Furthermore, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a middle plate 32 is disposed above the cylindrical metal body 2, symmetrical side seats 33 are disposed on two sides of the middle plate 32, the side seats 33 are connected with the base 1 through bolts, a circular hole is formed in the middle plate 32, the first hydraulic rod 19 is located inside the circular hole, two symmetrical sliding grooves are formed in the middle plate 32, the two sliding grooves are located on the outer sides of the circular hole respectively, driving assemblies are disposed inside the two sliding grooves, and the driving assemblies can be used for adjusting according to specifications of the cylindrical metal body 2 to be polished, so that polishing width and height can be adjusted; the two side seats 33 are respectively provided with a sliding groove, the two ends of the middle layer plate 32 are respectively connected with a supporting sliding seat 34 through bolts, the supporting sliding seats 34 are connected with the inner wall of the sliding groove on the side seat 33 in a sliding manner, the side seat 33 is provided with a groove, the inner wall of the groove is connected with a reverse motor 36 through bolts, the output end of the reverse motor 36 is connected with a screw rod 35 through a coupler, and the other end of the screw rod 35 penetrates through the supporting sliding seats 34 to be connected with the inner wall of one side of the sliding groove on the side seat 33 in a rotating manner; the driving component comprises a moving seat 37 and a force application plate 38, the moving seat 37 is connected with the force application plate 38 and the inner wall of the chute on the middle plate 32 in a sliding manner, the outer wall of the upper side of the moving seat 37 is connected with a second motor 39 through a bolt, the output end of the second motor 39 is connected with a shaft lever 40 through a coupling, the other end of the shaft lever 40 passes through the moving seat 37 and is connected with the polishing rod 3 through a bolt, a plurality of symmetrical round holes are formed in the force application plate 38, the inner wall of each round hole is connected with a buffer rod 42 in a sliding manner, the outer part of each buffer rod 42 is sleeved with a buffer spring 41, two ends of each buffer spring 41 are respectively connected with the outer wall of one side of the moving seat 37 and the outer wall of one side of the force application plate 38 through bolts, the outer wall of one side of the force application plate 38 far away from the moving seat 37 is connected with a second hydraulic rod 43 through a bolt, the other end of the second hydraulic rod 43 is connected with the middle plate 32 through a bolt, in the process of polishing, the reverse acting force after the elastic deformation of the buffer spring 41 is utilized to control the polishing degree between the polishing rod 3 and the outer wall of the cylindrical metal body 2, and the damage of abrasive paper caused by the uneven polishing force is avoided.
The working principle is as follows: placing the cylindrical metal body 2 between the two retention components, and adjusting the first hydraulic rod 19 to extend according to the length of the cylindrical metal body 2 until the two retention components retain the cylindrical metal body 2; in the process, after the hydraulic rod is extended, the upper backing plate 27 and the lower backing plate 27 are firstly contacted with and extruded by the outer walls of the upper side and the lower side of the cylindrical metal body 2, along with the continuous extension of the hydraulic rod, the lifting spring 28 is elastically deformed, the backing plates 27 are contracted into the limiting pressure plate 20, the limiting turnover plate 23 is contacted with the outer wall of the cylindrical metal body 2 and is stressed to deflect, and the limiting spring 25 is elastically deformed, so that the limiting turnover plate 23 is attached to the outer walls of the upper side and the lower side of the cylindrical metal body 2;
after the fixation is finished, the second hydraulic rod 43 is adjusted to drive the moving seat 37 to move, so that the polishing rod 3 is in contact with and extruded by the outer wall of the cylindrical metal body 2, the buffer spring 41 is elastically deformed, the first motor 29 and the second motor 39 are started after the adjustment is finished, the first motor 29 drives the cylindrical metal body 2 to rotate (the uniform rotation of the cylindrical metal body 2 can improve the polishing effect of each surface of the cylindrical metal body), and the second motor 39 drives the polishing rod 3 to rotate to polish the outer wall of the cylindrical metal body 2;
after polishing, the second hydraulic rod 43 drives the polishing rod 3 to move towards two sides, the polishing rod 3 is in contact with and extrudes the auxiliary table 12, the compression spring 16 is elastically deformed, then the reverse motor 36 drives the middle layer plate 32 to move upwards, the hexagonal inserted rod 6 is moved out of the polishing rod 3, the cylindrical abrasive paper 4 is separated from the polishing rod 3 under the pressure of the auxiliary table 12 and the additional rod 7 (the friction force between the deflection push piece 9 and the cylindrical abrasive paper 4 is improved by the reverse acting force of the return spring 10, the cylindrical abrasive paper 4 rotates along with the polishing rod 3 in the polishing process, the cylindrical abrasive paper 4 is convenient to fall off when the polishing rod 3 moves upwards, the conical bulge 14 is arranged on the auxiliary piece 13, the friction force between the auxiliary piece 13 and the cylindrical abrasive paper 4 is improved, the cylindrical abrasive paper 4 is convenient to fall off, and a new cylindrical abrasive paper 4 for polishing is installed on the cylindrical abrasive paper 4 after being used for subsequent polishing operation.

Claims (7)

1. A polishing device for a primary processing surface of cylindrical metal comprises a base (1) and is characterized in that a cylindrical metal body (2) is arranged above the base (1), polishing rods (3) are arranged on two sides of the cylindrical metal body (2), a cylindrical abrasive paper (4) is movably connected to the outer portion of each polishing rod (3), a quick-change assembly is arranged below each polishing rod (3) and comprises a traction seat (5), a hexagonal insertion rod (6) and an additional rod (7), a hexagonal concave hole is formed below each polishing rod (3), the hexagonal insertion rod (6) is movably connected with the hexagonal concave hole, a groove is formed in each polishing rod (3), the additional rod (7) is movably connected with the groove, two symmetrical sliding grooves are formed in the base (1), and the traction seat (5) is movably connected with the inner wall of the sliding groove, the bottom parts of the hexagonal inserted link (6) and the additional link (7) are fixedly connected with the same connecting round seat (8), the outer wall of the upper side of the traction seat (5) is provided with a round groove, the bottom end of the connecting round seat (8) is movably connected with the inner wall of the round groove on the traction seat (5), the additional link (7) is provided with a plurality of equally-spaced grooves, the inner walls of the two sides of the plurality of grooves are movably connected with a deflection push sheet (9), the outer wall of one side of the deflection push sheet (9) is fixedly connected with two symmetrical reset springs (10), and the other end of each reset spring (10) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the corresponding groove of the additional link (7);
the outer wall of one side of the base (1) is fixedly connected with a back frame (17), a circular hole is formed in the back frame (17), the inner wall of the circular hole is movably connected with a sleeve seat (18), the inner wall of the sleeve seat (18) is fixedly connected with a first hydraulic rod (19), the first hydraulic rod (19) is located above the cylindrical metal body (2), the upper side and the lower side of the cylindrical metal body (2) are respectively provided with a retention component, and the two retention components are symmetrically distributed;
the positioning assembly comprises a limiting pressure plate (20) and a hexagonal convex plate (21), the limiting pressure plate (20) is fixedly connected with the hexagonal convex plate (21), the limiting pressure plate (20) positioned above is fixedly connected with the first hydraulic rod (19), the outer wall of the lower side of the limiting pressure plate (20) positioned below is fixedly connected with a convex seat (22), a round hole groove is formed in the base (1), and the convex seat (22) is movably connected with the inner wall of the round hole groove of the base (1);
six rectangular grooves with equal intervals on the circumference are arranged on the hexagonal convex disc (21), a limiting overturning plate (23) is movably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of each rectangular groove, anti-skidding grooves (24) are arranged on the limiting overturning plates (23), limiting springs (25) are fixedly connected with the outer walls of the lower sides of the limiting overturning plates (23), the other ends of the limiting springs (25) are fixedly connected with the limiting pressure disc (20), and the round holes are formed in the limiting pressure plate (20) and the hexagonal convex plate (21), the inner wall of each round hole is movably connected with an inner stretching rod (26), the top end of each inner stretching rod (26) is fixedly connected with a backing plate (27), the outer wall of each backing plate (27) is provided with a rubber pad, the outer part of each inner stretching rod (26) is movably connected with a lifting spring (28), and the two ends of each lifting spring (28) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the limiting pressure plate (20) and the outer wall of the lower side of each backing plate (27) respectively.

The polishing equipment for the primary processing surface of the cylindrical metal according to claim 1, wherein two symmetrical L-shaped retaining seats (11) are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the upper side of the base (1), auxiliary assemblies are arranged on the two L-shaped retaining seats (11), each auxiliary assembly comprises an auxiliary table (12) and an auxiliary sheet (13), an arc-shaped groove is formed in the outer wall of one side, close to the polishing rod (3), of each auxiliary table (12), and the auxiliary sheets (13) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove.

The polishing equipment for the primary processing surface of the cylindrical metal according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of equally-spaced conical protrusions (14) are arranged on the outer wall of one side of the auxiliary table (12) on the auxiliary sheet (13), a sliding rod (15) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the other side of the auxiliary table (12), the other end of the sliding rod (15) is movably connected with the L-shaped retaining seat (11), a plurality of symmetrical additional compression springs (16) are fixedly connected between the auxiliary table (12) and the L-shaped retaining seat (11), and the additional compression springs (16) are all located on the outer side of the sliding rod (15).

The polishing device for the cylindrical metal primary processing surface as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first motor (29) is arranged above the back frame (17), a motor frame (30) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the first motor (29), the motor frame (30) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the upper side of the back frame (17), the output end of the first motor (29) is connected with a rotating rod (31) through a coupler, and the other end of the rotating rod (31) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the upper side of the sleeve seat (18).

The polishing device for the primary processing surface of the cylindrical metal as claimed in claim 1, wherein a middle layer plate (32) is arranged above the cylindrical metal body (2), symmetrical side seats (33) are arranged on two sides of the middle layer plate (32), the side seats (33) are fixedly connected with the base (1), a circular hole is formed in the middle layer plate (32), the first hydraulic rod (19) is located inside the circular hole, two symmetrical sliding grooves are formed in the middle layer plate (32), the two sliding grooves are located on the outer sides of the circular hole respectively, and a driving assembly is arranged inside each of the two sliding grooves.

The polishing equipment for the primary processing surface of the cylindrical metal as recited in claim 5, wherein two side seats (33) are provided with sliding grooves, both ends of the middle layer plate (32) are fixedly connected with supporting sliding seats (34), the supporting sliding seats (34) are movably connected with the inner walls of the sliding grooves on the side seats (33), the side seats (33) are provided with grooves, the inner walls of the grooves are fixedly connected with reversing motors (36), the output ends of the reversing motors (36) are connected with screw rods (35) through couplings, and the other ends of the screw rods (35) penetrate through the supporting sliding seats (34) and the inner walls of one side of the sliding grooves on the side seats (33) and are movably connected.
