背景技术
防潮被是一种具有一定防潮功能的被子,在一些热区岛礁的地方,因受到地理环境的影响,空气中的湿度较大,普通的棉被在高湿度环境下易潮湿,会降低人们使用的舒适感,使用防潮被可起到一定的防潮效果。
现有的防潮被在使用时,防潮被的防潮效果有限,在高湿度的环境下,人会有湿空气浸入到被子中,降低被子使用的舒适性,现有防潮被的防潮效果不佳,同时现有的防潮被在使用时,防潮被的透气性较差,会降低防潮被的使用效果。
发明内容
为实现以上热区岛礁防潮被及其制备方法目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种热区岛礁防潮被,包括被芯,所述被芯的表面设置有隔热层,用于防潮被的隔热保温,所述隔热层的表面设置有防潮层,用于使防潮被具有防潮的效果,所述防潮层的内部设置有收缩面,所述收缩面的表面设置有防潮面,收缩面与防潮面配合,可使防潮面的表面形成凸起部,所述防潮面的表面设置有凸起部,用于增加湿空气中的水珠与防潮层的接触面积,所述收缩面的内部设有均匀的芯线,所述防潮面的内部设有均匀的纱线,所述芯线表面的收缩性高于所述纱线表面的收缩性,当收缩面和防潮面经高温定型处理之后,可使防潮面的表面形成凸起部,所述凸起部为所述纱线表面的隆起部,相邻两条所述纱线表面的凸起部呈交叉分布,用于增加凸起部对湿空气中水珠的支撑效果,防止水珠劈裂,有利于提高防潮效果。
进一步的,所述隔热层由聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维组成,用于提高防潮被隔热保温的效果。
进一步的,所述隔热层与所述防潮层之间设有除湿层,用于进一步提高防潮被的防潮效果,同时辅助防潮层表面的水汽蒸发。
进一步的,所述除湿层包括隔潮层和反光面层。
进一步的,所述隔潮层为柔性面料,所述隔潮层的表面浸轧有具有微孔的防水膜,所述防水膜为防水材料,在保证被芯透气性的情况下,用于提高被芯的防潮效果。

S1、制备隔热层,取聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维,利用混纺设备对聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维进行混纺加工,制得多纤维混纺面料,利用混纺面料作为隔热层;
S2、取适量被芯,将隔热层平铺在被芯的表面,并将隔热层缝制在被芯的表面;
S3、制备隔潮层,取柔性织物面料,将防水材料浸轧在织物面料的表面,使织物面料的表面形成不透水的防水膜;
S4、制备反光面层,取反光布,利用挤压成型设备,在反光布的表面压制形成均匀的凹形部;
S5、制备除湿层,将压制成型的反光布平铺在浸轧有防水膜的柔性织物面料的表面,并将反光布与柔性织物面料粘接在一起;
S6、将制得的除湿层与被芯和隔热层缝制在一起;
S7、制备防潮层,利用纺织设备,将芯线纺织加工成收缩面,利用纺织设备将纱线均匀纺织在芯线的表面;
S8、采用内包缝的方式,利用缝纫设备将防潮层与被芯缝制在一起,制得防潮被。
进一步的,所述S2中被芯与隔热层经过缝制加工之后,表型形成均匀的菱形格面。
进一步的,所述隔潮层的具体制备方法包括:
S301、利用有机硅作为防水剂,将防水剂溶入到有机溶剂中,并制成乳液;
S302、取柔性织物面料,将柔性面料浸轧在乳液中,乳液的pH为4.8-5.3,浸轧温度为60-70℃;
S303、柔性织物面浸轧完成之后,将柔性织物面料放置到烘干设备中进行烘干处理;
S304、将烘干之后的柔性织物面料放置在焙烘设备中进行焙烘加工,焙烘完成之后将柔性织物面料取出,柔性面料的表面会形成具有微孔的防水膜,从而制得隔潮层。
进一步的,所述防潮层的具体制备方法包括:
S701、制备收缩面面料,利用纺织设备,将芯线纺织加工成面料;
S702、制备防潮层的坯布,利用纺织设备,将纱线纺织在芯线纺织加工成的面料的表面;
S703、将防潮层的坯布放置在高温设备中进行高温加热定型处理,使坯布的表面形成均匀交错的凸起部;
S704、防潮层的坯布经高温处理之后,将坯布浸入到S301制备的乳液中,进行防水处理,并经过烘干、焙烘加工,使坯布的表面形成具有微孔的防水膜,从而制得防潮层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:

请参阅图1-图6,一种热区岛礁防潮被,包括被芯1,被芯1的表面设置有隔热层2,用于防潮被的隔热保温,隔热层2由聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维组成,用于提高防潮被隔热保温的效果,隔热层2的表面设置有防潮层4,用于使防潮被具有防潮的效果,隔热层2与防潮层4之间设有除湿层3,用于进一步提高防潮被的防潮效果,同时辅助防潮层4表面的水汽蒸发。
除湿层3包括隔潮层31和反光面层32,隔潮层31为柔性面料,隔潮层31的表面浸轧有具有微孔的防水膜,防水膜为防水材料,在保证被芯1透气性的情况下,用于提高被芯1的防潮效果,反光面层32的表面设有凹形部321,凹形部321的内表面为反光材料,凹形部321均匀分布在隔潮层31靠近防潮层4一侧的表面,用于将光线聚焦在防潮层4的表面,用于辅助防潮层4表面水汽的蒸发。
防潮层4的内部设置有收缩面41,收缩面41的表面设置有防潮面42,收缩面41与防潮面42配合,可使防潮面42的表面形成凸起部421,防潮面42的表面设置有凸起部421,用于增加湿空气中的水珠与防潮层4的接触面积,收缩面41的内部设有均匀的芯线,防潮面42的内部设有均匀的纱线,芯线表面的收缩性高于纱线表面的收缩性,当收缩面41和防潮面42经高温定型处理之后,可使防潮面42的表面形成凸起部421,凸起部421为纱线表面的隆起部,相邻两条纱线表面的凸起部421呈交叉分布,用于增加凸起部421对湿空气中水珠的支撑效果,防止水珠劈裂,有利于提高防潮效果。
一种热区岛礁防潮被制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备隔热层2,取聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维,利用混纺设备对聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维进行混纺加工,制得多纤维混纺面料,利用混纺面料作为隔热层2;
S2、取适量被芯1,将隔热层2平铺在被芯1的表面,并将隔热层2缝制在被芯1的表面,被芯1与隔热层2经过缝制加工之后,表型形成均匀的菱形格面;
S3、制备隔潮层31,取柔性织物面料,将防水材料浸轧在织物面料的表面,使织物面料的表面形成不透水的防水膜;
隔潮层31的具体制备方法包括:
S301、利用有机硅作为防水剂,将防水剂溶入到有机溶剂中,并制成乳液;
S302、取柔性织物面料,将柔性面料浸轧在乳液中,乳液的pH为4.8-5.3,浸轧温度为60-70℃;
S303、柔性织物面浸轧完成之后,将柔性织物面料放置到烘干设备中进行烘干处理;
S304、将烘干之后的柔性织物面料放置在焙烘设备中进行焙烘加工,焙烘完成之后将柔性织物面料取出,柔性面料的表面会形成具有微孔的防水膜,从而制得隔潮层31;
S4、制备反光面层32,取反光布,利用挤压成型设备,在反光布的表面压制形成均匀的凹形部321;
S5、制备除湿层3,将压制成型的反光布平铺在浸轧有防水膜的柔性织物面料的表面,并将反光布与柔性织物面料粘接在一起;
S6、将制得的除湿层3与被芯1和隔热层2缝制在一起;
S7、制备防潮层4,利用纺织设备,将芯线纺织加工成收缩面41,利用纺织设备将纱线均匀纺织在芯线的表面;
防潮层4的具体制备方法包括:
S701、制备收缩面41面料,利用纺织设备,将芯线纺织加工成面料;
S702、制备防潮层4的坯布,利用纺织设备,将纱线纺织在芯线纺织加工成的面料的表面;
S703、将防潮层4的坯布放置在高温设备中进行高温加热定型处理,使坯布的表面形成均匀交错的凸起部421;
S704、防潮层4的坯布经高温处理之后,将坯布浸入到S301制备的乳液中,进行防水处理,并经过烘干、焙烘加工,使坯布的表面形成具有微孔的防水膜,从而制得防潮层4;
S8、采用内包缝的方式,利用缝纫设备将防潮层4与被芯1缝制在一起,制得防潮被。
防潮原理:收缩面41内部芯线的收缩性大于防潮面42中纱线的收缩性,当防潮层4经过高温定型加工处理之后,防潮面42的表面会出现均匀交错的凸起部421,凸起部421之间相互配合,可以增加湿空气中的水珠与防潮层4的接触面积,可防止水珠破裂,收缩面41和防潮面42经过含有有机硅的防水剂的乳液处理之后,可以降低面料的亲水性,提高面料的拒水效果,从而避免水珠浸入到被芯中,有利于提高被芯1防潮的效果,保证防潮被使用的舒适性,同时保证防潮层表面的透气性。
隔潮层31经过含有有机硅的防水剂的乳液处理之后,在保证防潮被透气性的同时,可进一步提高防潮被的防潮效果,在有光的环境下,反光面层32表面凹形部321之间的配合使用,可将光线聚焦在防潮层4的表面,便于将防潮层4表面的水汽蒸发,从而达到除湿的效果,有利于提高防潮被防潮的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种热区岛礁防潮被,包括被芯(1),其特征在于:所述被芯(1)的表面设置有隔热层(2),所述隔热层(2)的表面设置有防潮层(4),所述防潮层(4)的内部设置有收缩面(41),所述收缩面(41)的表面设置有防潮面(42),所述防潮面(42)的表面设置有凸起部(421),所述收缩面(41)的内部设有均匀的芯线,所述防潮面(42)的内部设有均匀的纱线,所述芯线表面的收缩性高于所述纱线表面的收缩性,所述凸起部(421)为所述纱线表面的隆起部,相邻两条所述纱线表面的凸起部(421)呈交叉分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被,其特征在于:所述隔热层(2)由聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被,其特征在于:所述隔热层(2)与所述防潮层(4)之间设有除湿层(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被,其特征在于:所述除湿层(3)包括隔潮层(31)和反光面层(32)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被,其特征在于:所述隔潮层(31)为柔性面料,所述隔潮层(31)的表面浸轧有具有微孔的防水膜,所述防水膜为防水材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被,其特征在于:所述反光面层(32)的表面设有凹形部(321),所述凹形部(321)的内表面为反光材料,所述凹形部(321)均匀分布在隔潮层(31)靠近防潮层(4)一侧的表面。
7.一种热区岛礁防潮被制备方法,应用于权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、制备隔热层(2),取聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维,利用混纺设备对聚酰亚胺纤维、热粘合纤维和棉纤维进行混纺加工,制得多纤维混纺面料,利用混纺面料作为隔热层(2);
S2、取适量被芯(1),将隔热层(2)平铺在被芯(1)的表面,并将隔热层(2)缝制在被芯(1)的表面;
S3、制备隔潮层(31),取柔性织物面料,将防水材料浸轧在织物面料的表面,使织物面料的表面形成不透水的防水膜;
S4、制备反光面层(32),取反光布,利用挤压成型设备,在反光布的表面压制形成均匀的凹形部(321);
S5、制备除湿层(3),将压制成型的反光布平铺在浸轧有防水膜的柔性织物面料的表面,并将反光布与柔性织物面料粘接在一起;
S6、将制得的除湿层(3)与被芯(1)和隔热层(2)缝制在一起;
S7、制备防潮层(4),利用纺织设备,将芯线纺织加工成收缩面(41),利用纺织设备将纱线均匀纺织在芯线的表面;
S8、采用内包缝的方式,利用缝纫设备将防潮层(4)与被芯(1)缝制在一起,制得防潮被。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2中被芯(1)与隔热层(2)经过缝制加工之后,表型形成均匀的菱形格面。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被制备方法,其特征在于:所述隔潮层(31)的具体制备方法包括:
S301、利用有机硅作为防水剂,将防水剂溶入到有机溶剂中,并制成乳液;
S302、取柔性织物面料,将柔性面料浸轧在乳液中,乳液的pH为4.8-5.3,浸轧温度为60-70℃;
S303、柔性织物面浸轧完成之后,将柔性织物面料放置到烘干设备中进行烘干处理;
S304、将烘干之后的柔性织物面料放置在焙烘设备中进行焙烘加工,焙烘完成之后将柔性织物面料取出,柔性面料的表面会形成具有微孔的防水膜,从而制得隔潮层(31)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种热区岛礁防潮被制备方法,其特征在于:所述防潮层(4)的具体制备方法包括:
S701、制备收缩面(41)面料,利用纺织设备,将芯线纺织加工成面料;
S702、制备防潮层(4)的坯布,利用纺织设备,将纱线纺织在芯线纺织加工成的面料的表面;
S703、将防潮层(4)的坯布放置在高温设备中进行高温加热定型处理,使坯布的表面形成均匀交错的凸起部(421);
S704、防潮层(4)的坯布经高温处理之后,将坯布浸入到S301制备的乳液中,进行防水处理,并经过烘干、焙烘加工,使坯布的表面形成具有微孔的防水膜,从而制得防潮层(4)。
