Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of centralized storage and drying of wet corn straws, in particular to a centralized storage and drying mode of crushed wet corn straws.
Background
The corn planting range in China is very large, the amount of corn straws generated every year is a large scale, and the dried corn straws are a good fuel resource. However, due to the defects of the current corn straw collecting, storing and transporting system, the utilization rate of the corn straw is not high generally. The invention solves the problems of large land occupation and high drying cost in the storage link. Under the current political and social big environment of carbon neutralization, more corn straws can be collected, stored and utilized, and more modes and choices are provided for changing waste into valuables from agricultural and forestry wastes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a mode for intensively storing and drying crushed wet corn straws, solves the problems of large occupied land and high drying cost in the corn straw storage link, and provides the following scheme for realizing the aim:
a method for storing and drying crushed wet corn straws in a centralized way. The rain sheltering structure mainly comprises a bottom structure, an inner side porous building envelope, an outer side porous building envelope, a connecting member and a top rain sheltering system. The collected crushed wet corn straws are stored in a space surrounded by a bottom structure, an inner porous enclosing structure and an outer porous enclosing structure in a centralized manner, a rain shielding system is arranged at the top to prevent rain and snow from being eroded in a large amount, and the corn straws are stored in an environment with sufficient lighting and good ventilation so as to achieve the purposes of three-dimensional storage and natural drying.
Optionally, the top rain shielding system can be integrated with the outer porous building envelope and the inner porous building envelope, or can be arranged independently, and the main purpose is to prevent a large amount of rain and snow from eroding the centrally stored corn straws.
Alternatively, the bottom structure should have a certain strength and rigidity and meet the ventilation condition, more than 80% of the area is more than 5CM from the ground.
Optionally, the inner porous building envelope and the outer porous building envelope are formed by matching a steel skeleton and a porous material, so that the requirements of ventilation, moisture removal and heat dissipation are met.
Optionally, the outer porous envelope and the inner porous envelope are not easily over 6 meters in height, and when over 6 meters an anti-tip measure is taken.
Optionally, the outer porous building envelope and the inner porous building envelope are connected by the bottom plate, and reliable connecting members are arranged at intervals of height in the vertical direction, so that the inner porous building envelope, the outer porous building envelope and the bottom plate form a stable whole.
Optionally, the spacing between the outer porous envelope and the inner porous envelope does not easily exceed 1.5 meters.
Optionally, the device further comprises a pipeline with an opening through the body, and the pipeline with the opening through the body can be used as the connecting component and can also be arranged independently.
Optionally, a discharge window may be provided on the bottom structure.
Optionally, a discharge window may be provided on the outer porous building envelope.
Optionally, when the storage environment does not reach the natural drying condition, measures such as mechanical ventilation and drying should be assisted to achieve the drying purpose.
According to the specific embodiment provided by the invention, the invention discloses the following technical effects:
the invention discloses a method for intensively storing and drying wet corn straws, which is characterized in that collected crushed wet corn straws are intensively stored in a space surrounded by a bottom structure, an inner porous enclosing structure and an outer porous enclosing structure, a rain shielding system is arranged at the top to prevent a large amount of erosion of rain and snow, and the wet corn straws are stored in an environment with sufficient lighting and good ventilation so as to achieve the purposes of three-dimensional storage and natural drying. The problems of large land occupation and high drying cost in the storage link are solved.
