the interiors of two groups of placing net drums 31, finally the placing net drums 31 are respectively placed into the interiors of the cleaning bin 11 and the drying bin 4, so that the annular sliding blocks 35 are inserted into the annular guide grooves 27, after the placing is finished, the second mounting plate 10 and the parts above the second mounting plate can be driven to move downwards through the reverse rotation of the lifting assembly, so that the stirring rod 28 is inserted into the interiors of the placing net drums 31, then the operation of the second servo motor 25 drives the double-groove belt pulley 24 to rotate, the double-groove belt pulley 24 drives the belt pulley 23 to rotate through the belt pulley 23, and the two groups of stirring rods 28 can be driven to rotate in the interiors of the two groups of placing net drums 31 so as to realize the overturning operation of the non-woven fabrics inside the double-belt pulleys;
meanwhile, through the operation of the electric heating rod 29, the non-woven fabrics in the drying bin 4 can be dried, dripping water generated in the drying bin 4 can flow into the water bin 1 through the second drain pipe 30, then cleaning water in the water bin 1 can be pumped into the third drain pipe 12 through the operation of the water pump 13, finally the cleaning water is discharged into the cleaning bin 11 so as to realize the cleaning of the non-woven fabrics in the cleaning bin, meanwhile, the rotation of the stirring rod 28 can drive the gear 22 to rotate, the mutual meshing of the gear 22 and the annular gear 36 can drive the set of net placing cylinders 31 to reversely rotate, and at the moment, the stirring block 37 designed at the bottom of the annular sliding block 35 can drive the cleaning rod 34 to rotate at the inner side of the cleaning bin 11 so as to realize the cleaning of the cleaning rod 34 on the inner side of the cleaning bin 11;
after cleaning, the first drain pipe 21 can be opened through the switch valve 20 to enable sewage in the cleaning bin 11 to be discharged into the water bin 1 through the first drain pipe, then the filtering warning component is used for filtering once, then other impurities in the sewage can be adsorbed and filtered by the activated carbon filter bag 2 placed in the placing net groove 3, and finally the sewage can be changed into clean water for next cleaning.
