During field assembly, the frame 1 is transported and placed at a correct position and is fixedly connected at an installation field; connecting the support base 21 of the first support base 201 and the second support base 202 with the bracket 1; then the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 of the paired roller assembly 3 are respectively hoisted and placed in the half support holes 23 of the two support seat bases 21, as shown in fig. 9; then, connecting the support seat upper cover 22 with the support seat base 21; then, the two baffle plates 42 of the box body 4 are placed on the inner side of the supporting seat 2 from top to bottom and are connected with the bracket 1, and at the moment, the driving gear roller shaft 311 and the driven gear roller shaft 321 are placed in the U-shaped hole 421; the two side plates 41 of the case 4 are connected to the bracket 1 and to the two flaps 42, as shown in fig. 6. The four dust seals 43 are then connected to the baffle 42 to complete the assembly of the bin as shown in figure 7.
The gear box 5 for protecting the driving gear 314 and the driven gear 324 which are mutually meshed is formed by connecting a plurality of steel plates as shown in figures 1 to 4, so that the gear box can be assembled on site and is very convenient and fast. Finally, the speed reducer 62 of the driving part 6 is connected to the drive gear roller shaft 311 through the coupling 64 (the half coupling of the coupling 64 is already connected to the drive gear roller shaft 311 in fig. 9), the speed reducer 62 is connected to the frame 1, the speed reducer 62 is connected to the motor 61 through the fluid coupling 63, and the motor 61 is connected to the frame 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The field installation of the double-geared roller crusher 1000 of the present invention is achieved by assembling the respective components in the field using the above-described steps.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the dust-proof plate 431 of the dust-proof sealing device 43 is made of rubber or polyurethane, the upper portion of the dust-proof plate 431 is semicircular and concentrically provided with a shaft hole 4311, and the lower portion of the dust-proof plate 431 is rectangular; a split 4312 is arranged at the semicircular part at the upper part of the dust-proof plate 431, and a connecting through hole 4313 is arranged at the periphery of the dust-proof plate 431; the split 4312 can be sleeved on the driving gear roller shaft 311 and the driven gear roller shaft 321 after being broken; when the dust plate 431 is pressed, the split 4312 is closed, and the shaft hole 4311 at the upper part of the dust plate 431 is a complete hole, as shown in fig. 7.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the driving gear roll shaft 311 is a stepped shaft with a thick middle part and thin two ends, the middle section of the driving gear roll shaft 311 is a first tooth plate fixing section 3111, and two sides of the first tooth plate fixing section 3111 are provided with a first sealing section 3112 and a second sealing section 3113; the first sealing section 3112 and the second sealing section 3113 are externally provided with a first shaft neck 3114 and a second shaft neck 3115 respectively; the first shaft neck 3114 and the second shaft neck 3115 are externally provided with a driving shaft head 3116 and a transmission shaft head 3117. The dust-proof plates 431 of the dust-proof sealing devices 43 on the two sides of the box body 4 are bundled on the first sealing section 3112 and the second sealing section 3113 for dust-proof sealing; the first bearing sleeve 315 and the second bearing sleeve 316 are respectively arranged on the first journal 3114 and the second journal 3115; the driving gear 314 is connected with the first transmission shaft 3117; the coupling 64 of the driving portion 6 is connected to the driving stub 3116.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the driven gear roller shaft 321 is a stepped shaft with a thick middle part and thin two ends, the middle section of the driven gear roller shaft 321 is a second toothed plate fixing section 3211, and two sides of the second toothed plate fixing section 3211 are provided with a third sealing section 3212 and a fourth sealing section 3213; a third sealing section 3212 and a fourth sealing section 3213 are respectively provided with a third journal 3214 and a fourth journal 3215; and a transmission shaft head II 3216 is arranged outside the shaft neck III 3214. The dust-proof plates 434 of the dust-proof sealing devices 43 on the two sides of the box body 4 are sleeved on the third sealing section 3212 and the fourth sealing section 3213 for dust-proof sealing; a third bearing sleeve 325 and a fourth bearing sleeve 326 are respectively arranged on a third journal 3214 and a fourth journal 3215; the driven gear 324 is connected with the transmission shaft head two 3216.
By adopting the technical scheme of the dustproof sealing between the box body 4 and the driving gear roller shaft 311 and the driven gear roller shaft 321, the dustproof sealing device 43 is convenient to replace and assemble on site. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the dust-proof plate 431 of the dust-proof sealing device 43 is made of a rubber or polyurethane flexible material; because the shaft hole 4311 is provided with the split 4312, the split 4312 can be separated by a tool, and when the shaft hole 4311 is sleeved and bound on the sealing shaft sections (namely the first sealing section 3112 and the second sealing section 3113 of the driving gear roller shaft 311, and the third sealing section 3212 and the fourth sealing section 3213 of the driven gear roller shaft 321), the dust-proof plate 431 does not need to be sleeved from the shaft end, and the replacement is convenient after the dust-proof plate 431 is worn.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the dust-proof plate 431 is attached to the outer side of the baffle 42, the U-shaped pressing plate 432 and the rectangular pressing plate 433 are attached to the outer side of the dust-proof plate 431, and the dust-proof plate 431 is pressed and fixed to the outer side of the baffle 42 through the connecting hole 422 of the baffle 42, the connecting through hole 4313 of the dust-proof plate 431, and the holes of the U-shaped pressing plate 432 and the rectangular pressing plate 433 by using the connecting bolt, so that the assembly of the dust-proof sealing device 43 is realized.
Specifically, for convenience of expression and brief description, the bearing sleeve one 315, the bearing sleeve two 316, the bearing sleeve three 325 and the bearing sleeve four 326 are generally referred to as a bearing sleeve 310, the bearing sleeve 310 includes a barrel sleeve 3101 and a bearing, and the bearing is arranged in the barrel sleeve 3101, which is a known technology and will not be described in detail with reference to the drawings; the sleeve 3101 is provided with a flange 31011, and the flange 31011 is screwed with the outer side surface of the support base 1 supporting the bearing sleeve 310, as shown in fig. 3 and 9.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3, and 5, the driving toothed roller 31 further includes: a toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder I313 and a crushing toothed plate I312; the first toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder 313 is prismatic in outer part, a shaft hole and a key groove are formed in the center of the first toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder 313, and the first toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder 313 is sleeved on the first toothed plate fixing section 3111 of the driving gear roll shaft 311, is connected through keys and is axially positioned; the first crushing toothed plate 312 and the first toothed plate fixing prism barrel 313 are in threaded connection, and the high-strength screw 317 is adopted for connection in the embodiment.
The driven spur roller 32 further includes: a toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder II 323 and a crushing toothed plate II 322; the second toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder 323 and the first toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder 313 are identical in structure; the second toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder 323 is sleeved on the second toothed plate fixing section 3211 of the driven toothed roll shaft 321 and is in key connection; the second crushing toothed plate 322 is connected with the edge surface of the second toothed plate fixing prismatic cylinder 323 by high-strength screws 317.
More specifically, the material of the first crushing tooth plate 312 and the material of the second crushing tooth plate 322 are preferably 40 CrMnMoSi.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 adopt the technical scheme, so that the field rapid assembly, maintenance and replacement of the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 can be realized. Specifically, the first toothed plate fixing prismatic tube 313 of the driving toothed roller 31 is sleeved on the first toothed plate fixing section 3111 of the driving toothed roller shaft 311 and is in key connection, and after corresponding axial positioning is performed, the first toothed plate fixing prismatic tube 313 and the middle part of the driving toothed roller shaft 311 are connected together; after the edge surfaces of the crushing toothed plates I312 and the toothed plate fixing edge cylinders I313 are connected by high-strength screws 317, the assembly of the toothed roll sections of the driving toothed roll 31 is completed; the same method can be used to assemble the toothed roll segments of the driven toothed roll 32.
Because the first crushing toothed plate 312 and the second crushing toothed plate 322 are wearing parts, if the first crushing toothed plate 312 or the second crushing toothed plate 322 is damaged in the using process, the damaged first crushing toothed plate 312 or the damaged second crushing toothed plate 322 can be removed and replaced without removing the whole driving toothed roller 31 or the whole driven toothed roller 32. The sleeve 3101 of the bearing housing 310 is assembled with the bearing 3102 and then assembled with the driving tooth roller shaft 311 and the driven tooth roller shaft 321. And then the driving gear 314 is connected with the first transmission shaft head 3117 of the driving gear roller shaft 311, and the driven gear 324 is connected with the second transmission shaft head 3216 of the driven gear roller shaft 321, so that the driving gear roller 31 and the driven gear roller 32 are assembled. The assembly body of the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 can be transported to the installation position of the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 after being assembled at a prefabrication site, and can also be assembled at the installation site of the double-toothed roller crusher 1000. Then, the assembly of the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 is assembled to the support base 1.
In some field installation cases, the driving gear 314 may not be previously assembled to the driving gear roller shaft 311, and the driven gear 324 may not be previously assembled to the driven gear roller shaft 321; after the main bodies of the driving gear roller 31 and the driven gear roller 32 are assembled to the support base 1, the driving gear 314 and the driven gear 324 are assembled.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the gear box 5 includes a first side guard plate 51, a second side guard plate 52, an outer baffle 53, a bottom plate 54, a top plate 55, and an observation cover 56, wherein the first side guard plate 51 and the second side guard plate 52 are connected to the support base 1, the outer baffle 53 is connected to the first side guard plate 51 and the second side guard plate 52, the bottom plate 54 is connected to the lower side of the first side guard plate 51, the second side guard plate 52, and the outer baffle 53, the top plate 55 is connected to the first side guard plate 51, the second side guard plate 52, the outer baffle 53, and the top of the support base 1, the top plate 55 is provided with an observation opening 57, and the observation cover 56 is connected to the upper surface of the top plate 55 and covers the observation opening 57.
When the connecting pieces are connected on site, sealing gaskets or sealing glue needs to be additionally arranged among the connecting pieces, so that the connected gear box 5 is ensured to be closed, external pollutants can be effectively prevented from entering, and lubricating oil inside the gear box 5 can be prevented from leaking. In particular, in the present embodiment, an oil level indicator 58, in particular a screw-in circular oil level indicator, is also provided on the gear box 5 in order to observe the level of the lubricating oil in the gear box 5.
The gear box 5 adopts the technical scheme of the invention, large components are not needed, and the gear box can be assembled on site, so that the gear box 5 with the protection function is assembled on site after the driving gear 314 and the driven gear 324 are installed. The bottom plate 54 of the gear box 5 of the present invention is provided with an observation port 57, and the observation port 57 is closed by an observation cover 56, as shown in fig. 2 and 4; in maintenance, the condition of the driving gear 314 and the driven gear 324 which are meshed with each other inside can be observed conveniently by opening the observation cover 56.
As a further specific alternative, the upper part of the box 4 is provided with an upper connecting flange 44, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the upper connecting flange 44 is connected with the feeding chute 2000; the frame 1 is formed by welding steel plates, a lower connecting flange 12 is arranged at a discharge port 11 of the frame 1, and as shown in fig. 5, the lower connecting flange 12 is connected with a discharge chute 3000. Thus, the double-geared roller crusher 1000 of the present invention receives a material through the feeding chute 2000, and discharges the crushed material through the discharging chute 3000 after crushing.
In order to better satisfy the production requirements, the production system needs to be modified, and one link in the technical modification scheme is to install a double-geared roller crusher on an installation platform 4000 beside a scraper conveyor 6000 in front of a medium removing screen 5000 in fig. 10. The double-geared roller crusher crushes materials falling from a 5000-mesh screen of the disjointed screen and then discharges the crushed materials into a material mixing barrel 7000 below the mounting platform 4000; the space of the positions in which the double-toothed roller crusher is to be installed is drawn by a box filled with diagonal lines and marked with the letter I.
As can be seen from FIG. 10, the space I where the double-geared roller crusher can be installed is very narrow and narrow, and has severe requirements on parameters of the width and the height of the crusher; because numerous devices are installed on the periphery, the double-geared roller crusher cannot be hoisted to the installation position completely, and the installed double-geared roller crusher can only be assembled on site. The embodiment of the invention shown in figure 1 is used according to the production process requirements of the retrofit and the constraints of the field installation space.
Fig. 11 is a layout of equipment of a production system after installation of a crusher according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 12 is a left side view of the layout of the equipment in fig. 11. As can be seen from fig. 11 and 12, the double-tooth-roller crusher 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention is arranged at the block I shown in fig. 10, and the upper connecting flange 44 of the box body 4 of the double-tooth-roller crusher 1000 is connected to the lower opening of the feeding chute 2000, and the upper opening of the feeding chute 2000 is connected to the screen 5000, so as to guide the oversize material into the double-tooth-roller crusher 1000; the discharge opening 11 of the double-geared roller crusher 1000 is connected to a discharge chute 3000 below to guide the crushed material into the mixing barrel 7000.
When the double-toothed-roller crusher 1000 is installed, the rack 1 is firstly transported to the installation platform 4000 and fixedly connected with the installation platform 4000, then the supporting seat 2 is transported to the installation platform 4000, the supporting seat base 21 is connected with the rack 1, and then the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 of the pair roller assembly 3 are erected on the supporting hole 23 on the supporting seat base 21 and then connected with the supporting seat upper cover 22; then, after the side plates 41 and the baffle plates 42 of the box body 4 are transported to the installation platform 4000, the side plates 41 and the baffle plates 42 are connected with the rack 1, the dustproof sealing device 43 is assembled to form the box body 4, and then the steel plates forming the gear box 5 are transported to form the gear box 5; finally, all the components of the driving part 6 are transported to the mounting platform 4000 and connected; finally, the double-gear crusher 1000 is assembled on the mounting platform 4000, and the double-gear crusher 1000 is mounted.
After the feeding chute 2000 is connected to the discharging chute 3000, the connection between the dual-gear crusher 1000 and other equipment is completed. As can be seen, according to the double-geared roller crusher 1000 implemented by the technical solution of the present invention, because the technical solution of driving by a single motor and a reducer is adopted, the width of the driving portion 6 can be controlled within a certain smaller size range, and after the diameters of the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 of the pair roller assembly 3 are controlled within a smaller size, the handling capacity of the double-geared roller crusher 1000 can be satisfied by designing the length of the toothed roller segments; therefore, the double-geared roller crusher 1000 can be designed to have a narrow and long shape, and is suitable for a narrow and long working space; because the modularized design is adopted, the movable support can be decomposed into a plurality of small components, and is convenient for carrying, field assembly, maintenance and repair of the components.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
