the sterilized packaging bottles enter a drying station, the packaging bottles rotate to the inside of a drying cover 5, and an external dryer sprays hot air from an air nozzle 6 to blow on the packaging bottles to dry the packaging bottles;
when the packing bottle after drying enters into the blanking station, the electric telescopic handle 12 among the solid material mechanism contracts to in putting the packing bottle after disinfecting back to standing groove 16, two splint 8 at last loose the packing bottle of cliping again, wait that the packing bottle after the unloading station will disinfect at the back releases the outside of standing groove 16 to go, thereby accomplish the unloading.

2. The safe manufacturing process of the oral liquid according to claim 1, wherein the sterilizing device comprises:

the drying mechanism comprises a drying cover (5) arranged on one side of the placing disc (2) and a plurality of air nozzles (6) arranged on the inner wall of the drying cover (5); and
and the blanking mechanism is connected with the driving assembly and used for pushing the dried packaging bottles out of the placing groove (16).

The safe production process of the oral liquid according to claim 1, wherein one side of the placing groove (16) close to the center of the placing disc (2) is provided with a mounting groove (7) arranged along the radial direction of the placing disc (2), the fixing mechanism comprises a rack (30) fixed in the mounting groove (7) along the radial direction of the placing disc (2), a moving column (31) movably sleeved outside the rack (30) and a telescopic component used for driving the moving column (31) to move along the length direction of the rack (30), the top of the moving column (31) extends to the upper part of the placing disc (2), the fixing mechanism further comprises a support plate (28), a transverse plate (17) fixed on the outer wall of one side of the support plate (28) close to the placing groove (16) and a clamp installed on the transverse plate (17), the bottom of the support plate (28) is provided with a buffer hole, and the top of the buffer hole is fixed with a buffer spring, the top movable sleeve of removing post (31) is established in the buffering hole and with buffer spring's other end rigid coupling, the top both sides of mounting groove (7) all install with backup pad (28) matched with guide block (29), and the top surface orientation of guide block (29) is close to the one side slope of standing groove (16) and upwards.
