step e: preparing a culture medium by using the following raw materials in parts by weight: mixing a carbohydrate: 2 parts of nitrogen-containing substance: 0.3 part of inorganic salt: 0.3 part, vitamin: 0.4 part of water: mixing 7 parts of the mixture, introducing the mixture into a culture dish, and stirring the mixture for 2-3 minutes by using a stirring rod to fully mix the mixture together to prepare a culture medium;
step f: adjusting the temperature and humidity of the incubator, placing the culture dish in the incubator, adjusting the temperature and humidity of the incubator by adjusting the turntable, and placing the culture medium for 3-7 days to finish the preparation of the microbial agent;
step g: and (3) extracting the microbial agent, wherein an extraction plate made of turf is in full contact with the microbial agent, so that a culture medium containing the microbial agent is fully adhered to the extraction plate, and the microbial agent is extracted.
