Further, with continued reference to fig. 2-4, the reset assembly 3 includes: a fixing rod 31 extending along the first direction X, one end of which along the first direction X is fixedly connected with the first connecting portion 22, and the other end of which is fixedly connected with the second connecting portion 23, the fixing rod 31 passing through the mounting bracket 1; at least two elastic parts 32, one end of at least one elastic part 32 along the first direction X is connected with the first connecting part 22, the other end is connected with the mounting rack 1, one end of at least one elastic part 32 along the first direction X is connected with the second connecting part 23, and the other end is connected with the mounting rack 1; the acting force of the first elastic part 32 on the mounting frame 1 is equal to and opposite to the acting force of the second elastic part 32 on the mounting frame 1.
The fixing bar 31 extending in the first direction X serves as a mounting carrier for the other components of the reset assembly 3. The fixing rod 31 penetrates through the mounting frame 1, and two ends of the fixing rod are fixedly connected with the first connecting portion 22 and the second connecting portion 23 respectively. The number of the elastic parts 32 is at least two, wherein at least one elastic part 32 is connected with the first connecting part 22 and the mounting rack 1, at least one elastic part 32 is connected with the second connecting part 23 and the mounting rack 1, and the acting forces applied to the mounting rack 1 by the two elastic parts 32 are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction. No matter the direction of scraper body 2 towards first connecting portion 22 to second connecting portion 23 is rotated, still scraper body 2 rotates towards the direction of second connecting portion 23 to first connecting portion 22, all has at least one elastic component 32 to apply elasticity to mounting bracket 1, and its reaction force can hinder scraper body 2's rotation, and reaction force can press scraper body 2 to scrape stupefied object 5 to guarantee to scrape stupefied effect.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 2 to 4, the mounting bracket 1 is provided with an abdicating through hole, which penetrates through the mounting bracket 1 along the first direction X; the abdicating through holes are strip-shaped holes, and the length direction is parallel to the second direction Y. The abdicating through hole can abdicate the fixing rod 31. When scraper body 2 rotates around third direction Z relative mounting bracket 1, the through-hole of stepping down also can rotate around third direction Z relative mounting bracket 1, the parallel bar hole of length direction and second direction Y can reduce the interference of mounting bracket 1 to dead lever 31 when dead lever 31 rotates relative mounting bracket 1 for scraper body 2 rotates more smoothly relative mounting bracket 1, scrape stupefied operation more smoothly promptly, reduce and scrape stupefied object 5 impaired possibility. Further, with continued reference to fig. 2 to 4, at least two fixing rods 31 are provided, and at least one elastic part 32 is respectively sleeved on the parts of each fixing rod 31 located at the two sides of the mounting frame 1; the elastic portion 32 abuts against the mount 1, and the elastic portion 32 is in a compressed state. When the scraper body 2 rotates relative to the mounting frame 1 in the direction from the second connecting portion 23 to the first connecting portion 22, the elastic portion 32 on one side of the first connecting portion 22 is further compressed, the elastic portion 32 on one side of the second connecting portion 23 is released, the scraper body 2 is reset when the edge scraping operation is not performed under the combined action of the two elastic portions 32, and the scraper body 2 is pressed on the edge scraping object 5 when the edge scraping operation is performed. Similarly, when the scraper body 2 rotates relative to the mounting frame 1 in the direction from the first connecting portion 22 to the second connecting portion 23, the elastic portion 32 on one side of the second connecting portion 23 is further compressed, the elastic portion 32 on one side of the first connecting portion 22 is released, and under the combined action of the two elastic portions 32, the scraper body 2 is reset when the edge scraping operation is not performed, and the scraper body 2 is compressed on the edge scraping object 5 when the edge scraping operation is performed.
Second embodiment
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a corrugating apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 5, the embodiment of the present application provides a corrugating device for forming edges and corners of a folded paperboard sheet, and the corrugating device of the first embodiment of the present application is used. The corrugating apparatus may further include a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism, a first slide rail extending along the first direction X, and a second slide rail extending along the second direction Y. The first driving mechanism drives the scraper mechanism to move along the first sliding rail so as to carry out edge scraping operation. The second driving mechanism drives the scraper mechanism to move along the second sliding rail, so that the scraper mechanism is close to or far away from the edge scraping object 5.
To sum up, among the scraper mechanism and the stupefied equipment of scraping that this application embodiment provided, the scraper body is articulated with the mounting bracket to set up reset assembly. When the pressure between the scraper body and the edge scraping object is too high, the scraper body swings for a certain angle relative to the mounting frame in the opposite direction of the movement of the mounting frame so as to reduce the pressure, and an acute angle is formed between the scraper body and the surface of the edge scraping object, so that the edge scraping operation is easier to perform; reset assembly can exert effort to the scraper body to make the scraper body reset, when the scraper body swings certain angle, reset assembly's effort can guarantee the scraper body and scrape and possess enough big pressure between the stupefied object, with the stupefied effect of guaranteeing to well scrape.

Claims (10)

1. A scraper mechanism, comprising:
a mounting frame moving in a first direction;
the scraper body is rotatably connected with the mounting frame, the scraper body rotates around a first axis direction relative to the mounting frame, and the first axis is perpendicular to the first direction; the scraper body extends along a second direction, a scraping edge part is arranged at one end, far away from the mounting frame, of the scraper body along the second direction, and the first direction and the first axis are perpendicular to the second direction; the edge scraping part is used for pressing and forming edges and corners at the bent part of the paperboard;
the reset assembly is connected with the mounting frame and the scraper body and provided with an elastic part, and at least part of the reset assembly penetrates through the mounting frame.
2. The doctor mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the doctor portion includes:
first scrape stupefied face and the stupefied face of second scraping, be located respectively scrape stupefied portion edge the both sides of first direction deviate from along the second direction the mounting bracket direction, first scrape stupefied face with the second is scraped the distance between the stupefied face and is reduced gradually.
3. The doctor mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first and second doctoring surfaces are symmetrical about a first reference plane, the first reference plane being parallel to the second direction.
4. The doctor mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein the doctor section further includes:
the tip part is positioned at one end, far away from the mounting frame, of the edge scraping part along the second direction, and the first edge scraping surface and the second edge scraping surface extend to the tip part; the point portion is provided with an arc-shaped curved surface, and the arc-shaped curved surface is tangent to the first scraping edge surface and the second scraping edge surface.
5. The doctor mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the doctor body and the mounting frame are hinged by a connecting pin extending in the third direction, the first and second directions being perpendicular to the third direction.
6. The doctor mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the doctor body further includes:
the mounting bracket is arranged between the first connecting part and the second connecting part, at least part of the mounting bracket is positioned between the first connecting part and the second connecting part, one end of the reset assembly in the first direction is connected with the first connecting part, and the other end of the reset assembly is connected with the second connecting part.
7. The doctor mechanism as claimed in claim 6, wherein the reset assembly includes:
the fixing rod extends along a first direction, one end of the fixing rod along the first direction is fixedly connected with the first connecting part, the other end of the fixing rod is fixedly connected with the second connecting part, and the fixing rod penetrates through the mounting rack;
at least one elastic part, at least one end of which along the first direction is connected with the first connecting part, and the other end of which is connected with the mounting rack, at least one end of which along the first direction is connected with the second connecting part, and the other end of which is connected with the mounting rack; the acting force exerted on the mounting frame by the first elastic part is equal to and opposite to the acting force exerted on the mounting frame by the second elastic part.
8. The squeegee mechanism of claim 7, wherein the mounting frame is provided with an abdicating through-hole extending through the mounting frame in the first direction; the abdicating through holes are strip-shaped holes, and the length direction is parallel to the second direction.
9. The scraper mechanism of claim 7 wherein there are at least two of said securing bars, each of said securing bars being provided with at least one resilient portion at a portion thereof on each side of said mounting bracket; the elastic part is abutted to the mounting frame and is in a compressed state.
10. A corrugating machine for forming corners of bends in paperboard, including a corrugating blade mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
