In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present application will be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the application will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, however, the present application may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The clamping device 100 and the wine machine 200 provided according to some embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Embodiment one:
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a first aspect of the present application proposes a clamping device 100 capable of clamping a container, comprising: a main body 110; a clamping part 120 provided at the main body 110, the clamping part 120 being for clamping the container; the heating part 130 is provided in the clamping part 120 and is used for heating the container.
The clamping device 100 provided by the application can clamp and heat the container. The clamping device 100 includes a main body 110 and a clamping portion 120, where the clamping portion 120 is disposed on the main body 110 and is used for clamping a container. Specifically, the clamping portion 120 is movably mounted to the main body 110, and the clamping portion 120 can clamp or release the container by adjusting the position of the clamping portion 120. When the user needs to fix the container to the clamping device 100, the user can adjust the clamping portion 120 to the first position, so that the clamping portion 120 can firmly clamp the container; when the user desires to remove the container from the holding device 100, the user may adjust the holding portion 120 to the second position so that the holding portion 120 releases the container to facilitate removal of the container from the holding device 100.
Further, the clamping device 100 is further provided with a heating portion 130, and the heating portion 130 is provided in the clamping portion 120 for heating the container. Specifically, the heating part 130 provided on the grip part 120 can heat the container in a state where the grip part 120 grips the container, thereby enabling the user to obtain the heated beverage. If the user does not need to heat the beverage, the heating part 130 can be controlled to stop running, so that the liquid in the container is kept at normal temperature, and the user can obtain the beverage in a normal temperature state. The heating portion 130 is disposed on the clamping portion 120 and near the container, so that the heating portion 130 can transfer heat to the container more fully and rapidly in a state that the clamping portion 120 clamps the container and the heating portion 130 works, thereby reducing the loss of heat in the transfer process and improving the heating efficiency.
By providing the holding portion 120 and the heating portion 130 in the holding device 100, the container can be detachably mounted on the holding portion 120, and when the holding portion 120 holds the container, the beverage in the container can be heated by the heating portion 130, and the heating portion 130 can be stopped when heating is not required. Therefore, the user can obtain drinks with different temperatures according to the self requirements, and various requirements of the user are met. And, when the user is fixed the container through clamping device 100, can heat the container through clamping device 100 simultaneously, only can realize two kinds of functions of clamping and fixing and heating through a device, need not to heat the container through other devices in addition, improved user's convenience of use.
Embodiment two:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in a specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, the clamping portion 120 includes at least two clamping members 121, where the at least two clamping members 121 are respectively used to abut against the container; the heating part 130 is provided on at least one clamping member 121 of the at least two clamping members 121.
In this embodiment, the structure of the clamping portion 120 is specifically defined. The clamping portion 120 includes at least two clamping members 121, and the at least two clamping members 121 respectively abut against different positions of the container, so that the plurality of clamping members 121 form a gripper-like structure, and the container is gripped between the plurality of clamping members 121, and is further fixed to the clamping device 100.
In one possible embodiment, the number of the clamping members 121 is two, and the two clamping members 121 respectively abut against two ends of the container, thereby completing the clamping action. Further, in order to enable the container to be more firmly fixed to the clamping device 100, the number of the clamping members 121 may be three or more, so that the abutting positions of the clamping members 121 and the container are increased, and the stability of the container is improved.
Further, the heating part 130 is provided on at least one clamping member 121 of the at least two clamping members 121, that is, the heating part 130 can heat the container through one location or a plurality of locations of the container. In one possible solution, the number of the clamping members 121 is two, wherein one clamping member 121 abuts against the bottom wall of the container, the other clamping member 121 abuts against the top cover of the container, and the heating portion 130 is disposed on the clamping member 121 abutting against the bottom wall of the container to heat the bottom wall of the container. It will be appreciated that the bottom wall of the container is typically thinner than the top lid of the container, thereby allowing the heat of the heating portion 130 to be more easily transferred to the beverage within the container, and thereby improving the heating efficiency.
In one possible embodiment, the number of the heating portions 130 may be plural, and in the case that the plurality of clamping members 121 are abutted against the container to clamp the container, the plurality of heating portions 130 can heat the container at the same time, so that the heating efficiency is further improved, and the beverage in the container can be heated more uniformly, so that the heating effect is further improved.
By providing at least two clamps 121 in the clamp portion 120 and fixing the container by the clamp 121 abutting against the container, the container can be clamped at multiple points, and the stability between the container and the clamping device 100 can be improved. In addition, the heating portion 130 is provided on the at least one clamping portion 120, so that the container can be heated by the at least one heating portion 130, and the container can be clamped and heated, thereby improving the heating efficiency and the convenience of the user.
Embodiment III:
as shown in fig. 1, in a specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, the clamping device 100 further includes: the heat insulating member 124 is disposed on at least one clamping member 121 of the at least two clamping members 121, the heat insulating member 124 includes a receiving cavity, and the heating part 130 is disposed in the receiving cavity.
In this embodiment, to avoid heat loss of the heating part 130, a heat insulator 124 is further provided on the clamping device 100. Wherein the heat insulating member 124 is disposed on at least one clamping member 121 of the at least two clamping members 121, and the heat insulating portion is disposed corresponding to the heating portion 130, that is, the heat insulating portion is disposed on the clamping member 121 provided with the heating portion 130, and the clamping member 121 not provided with the heating portion 130 is not provided with the heat insulating portion.
Further, the heat shield 124 includes a receiving cavity, and the heating portion 130 is located in the receiving cavity. The positional relationship among the heating portion 130, the heat insulating portion, and the holder 121 is specifically: the heating part 130 is arranged on at least one clamping piece 121, the heat insulation part is connected with the clamping piece 121 and is positioned at the outer side of the heating part 130, and the heat insulation part and the clamping piece 121 enclose the heating part 130 in a containing cavity of the heat insulation part. As can be appreciated, the heating part 130 can emit heat during the working process, and by arranging the heating part 130 in the accommodating cavity of the heat insulation part, on one hand, the heat loss of the heating part 130 can be reduced, so that more heat is transferred to the container, and the heating efficiency is improved; on the other hand, the user can be prevented from directly contacting the heating part 130, and the user is prevented from being scalded.
Further, the material of the insulating portion is a material that conducts heat slowly, and in one possible embodiment, the material of the insulating portion is an insulating foam.
By arranging the heat insulating member 124 in the clamping device 100 and arranging the heating portion 130 in the accommodating cavity of the heat insulating member 124, on one hand, heat loss of the heating portion 130 can be reduced, so that more heat is transferred to the container, and heating efficiency is improved; on the other hand, the user can be prevented from directly contacting the heating part 130, and the user is prevented from being scalded.
Embodiment four:
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in a specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, the clamping device 100 further includes: a temperature sensor 125 located in the accommodating chamber for detecting the temperature of the heating part 130; a control part electrically connected to the temperature sensor 125 and the heating part 130; in the case where the temperature of the heating part 130 is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the control part controls the heating part 130 to reduce the heating power or controls the heating part 130 to stop operating.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid overheating of the heating portion 130, a temperature sensor 125 and a control portion are also provided in the clamping device 100. The temperature sensor 125 is disposed in the accommodating cavity of the heat insulation portion, and is used for detecting the temperature of the heating portion 130, the control portion is electrically connected with the temperature sensor 125 and the heating portion 130, when the temperature sensor 125 detects that the heating portion 130 is overheated, the temperature sensor 125 transmits a temperature signal to the controller, and at this time, the control portion controls the heating portion 130 to stop running or reduces the heating power of the heating portion 130.
Specifically, the temperature sensor 125 is disposed adjacent to the heating portion 130 and is also disposed in the accommodating cavity of the heat insulation portion, so that the temperature sensor 125 can detect a temperature closer to the actual temperature of the heating portion 130, the temperature sensor 125 converts the detected temperature of the heating portion 130 into a temperature signal and transmits the temperature signal to the controller, the controller stores a preset temperature, and when the temperature of the heating portion 130 detected by the temperature sensor 125 reaches the preset temperature, the control portion controls the heating portion 130 to stop running or reduces the heating power of the heating portion 130, so that the temperature of the heating portion 130 is reduced, and the phenomenon that the heating portion 130 is overheated is avoided.
By arranging the temperature sensor 125 and the control part in the clamping device 100 and electrically connecting the temperature sensor 125 and the heating part 130 with the control part, the temperature of the heating part 130 can be detected by the temperature sensor 125, when the temperature of the heating part 130 reaches the preset temperature, the control part controls the heating part 130 to stop running or reduces the heating power of the heating part 130, thereby avoiding the damage of the heating part 130 or other components caused by overheat of the heating part 130, improving the reliability of the clamping device 100 and prolonging the service life of the clamping device 100.
Fifth embodiment:
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in one specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, the heating portion 130 is an electric heating tube or an electromagnetic coil.
In this embodiment, the heating part 130 may be an electric heating tube or an electromagnetic coil. As shown in fig. 2, in the case where the heating part 130 is an electric heating pipe, the container may be any material, and the electric heating pipe may directly generate heat and transfer the heat to the container. As shown in fig. 3, in the case where the heating part 130 is a solenoid, the container should be made of a metal material, so that the container can be heated by the action of the solenoid on the metal container.
By configuring the heating portion 130 as an electric heating tube or an electromagnetic coil, the heating portion 130 can be applied to containers of various materials, and the application range of the clamping device 100 is widened.
Example six:
in a specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, at least one clamping member 121 of the at least two clamping members 121 is movable relative to the body 110 to clamp or release the container.
In this embodiment, the movement pattern of at least two clamping members 121 is defined. The clamping portion 120 of the clamping device 100 according to the present application can clamp or release the container, and it is understood that if at least two clamping members 121 of the clamping portion 120 are kept stationary, the container cannot be clamped and released. In order to enable the clamping portion 120 to perform a plurality of operations, the clamping portion 120 needs to be moved. Specifically, the clamping portion 120 includes at least two clamping members 121, at least one clamping member 121 of the at least two clamping members 121 being movable relative to the main body 110 to clamp or release the container.
In an alternative embodiment, the number of the clamping members 121 is two, wherein one clamping member 121 is fixed and the other clamping member 121 is movable relative to the main body 110. With the movement of one clamping member 121, the space between the two clamping members 121 for clamping the container increases or decreases. In the case where the distance between the two clamping members 121 is reduced, the container may be fixed between the two clamping members 121, and as the distance between the two clamping members 121 is reduced, the two clamping members 121 clamp the container. If it is necessary to remove the container from the holding device 100, the distance between the two holding members 121 may be increased, a certain gap may be created between the holding members 121 and the container, and then the user may conveniently remove the container from the holding device 100.
In yet another alternative, the number of clamping members 121 is two, both clamping members 121 being movable relative to the body 110. The two clamping members 121 may be moved toward each other or away from each other to increase or decrease the distance between the two clamping members 121. In the case where the distance between the two clamping members 121 is reduced, the container may be fixed between the two clamping members 121, and as the distance between the two clamping members 121 is reduced, the two clamping members 121 clamp the container. If it is necessary to remove the container from the holding device 100, the distance between the two holding members 121 may be increased, a certain gap may be created between the holding members 121 and the container, and then the user may conveniently remove the container from the holding device 100.
By enabling at least one clamping member 121 of the at least two clamping members 121 to move relative to the main body 110, a distance between the at least two clamping members 121 can be increased or decreased along with the movement of the clamping members 121, thereby enabling the clamping portion 120 to clamp or release the container.
Example six:
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in a specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, the main body 110 includes: at least two mounting holes 111, the mounting holes 111 and the clamping pieces 121 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and the clamping pieces 121 penetrate through the mounting holes 111 and are mounted on the main body 110.
In this embodiment, at least two mounting holes 111 are provided in the main body 110, the number of the mounting holes 111 is the same as that of the clamping pieces 121, and the mounting holes 111 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping pieces 121. In order to facilitate the installation of the clamping member 121 on the main body 110, the main body 110 is provided with the installation hole 111 for installing the clamping member 121, and the clamping member 121 is installed on the main body 110 through the installation hole 111, so that at least part of the clamping member 121 can be located inside the main body 110, thereby reducing the length of the clamping member 121 extending out of the main body 110, reducing the occupied space of the clamping device 100, and firmly installing the clamping member 121 on the main body 110, thereby improving the overall stability of the clamping device 100.
Further, any one of the holding members 121 includes: a clamp arm 122 mounted to the body 110 through the mounting hole 111; the fastening member 123 is connected to the holding arm 122, the fastening member 123 is capable of abutting against the container, and the heating portion 130 is provided on the fastening member 123.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the structure of the holder 121 is specifically defined. Wherein, any clamping member 121 includes a clamping arm 122 and a buckling member 123, and the clamping arm 122 is mounted on the main body 110 through the mounting hole 111. Of the plurality of clamping arms 122 of the plurality of clamping members 121, at least one clamping arm 122 can move relative to the main body 110, the buckling member 123 is connected with the clamping arms 122, the clamping arms 122 moving relative to the main body 110 can drive the buckling member 123 to synchronously move along with the clamping arms 122, and meanwhile the clamping arms 122 fixed relative to the main body 110 fix the buckling member 123 relative to the main body 110. With the movement of the at least one clamping arm 122, the at least two fasteners 123 can move toward each other to urge the fasteners 123 against the container, thereby clamping the container. In the case that the container needs to be detached from the clamping device 100, at least one clamping arm 122 can drive the buckling parts on the clamping arm 122 to move in a direction away from other buckling parts, so as to increase the distance between the buckling parts, and facilitate the user to take out the container from the clamping device 100.
Further, the heating portion 130 is provided to the engaging piece 123, and when the container is fixed to the holding device 100, the engaging portion abuts against the container, and the heating portion 130 can heat the container.
By providing the holding arms 122 and the engaging portions in the holding member 121, the distance between the engaging portions can be adjusted by the movement of at least one holding arm 122 to clamp or release the container by the engaging portions. By providing the heating portion 130 on the engagement portion, the container can be heated by the heating portion 130 when the container is fixed to the holding device 100.
Further, at least one clamping arm 122 is movable within the mounting hole 111 to enable a clasp 123 in at least two clamps 121 to clamp or release a container.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the clamping arms 122 are mounted on the main body 110 through the mounting holes 111, at least one clamping arm 122 of at least two clamping arms 122 is capable of moving within the mounting holes 111, and a certain distance is left between the clamping arm 122 and the inner wall of the mounting hole 111, so that the clamping arm 122 does not interfere with the mounting hole 111 even in the event of movement. At least one clamping arm 122 moves in the mounting hole 111 and drives the buckling parts connected to the clamping arm 122 to synchronously move, so that the container is clamped or released through the cooperation of a plurality of buckling parts.
By restricting the movement of the clamp arm 122 within the mounting hole 111, the range of movement of the clamp arm 122 can be limited within the range of the mounting hole 111 while securing the clamping or releasing of the container by the snap-fit portion, reducing the space occupied by the clamp apparatus 100.
Embodiment seven:
the second aspect of the present invention also proposes a wine brewing machine 200 comprising the clamping device 100 according to the first aspect of the present invention.
The wine brewing machine 200 according to the second aspect of the present invention includes the clamping device 100 according to the first aspect of the present invention, and thus has all the advantages of the clamping device 100.
Example eight:
as shown in fig. 1, in a specific embodiment based on the seventh embodiment, the wine dispenser 200 further includes: the cup 210 is used for mixing liquid, and the cup 210 is detachably arranged on the clamping device 100; the shaking device is arranged in the main body 110 of the clamping device 100, is connected with the clamping part 120 in the clamping device 100, and is used for driving the clamping part 120 to shake the cup 210.
In this embodiment, the brewer 200 is also provided with a cup 210, the cup 210 being capable of holding a plurality of liquids that can be mixed with one another within the cup 210 to obtain a beverage. The cup 210 is detachably disposed on the holding device 100, and when the cup 210 is mounted on the holding device 100, the heating portion 130 on the holding device 100 can heat the liquid in the cup 210, so that the user can obtain a warm drink. The user can heat the cup 210 according to the user's own needs without using the heating part 130, so that the user can obtain the beverage at normal temperature, and the wine dispenser 200 can meet various needs of the user.
Further, the material of the cup 210 is matched with the heating mode of the heating part 130. In one possible embodiment, where the heating portion 130 is an electric heating tube, the cup 210 may be any high temperature resistant material, and the electric heating tube may transfer heat to the cup 210 to heat the liquid within the cup 210. In the case where the heating part 130 is an electromagnetic coil, the cup 210 should be supported by a metal material, so that the temperature of the cup 210 can be increased by the action of the electromagnetic coil on the metal cup 210, thereby heating the liquid in the cup 210.
Further, in order to accelerate the mutual fusion of various liquids in the cup 210 and to enhance the taste of the beverage, a shaking device is further provided in the wine dispenser 200 to shake the cup 210 through the clamping portion 120 of the clamping device 100. Specifically, the shaking device is disposed in the main body 110 of the clamping device 100, and the clamping portion 120 of the clamping device 100 is connected to the shaking device, and the shaking device can drive the clamping portion 120 to move. Under the condition that the cup 210 is arranged on the clamping device 100, the clamping device drives the clamping part 120 to move, the clamping part 120 clamps the cup 210, and under the driving of the clamping device, the clamping part 120 shakes the cup 210, so that the mutual fusion among various liquids in the cup 210 can be quickened, the various liquids can be fused more fully, and the taste of the beverage is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the shaking device and the heating part 130 may work simultaneously, that is, the heating part 130 may heat the beverage while shaking the cup 210, thereby improving the efficiency of making the beverage.
Through set up the shaking device in the cocking machine 200 to link to each other the clamping part 120 in shaking device and clamping device 100, accessible shaking device drives clamping part 120 motion, and then shakes the cup 210 through clamping part 120, with the mutual integration between the multiple liquid in the cup 210 for can make more fully fuse between various liquids, promote the taste of drink.
Example nine:
in one embodiment based on any of the foregoing embodiments, the shaking device is connected to at least two clamping members 121 in the clamping portion 120, and the shaking device drives the at least two clamping members 121 to swing synchronously.
In this embodiment, the clamping portion 120 includes at least two clamping members 121, where the at least two clamping members 121 are connected to a shaking device, and the at least two clamping members 121 swing synchronously under the driving of the shaking device.
It is understood that, in the state that the cup 210 is mounted on the clamping device 100, the relative positions of the clamping members 121 should be kept unchanged, otherwise, the distance between the clamping members 121 may be changed, which easily causes loosening between the cup 210 and the clamping members 121 or removal of the cup 210 from the clamping device 100. The shaking device drives the clamping pieces 121 to synchronously swing, so that the distance between the clamping pieces 121 is kept unchanged, and the clamping pieces 121 can still firmly clamp the cup 210 under the condition of movement.
Example ten:
as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of any of the above embodiments, the wine brewing machine 200 further includes a plurality of liquid storage devices 220, which are detachably disposed on the main body 110, and any one of the liquid storage devices 220 can be in communication with the cup 210.
In this embodiment, the wine dispenser 200 further includes a plurality of liquid storage devices 220, wherein the liquid storage devices 220 are configured to hold liquids, and different types of liquids can be contained in the plurality of liquid storage devices 220. Any one of the liquid storage devices 220 can be communicated with the cup 210, so that liquid in any one of the liquid storage devices 220 can be conveyed into the cup 210, and then various liquids can be mixed through the cup 210 to obtain a beverage.
In one possible embodiment, the liquid storage device 220 can hold base wine, the plurality of liquid storage devices 220 can hold different types of base wine, a user can convey the corresponding types of base wine into the cup 210 according to different cocktail formulations in different proportions, and then shake the cup 210 by shaking the device so as to mix the plurality of base wine with each other, thereby obtaining a blended cocktail.
Further, any one of the liquid storage devices 220 is detachably provided to the main body 110, so that the liquid storage device 220 can be detached from the main body 110 to replenish the liquid storage device 220 with liquid when the liquid in the liquid storage device 220 is consumed.
By providing a plurality of liquid storage devices 220 detachably connected with the main body 110 in the wine dispenser 200 and communicating the liquid storage devices 220 with the cup 210, various liquids can be stored in the wine dispenser 200, and the corresponding liquids can be conveyed into the cup 210 and mixed to obtain a beverage when required.
Example eleven:
in a specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, the wine brewing machine 200 further includes: the pipeline component is arranged on the main body 110 and can be communicated with the cup body 210 and any liquid storage device 220.
In this embodiment, a piping assembly is further provided in the brewer 200 in order to communicate the cup 210 with any of the liquid storage devices 220. Specifically, the pipe assembly is disposed on the main body 110, and a plurality of ports are disposed on the pipe assembly, through which the pipe assembly can communicate with the cup 210 and any liquid storage device 220. The interface can be opened or closed so that the interface can be opened when it is desired to use the liquid in a particular reservoir 220, allowing the liquid in that reservoir 220 to be transferred to the cup 210, and the corresponding reservoir 220 to be closed when such liquid is not desired.
Further, the pipeline components communicated with each liquid storage device 220 are not mutually affected, so that different liquids are prevented from being mutually polluted, and taste is prevented from being affected.
By providing the pipeline assembly in the wine machine 200, the cup 210 can be communicated with any liquid storage device 220 through the pipeline assembly, and when a certain liquid is required to be used, the liquid storage device 220 for storing the liquid is opened, so that the liquid can be conveyed into the cup 210 through the pipeline assembly.
Embodiment twelve:
in a specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, the wine brewing machine 200 further includes: the pump body assembly is arranged on the main body 110, and is connected with the pipeline assembly and is used for pumping the liquid in the liquid storage device 220 into the cup body 210.
In this embodiment, a pump assembly is also provided in the brewer 200 in order to be able to deliver the liquid in the reservoir 220 into the cup 210. Specifically, the pump body assembly is disposed on the main body 110 and connected to the pipeline, and in a state in which the pump body assembly operates, the pump body assembly can pump the liquid in the liquid storage device 220 into the pipeline assembly, and pump the liquid in the pipeline assembly into the cup 210.
By arranging the pump body component in the wine mixing machine 200, the liquid in the liquid storage device 220 can be pumped into the cup body 210 through the pump body component, so that the mixing of various liquids is completed, and the beverage with different tastes is manufactured.
Embodiment thirteen:
in a specific embodiment based on any of the above embodiments, the wine brewing machine 200 further includes: the electromagnetic valves are arranged on the pipeline components and are in one-to-one correspondence with the liquid storage devices 220, and the electromagnetic valves are used for opening or closing the liquid storage devices 220 corresponding to the electromagnetic valves.
In this embodiment, the pipeline assembly is further provided with a plurality of electromagnetic valves, and the electromagnetic valves are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the liquid storage devices 220.
