When people need to use the washing powder infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine, the first valve 92 can be twisted to rotate and open, clear water is added into the water tank 91 through the water inlet pipe 94, clear water in the water tank 91 submerges the lower end of a conveying belt of the conveyor 2, then the first valve 92 is twisted to reversely close, when the infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine 1 and the conveyor 2 are opened, the heat insulation plate 96 can block heat emitted by the infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine 1, so that the clear water in the water tank 91 is prevented from being heated by the infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine 1, when the conveying belt of the conveyor 2 is in contact with the clear water, the clear water can cool the conveying belt of the conveyor 2, so that the conveying belt of the conveyor 2 is prevented from being burnt out due to long-time heating by the infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine 1, when the conveying belt of the conveyor 2 is in contact with the sponge block 97, the residual clear water on the conveying belt of the conveyor 2 can be wiped by the sponge block 97, after infrared pyrocondensation packagine machine 1 and conveyer 2 close, twist second valve 93 and rotate and open, make the clear water in the water tank 91 outwards discharge through outlet pipe 95, then second valve 93 reversal close can to make things convenient for people to cool down to the conveyer belt of conveyer 2.
Still including air-drying mechanism 10, air-drying mechanism 10 is including connecting rod 101 and hair-dryer 102, and it is shown with reference to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 12, the lower part interval welding in the left side of water tank 91 has three connecting rod 101, and the equal rotary type in three connecting rod 101 left part is connected with hair-dryer 102, opens through hair-dryer 102, can air-dry the conveyer belt of conveyer 2.
When infrared pyrocondensation packagine machine 1 and conveyer 2 were opened, people can open hair-dryer 102, made hair-dryer 102 blow to conveyer 2's conveyer belt to air-dry conveyer belt to conveyer 2, after infrared pyrocondensation packagine machine 1 and conveyer 2 closed, people closed hair-dryer 102 can, thereby make things convenient for people to air-dry conveyer belt to conveyer 2.

A washing powder infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine comprises an infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine (1) and a conveyor (2), wherein the infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine (1) is used for performing thermal shrinkage treatment on a thermal shrinkage film, the lower part of the infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine (1) is connected with the conveyor (2), the automatic side sealing device is characterized by further comprising a supporting plate (3), a feeding mechanism (4), a cutting mechanism (5), a side sealing mechanism (7) and a pulling mechanism (8), wherein the supporting plate (3) is symmetrically connected to the front side and the rear side of the conveyor (2) in a left-side mode, the feeding mechanism (4) used for feeding materials is arranged on the left supporting plate (3), the cutting mechanism (5) used for cutting the thermal shrinkage film is arranged on the feeding mechanism (4), the side sealing mechanism (7) used for carrying out hot melting on the side edge of the thermal shrinkage film is arranged on the conveyor (2), and the pulling mechanism (8) used for driving the cutting mechanism (5) to move is arranged on the feeding mechanism (4).

The washing powder infrared thermal shrinkage packaging machine is characterized in that a cutting mechanism (5) comprises a guide rail (51), a first elastic part (52), a movable frame (53), a first thermal melting device (54), a second elastic part (55) and a cutting knife (56), the guide rail (51) is connected to the right side of the upper portion of a fixed frame (41) on the rear side, the guide rail (51) is connected to the left portion of the front side of a material conveying plate (46), the first elastic part (52) is connected to the upper portion of the guide rail (51), the movable frame (53) is connected between the lower ends of the first elastic part (52), the movable frame (53) slides between the guide rails (51), the first thermal melting device (54) is connected to the left side and the right side of the bottom of the movable frame (53) in a sliding manner, the second elastic part (55) is connected between the front side and the rear side of the top of the first thermal melting device (54) and the movable frame (53), the cutting knife (56) is connected to the bottom of the movable frame (53), a cutting knife (56) is located between the first heat fuses (54).
