The following describes a specific operation of the bar machine 1.
After the bar machine 1 is turned on, the relative position information of the main body 100 and the swing arm 200 detected by the detection component is firstly acquired. Subsequently, the cafe machine 1 automatically controls the driving member 310 to rotate the swing arm 200 to the initial position and controls the water pump 27 to be in a stopped state where the swing arm 200 does not discharge water.
It is understood that the control module 21 may receive an instruction to drive the rocker arm 200 to a designated position (i.e., any one of the initial position, the heating water outlet position, and the heat preservation water outlet position); moreover, water outlet or water outlet stopping can be realized by controlling the starting or stopping of the water pump 27; by controlling the connection or disconnection of the relay inside the power supply board 23, it is possible to control whether the heating operation position 24 starts the heating function.
For example, when a user inputs a heating instruction, the detection assembly is used to acquire the relative position information of the main body 100 and the rocker arm 200 at this time, and the bar machine 1 automatically controls the driving member 310 to rotate the rocker arm 200 to the initial position; the driving member 310 is controlled to rotate the rocker arm 200, when the detection component detects that the rocker arm 200 reaches the heating water outlet position, the driving member 310 is controlled to stop, the water pump 27 is in a starting state, the heating working position 24 is controlled to start a heating function, at the moment, the rocker arm 200 outputs water, and the kettle 40 heats the water.
When a user inputs a heat preservation instruction, the relative position information of the main body 100 and the rocker arm 200 at the moment is acquired through the detection component, and the tea bar machine 1 automatically controls the driving piece 310 to enable the rocker arm 200 to rotate to an initial position; the driving part 310 is controlled to rotate the rocker arm 200, when the detection component detects that the rocker arm 200 reaches the heat preservation water outlet position, the driving part 310 is controlled to stop, the water pump 27 is controlled to be in a starting state, the heat preservation working position 25 is controlled to start the heat preservation function, at the moment, the rocker arm 200 is used for discharging water, and the heat preservation kettle 50 is used for preserving heat of the water.
According to the water outlet device 10 for the bar tea machine, the driving piece 310 is used for driving the rocker arm 200, the function of automatic rotation of the water outlet device 10 can be realized, the operation is simple, and the use by a user is more convenient; and the detection assembly can realize the position detection function, and the conditions that the water outlet device 10 rotates and is dislocated and does not rotate in place are avoided.
According to the bar tea machine 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the water outlet device 10 for the bar tea machine can realize the automatic rotation function of the water outlet device 10, the operation is simple, and the use by a user is more convenient; and the position detection function can be realized, and the conditions that the water outlet device 10 rotates and is dislocated and does not rotate in place are avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, a wifi module 22 is further disposed in the tea bar 1, and the wifi module 22 is used for receiving a wifi instruction. For example, the wifi module 22 is installed on the lower surface of the console 20, and the wifi module 22 communicates with the control module 21. Like this, through addding wifi module 22, can realize wifi networking function, the user can use smart machine to control (utilize smart machine to set up, start and realize the function promptly) tea bar machine 1, and intelligent degree is high.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the detection assembly comprises: a trigger 320 and a gland 330. A trigger 320 is provided on one of the body 100 and the rocker arm 200, the trigger 320 being switchable between an initial state and a trigger state, the trigger 320 generating a detection signal when in the trigger state. The gland 330 is provided on the other of the main body 100 and the rocker arm 200. For example, the trigger 320 may be provided on the main body 100, and correspondingly, the gland 330 is provided on the rocker arm 200; as another example, the trigger 320 may be provided on the rocker arm 200, and correspondingly, the gland 330 may be provided on the body 100.
Wherein the gland 330 may switch the state of the trigger 320 when the rocker arm 200 is rotated. That is, when the rocker arm 200 rotates by a certain angle, the trigger 320 may be switched from the initial state to the triggered state by the gland 330, or the trigger 320 may be switched from the triggered state to the initial state. For example, when the rocker arm 200 rotates from the initial position toward the heated water outlet position, the gland 330 may switch the trigger 320 from the initial state to the trigger state when encountering the trigger 320, the trigger 320 generates a detection signal, and the control module 21 receives the detection signal and controls the driving member 310 to stop, so that the rocker arm 200 goes to the position. In this way, by detecting the state change of the trigger 320, the relative position information of the main body 100 and the rocker arm 200 can be obtained, thereby realizing the position detection function and ensuring that the rocker arm 200 is reliably in place.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the gland 330 may be a POM (polyoxymethylene) piece. Therefore, the gland 330 is relatively wear-resistant, the problems of easy wear, clamping stagnation and the like of conventional plastics can be effectively solved, and the service life of the gland 330 is prolonged.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, a side surface of the gland 330 facing the trigger 320 is provided with an adaptation groove 331, the trigger 320 is in an initial state when being fitted in the adaptation groove 331, and the trigger 320 is in a trigger state when being engaged with the side surface of the gland 330. For example, the trigger 320 is a micro switch, the trigger 320 is provided on the main body 100, the cover 330 is provided on the swing arm 200, and the lower surface of the cover 330 is provided with a circular arc-shaped fitting groove 331 provided around the center of the cover 330.
In the process that the rocker arm 200 rotates from the initial position to the heated water outlet position, the gland 330 rotates along with the rocker arm 200, the trigger 320 is matched in the adapting groove 331 and rotates relatively along the adapting groove 331, and at the moment, the trigger 320 is suspended and in the initial state; when the trigger 320 is disengaged from the fitting groove 331 and engaged with the lower surface of the gland 330, the trigger 320 is in a triggered state, the driving member 310 stops, and the swing arm 200 stops at the heated water-out position. Thus, the state of the trigger 320 is switched by whether the gland 330 is in contact with the trigger 320 or not, and the structure is simple and effective.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the bottom wall of the adapting groove 331 is formed with a step surface 332, and the step surface 332 is located between the bottom wall of the adapting groove 331 and one side surface of the gland 330, for example, the step surface 332 is below the bottom wall of the adapting groove 331, and the step surface 332 is above the lower surface of the gland 330. In this manner, the stepped surface 332 may facilitate the passage of the trigger 320, such that the trigger 320 slides smoothly between the fitting groove 331 and the gland 330. Further, guide slopes may be provided between the stepped surface 332 and the bottom wall of the fitting groove 331 and between the stepped surface 332 and the lower surface of the gland 330, so that the sliding of the trigger 320 is smoother.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 11, the one of the main body 100 and the rocker arm 200 is provided with a water interface 350, i.e., the water interface 350 is provided on the one of the main body 100 and the rocker arm 200 to which the trigger 320 is mounted. The water passing interface 350 is used for the water passing channel 340 to pass through. The gland 330 is provided with a through chute 333, and the water passing port 350 is slidably fitted in the chute 333. For example, the main body 100 is provided with a water passing port 350, the water passing port 350 can slide along the sliding groove 333 with the rotation of the rocker arm 200, the sliding groove 333 penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the gland 330, and the sliding groove 333 is an arc groove disposed around the center of the gland 330. Thus, the structure is compact, and the swing arm 200 can be smoothly rotated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the detection assembly further comprises: a stopper 231. The stopper 231 is mounted on the one of the main body 100 and the swing arm 200, that is, the stopper 231 is provided on the one of the main body 100 and the swing arm 200 to which the trigger 320 is mounted. The stopper 231 serves to stop the gland 330 in the rotational direction of the rocker arm 200. For example, the gland 330 may be installed on the swing arm 200, the stopper 231 may be provided on the body 100, and the gland 330 may be provided with a blocking groove 334, and the stopper 231 may block the gland 330 when abutting against an inner wall of the blocking groove 334.
Thus, when the rocker arm 200 rotates clockwise to a limit position, the inner wall of the catch groove 334 stops the stopper 231 to stop the gland 330, so that the rocker arm 200 does not rotate any more; when the rocker arm 200 rotates counterclockwise to the other limit position, the other side inner wall of the catch groove 334 catches the stopper 231 to catch the gland 330, so that the rocker arm 200 does not rotate any more. As a result, the driver 310 cannot rotate any more, and the control module 21 automatically detects the state of the driver 310 and stops the driver 310.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the top end of the main body 100 is provided with a mounting platform 230, the outer circumferential surface of the mounting platform 230 is located inside the outer circumferential surface of the main body 100, and the rocker arm 200 covers the mounting platform 230. For example, the mounting platform 230 has a cylindrical shape, the lower end of the swing arm 200 is open, and the outer circumferential surface of the mounting platform 230 is located inside the inner circumferential surface of the swing arm 200. The trigger 320 and the water inlet 350 are mounted on the mounting block 230, and when the assembly is performed, the gland 330 is mounted on the lower end of the rocker arm 200, and then the mounting block 230 is covered on the lower end of the rocker arm 200, at this time, the mounting block 230 is rotatably engaged with the gland 330, so that the rocker arm 200 is rotatably engaged with the main body 100. Therefore, the structure is compact and stable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a hook 233 is disposed on the mounting platform 230, a buckle 201 is disposed in the swing arm 200 and is engaged with the hook 233, and the buckle 201 is stopped between the hook 233 and the mounting platform 230. Thus, the rocker arm 200 is prevented from being separated from the body 100, and the structure is stable and the assembly is convenient.
