Description

Disinfectant containing wood vinegar and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfection, and particularly relates to a disinfectant containing wood vinegar, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The pyroligneous liquor is a reddish brown liquid obtained by condensing and separating a steam gas mixture derived from biomass (wood, fruit pits, wood chips and the like) such as agricultural and forestry waste and the like after dry distillation in dry distillation equipment, and is a natural mixture with very complex components. The main components of the organic phenolic resin are organic acid, phenols, alcohols and ketones, wherein the content of acetic acid in the organic component is the largest, the organic phenolic resin has high activity, the ortho-substituted phenol compounds have higher activity than phenol, and the pH value is 1.5-3.7. At present, wood vinegar is mainly used for pesticide additives, soil conditioners, plant growth regulators, food additives, deodorants, preservatives, medicinal raw materials and the like at home and abroad.
Although the pyroligneous liquor is also used as a disinfectant at present, the pyroligneous liquor is combined with other chemical substances or other effective disinfecting components for application, so that the disinfecting effect of the pyroligneous liquor is not maximized, and the environment is excessively disinfected by using other chemical substances, which is unfavorable for the environment of livestock and poultry farms.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a disinfectant containing pyroligneous, which can be used for disinfecting the environment of livestock and poultry farms and the surfaces of articles, and is a novel disinfectant, which consists of pyroligneous, an antioxidant, a metal ion complexing agent and a surfactant, the pyroligneous prepared by adopting a specific process has the best quality of effective components for disinfection, and further has the best disinfection effect by the synergistic effect of the antioxidant, the metal ion complexing agent and the surfactant, and the adverse effect on the environment of the livestock and poultry farms caused by over-disinfection of the environment is avoided.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a disinfectant containing wood vinegar comprises wood vinegar, an antioxidant, a metal ion complexing agent and a surfactant, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 74.7 to 84.895 parts of wood vinegar, 0.1 to 0.2 part of antioxidant, 0.005 to 0.1 part of metal ion complexing agent and 15 to 25 parts of surfactant.
The preparation method of the wood vinegar comprises the following steps:
(1) condensing and separating a steam gas mixture derived by dry distillation and pyrolysis of broad-leaved tree branches and trunks growing at 46-degree north latitude for more than 100 years to obtain a red brown liquid;
(2) pouring the reddish brown liquid obtained in the step (1) into a container, standing, aging and separating for 3-5 years, and collecting an intermediate clear part to obtain crude wood vinegar;
(3) and (3) distilling the crude pyroligneous liquor obtained in the step (2) again at normal pressure, and collecting fractions at the temperature of 98-103 ℃, namely the required pyroligneous liquor.
The longer the aging time in the step (2) is, the better the quality of the pyroligneous liquor is, the aging time is preferably 5 years, and the collected is the middle clear part of the aging because the middle clear part has the best quality, the most effective components and the best disinfection effect.
When the fraction in the step (3) is collected, the fraction below 98 ℃ is unstable and contains components with low boiling points, such as methanol and formaldehyde, which are toxic to organisms; the fraction at a temperature higher than 103 deg.C contains 3, 4-benzopyrene and other high-boiling point toxic chemical components; the collected fraction is 98-103 deg.c, and the fraction in this temperature range is acetic acid or its component near the boiling point of acetic acid, and is the required effective pyroligneous liquor, and contains no toxic chemical components.
The pyroligneous liquor is separated into harmful ingredients through a specific process, and nontoxic active ingredients are reserved, so that the disinfection effect of the pyroligneous liquor is best, and the adverse effect on the environment of the livestock and poultry farm caused by excessive disinfection on the environment is avoided.
The pyroligneous liquor is a red brown liquid obtained by condensing and separating a steam gas mixture derived by dry distillation pyrolysis of broad-leaved tree branches and trunks growing at 46-degree growth period of north latitude for more than 100 years, wherein the broad-leaved tree branches and trunks are preferably branches and woods of oak and birch, the problem of waste utilization is solved, and a new way is provided for development of biomass energy. The obtained wood vinegar is a natural mixture with very complex components, the main components of the wood vinegar are organic acid, phenols, alcohols and ketones, the content of acetic acid is maximum, the wood vinegar has high activity, ortho-substituted phenol compounds have higher activity than phenol, and the pH value of the obtained wood vinegar is 1.5-3.7, preferably 1.9-2.5, and more preferably 2.5. This is because it is possible to maximize the disinfection effect of the pyroligneous acid solution and to avoid excessive disinfection of the environment.
The antioxidant is selected from one or more of sodium bisulfite, sodium metabisulfite, tert-butyl p-hydroxyanisole (BHA), 2, 6-di-tert-butyl p-cresol (BHT), Propyl Gallate (PG) and tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ); sodium bisulfite is preferred.
The metal ion complexing agent is selected from one or more of Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid (EDTA), disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA-2Na), dipotassium ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA-2K), citric acid and tartaric acid; preferably ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA).
The surfactant is selected from one or more of benzalkonium bromide, benzalkonium chloride, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfate, sodium hexadecyl sulfate and sodium octadecyl sulfate; benzalkonium bromide is preferred.
A disinfectant containing wood vinegar is prepared by adding wood vinegar, antioxidant, metal ion complexing agent, and surfactant into acid-resistant container according to the above formula ratio, and mixing.
The disinfectant is applied to the environmental disinfection and the surface disinfection of articles in livestock and poultry farms.
The main components of the wood vinegar liquid are organic acid, phenols, ketones, alcohols, aldehydes and the like, and are main components of the disinfectant, the antioxidant mainly plays a role in preventing the wood vinegar liquid from being oxidized, the metal ion complexing agent plays a role in assisting the antioxidant, and the surfactant is beneficial to preparing a homogeneous solution and can exert the disinfection effect to the maximum. The components interact with each other, so that the disinfectant has stable property and is nonvolatile, which is beneficial to environmental disinfection and surface disinfection of articles and can not cause excessive disinfection.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the branches of the broad-leaved trees growing at the 46-degree growth period of the north latitude for more than 100 years are preferably branches and woods of oak and birch, so that the problem of waste utilization is solved, the environmental pollution is avoided, the economic benefit is improved, and a new way is provided for the development of biomass energy;
(2) when preparing the pyroligneous liquor, the intermediate clarified part of the aging is collected in the step (2) because the intermediate clarified part has the best quality, the most effective components and the best disinfection effect;
(3) harmful ingredients are separated by a specific process, and nontoxic effective ingredients are reserved, so that the disinfection effect of the pyroligneous liquor is the best, and adverse effects on the environment of the livestock and poultry farm caused by excessive disinfection on the environment are avoided;
(4) the disinfectant prepared by taking the wood vinegar as the raw material and cooperating with the antioxidant, the metal ion complexing agent and the surfactant has stable property and is non-volatile, so that the effective disinfection effect of the wood vinegar is exerted to the maximum, and the side effect of harmful ingredients on the skin of the pet can be avoided.
