Claims (10)

1. An organosilicon coated quantum dot material, which is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01-1% of the quantum dot core is coated with an organic silicon polymer on the surface of the quantum dot core.
2. The silicone-coated quantum dot material of claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the organic silicon polymer coated on the surface of the quantum dot core is 1-100 mu m; the content of the organic silicon polymer is 99.5-99.99% by mass percent.
3. The silicone-coated quantum dot material of claim 2, wherein: the organic silicon polymer is coated on the surface of the quantum dot kernel by a uniform-thickness shell layer or an amorphous shell layer.
4. The silicone-coated quantum dot material of claim 3, wherein: the quantum dot core is a compound nanocrystal consisting of II-IV atoms with the average particle size of 1-100 nm.
5. The silicone-coated quantum dot material of claim 4, wherein: the compound composed of the group II to group IV atoms is at least one of cesium halide, lead halide, tin halide, zinc halide, indium halide, cadmium halide, nickel halide and technetium halide.

The silicone-coated quantum dot material of claim 5, wherein: the organic silicon monomer in the organic silicon polymer is at least one of trialkoxysilane, triethoxysilane, gamma-propyl trimethoxysilane, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, methyltrimethoxysilane, ethyltrimethoxysilane, propyl trimethoxysilane, trifluoropropyl trimethoxysilane, vinyl trialkoxysilane, gamma-chloropropyltriethoxysilane, trialkoxychloromethylsilane, tetraethoxysilane, phenyl trimethoxysilane and gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane.
7. The silicone-coated quantum dot material of claim 6, wherein: the organosilicon monomer at least comprises a trifunctional silane and a dimer silane; the molar ratio of the trifunctional silane to the dimer silane is 1: 1-200.

A method for preparing the organosilicon coated quantum dot material according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: (1) putting the quantum dot kernel in an organic solvent, and heating for 1-10 hours at 25-180 ℃ to obtain a quantum dot solution; (2) putting the quantum dot solution into deionized water, and stirring for 1-20 minutes under heat preservation; (3) adding and mixing an organic silicon monomer, adding a catalyst, heating to 50-80 ℃, and stirring for 1-5 hours while keeping the temperature; (4) and after the reaction is finished, performing centrifugal separation, drying at low temperature, and removing water and the organic solvent to obtain the catalyst.
9. Use of the silicone-coated quantum dot material according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: application of a photoluminescence device comprising the organosilicon coated quantum dot material.
10. Use of the silicone-coated quantum dot material according to claim 9, characterized in that: the raw materials of the photoluminescence device at least comprise 0.1-1 wt% of organosilicon coated quantum dot materials.
