When in field assembly, the frame 1 is transported and placed to the correct position, and is fixedly connected at the installation site; the first supporting seat 201 and the second supporting seat 202 are connected with the bracket 1 through the supporting seat base 21; then the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 of the counter roller assembly 3 are respectively hoisted and placed in half supporting holes 23 of the two supporting seat bases 21, as shown in fig. 9; subsequently, the support seat upper cover 22 is connected with the support seat base 21; then, the two baffles 42 of the box body 4 are placed on the inner side of the supporting seat 2 from top to bottom and are connected with the bracket 1, and at the moment, the driving gear roll shaft 311 and the driven gear roll shaft 321 are placed in the U-shaped holes 421; the two side plates 41 of the case 4 are connected to the bracket 1 and to the two baffles 42, as shown in fig. 6. The gear box 5 which protects the driving gear 314 and the driven gear 324 which are meshed with each other is formed by connecting a plurality of steel plates, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, so that the gear box can be assembled on site and is quite convenient. Finally, the decelerator 62 of the driving part 6 is connected to the driving gear roller shaft 311 through the coupling 64 (the coupling 64 is connected to the driving gear roller shaft 311 in fig. 9), the decelerator 62 is connected to the frame 1, the decelerator 62 is connected to the motor 61 through the fluid coupling 63, and the motor 61 is connected to the frame 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The above steps are adopted to assemble each part on site, so that the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 of the invention is installed on site.
According to the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 8, a dust-proof plate 431 of the dust-proof sealing device 43 is made of rubber or polyurethane, the upper part of the dust-proof plate 431 is semicircular, a shaft hole 4311 is arranged at the same center, and the lower part of the dust-proof plate 431 is rectangular; a split 4312 is arranged at the semicircular position of the upper part of the dust-proof plate 431, and a connecting through hole 4313 is arranged at the periphery of the dust-proof plate 431; the split 4312 can be sleeved on the driving gear roll shaft 311 and the driven gear roll shaft 321 after being broken off; when the dustproof plate 431 is flattened, the slit 4312 is closed, and the shaft hole 4311 at the upper part of the dustproof plate 431 is a complete hole, as shown in fig. 7.
According to the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the driving gear roller shaft 311 is a stepped shaft with thick middle and thin two ends, the middle section of the driving gear roller shaft 311 is a gear plate fixing section one 3111, and two sides of the gear plate fixing section one 3111 are provided with a sealing section one 3112 and a sealing section two 3113; the outer sides of the first 3112 and the second 3113 sealing sections are respectively provided with a first shaft neck 3114 and a second shaft neck 3115; the first shaft journal 3114 and the second shaft journal 3115 are provided with a driving shaft head 3116 and a driving shaft head 3117. The dustproof plates 431 of the dustproof sealing devices 43 on the two sides of the box body 4 are sleeved on the first 3112 and the second 3113 sealing sections for dustproof sealing; bearing bush one 315 and bearing bush two 316 are respectively mounted on journal one 3114 and journal two 3115; the driving gear 314 is connected with a first 3117 shaft head; the coupling 64 of the drive section 6 is connected to the drive shaft stub 3116.
According to the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, a driven gear roll shaft 321 is a stepped shaft with thick middle and thin two ends, the middle section of the driven gear roll shaft 321 is a gear plate fixing section II 3211, and sealing sections III 3212 and IV 3213 are arranged on two sides of the gear plate fixing section II 3211; the outer sides of the third sealing section 3212 and the fourth sealing section 3213 are respectively provided with a third journal 3214 and a fourth journal 3215; and a second drive shaft head 3216 is arranged outside the third journal 3214. By adopting the dustproof sealing technical scheme between the box body 4 and the driving gear roller shaft 311 and the driven gear roller shaft 321, the dustproof sealing device 43 is convenient to replace and assemble on site. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the dust-proof plate 431 of the dust-proof sealing device 43 is made of rubber or polyurethane flexible material; because the shaft hole 4311 is provided with the split 4312, a tool can be used to separate the split 4312, and the shaft hole 4311 is sleeved on the sealing shaft section (namely the sealing section one 3112 and the sealing section two 3113 of the driving gear roll shaft 311, and the sealing section three 3212 and the sealing section four 3213 of the driven gear roll shaft 321), so that the dust-proof plate 431 is convenient to replace after abrasion without being sleeved from the shaft end.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the dust-proof plate 431 is attached to the outside of the baffle plate 42, the U-shaped pressing plate 432 and the rectangular pressing plate 433 are pressed and attached to the outside of the dust-proof plate 431, and the dust-proof sealing device 43 is assembled by pressing and fixing the dust-proof plate 431 to the outside of the baffle plate 42 after passing through the connecting hole 422 of the baffle plate 42, the connecting through hole 4313 on the dust-proof plate 431, and the holes on the U-shaped pressing plate 432 and the rectangular pressing plate 433 by using connecting bolts.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 5, the driving toothed roller 31 further includes: toothed plate fixing rib cylinder one 313 and crushing toothed plate one 312; the first toothed plate fixing prism 313 is prismatic outside, the central part is provided with a shaft hole and a key groove, and the first toothed plate fixing prism 313 is sleeved on the first toothed plate fixing section 3111 of the driving toothed roller 311 and is connected through a key, and is axially positioned; the crushing toothed plate one 312 is connected with the edge surface of the toothed plate fixing edge cylinder one 313 by adopting a threaded connection, and the embodiment adopts a high-strength screw 317 for connection.
The driven toothed roller 32 further includes: toothed plate fixing prism II 323 and crushing toothed plate II 322; the second toothed plate fixing rib cylinder 323 has the same structure as the first toothed plate fixing rib cylinder 313; the toothed plate fixing prism II 323 is sleeved on the toothed plate fixing section II 3211 of the driven toothed roller shaft 321 and is connected through a key; the crushing toothed plate II 322 is connected with the edge surface of the toothed plate fixing edge cylinder II 323 by adopting a high-strength screw 317.
More specifically, the crushing tooth plate one 312 and the crushing tooth plate two 322 are preferably made of 40CrMnMoSi.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 adopt the technical scheme, so that the on-site rapid assembly, maintenance and replacement of the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 can be realized. Specifically, the toothed plate fixing rib cylinder 313 of the driving toothed roller 31 is sleeved on the toothed plate fixing section 3111 of the driving toothed roller 311 and connected by a key, and after corresponding axial positioning, the toothed plate fixing rib cylinder 313 is connected with the middle of the driving toothed roller 311; after the edges of the crushing toothed plates 312 and the toothed plate fixing prism 313 are connected by adopting high-strength screws 317, the assembly of the toothed roller section of the driving toothed roller 31 is completed; the same method can be used to assemble the toothed roller segments of the driven toothed roller 32.
Because the first crushing toothed plate 312 and the second crushing toothed plate 322 are wearing parts, if the crushing toothed plate is damaged in the use process, the damaged first crushing toothed plate 312 or the damaged second crushing toothed plate 322 can be removed and replaced without removing the whole driving toothed roller 31 or the driven toothed roller 32. The sleeve 3101 of the bearing sleeve 310 is assembled with the bearing 3102, and then assembled with the driving gear roller 311 and the driven gear roller 321. And then the driving gear 314 is connected with the first 3117 of the driving gear roller 311, and the driven gear 324 is connected with the second 3216 of the driven gear roller 321, so that the driving gear roller 31 and the driven gear roller 32 are assembled. The assembly of the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 can be transported to the installation position of the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 after being assembled at a prefabricating place, and can also be assembled at the installation site of the double-toothed roller crusher 1000. The assembly of the driving cog roller 31 and the driven cog roller 32 is then assembled to the support base 1.
In some field installation cases, the driving gear 314 may not be assembled to the driving gear roller shaft 311 in advance, and the driven gear 324 may not be assembled to the driven gear roller shaft 321 in advance; when the main bodies of the driving gear roller 31 and the driven gear roller 32 are assembled on the supporting seat 1, the driving gear 314 and the driven gear 324 are assembled.
According to the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the gear box 5 comprises a first side guard plate 51, a second side guard plate 52, an outer guard plate 53, a bottom plate 54, a top plate 55 and an observation cover 56, wherein the first side guard plate 51 and the second side guard plate 52 are connected with the supporting seat 1, the outer guard plate 53 is connected with the first side guard plate 51 and the second side guard plate 52, the bottom plate 54 is connected below the first side guard plate 51, the second side guard plate 52 and the outer guard plate 53, the top plate 55 is connected with the first side guard plate 51, the second side guard plate 52, the outer guard plate 53 and the top of the supporting seat 1, the top plate 55 is provided with an observation opening 57, and the observation cover 56 is connected on the upper plane of the top plate 55 and covers the observation opening 57.
When in on-site connection, a sealing gasket or sealant is required to be added between the connected pieces, so that the connected gear box 5 can be ensured to be closed, external pollutants can be effectively prevented from invading, and lubricating oil in the gear box 5 can be prevented from leaking. In particular, in this embodiment, an oil level indicator 58, in particular a screw-in circular oil level indicator, is also provided on the gearbox 5 in order to observe the level of lubricant oil in the gearbox 5.
The gear box 5 adopts the technical scheme of the invention, and large components are not needed to be assembled on site, so that after the driving gear 314 and the driven gear 324 are installed, the gear box 5 with a protective function is assembled on site. The bottom plate 54 of the gear box 5 is provided with an observation port 57, and the observation port 57 is closed by an observation cover 56, as shown in fig. 2 and 4; it is also convenient to observe the condition of the internally intermeshing driving gear 314 and driven gear 324 by opening the observation cover 56 at the time of maintenance.
As a further specific alternative, the upper part of the box body 4 is provided with an upper connecting flange 44, and as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the upper connecting flange 44 is connected with the feeding chute 2000; the frame 1 is formed by welding steel plates, a lower connecting flange 12 is arranged at a discharge hole 11 of the frame 1, and the lower connecting flange 12 is connected with a discharge chute 3000 as shown in fig. 5. The double-toothed roller crusher 1000 of the present invention receives materials through the feeding chute 2000, and discharges the crushed materials through the discharging chute 3000 after crushing.
The practical applicability of the present invention will be further described with reference to the field application case of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, which is a well-established coal preparation production system, and in order to better meet the production needs, the production system needs to be modified, and one link in the technical modification scheme is to install a double-toothed roller crusher on the installation platform 4000 beside the scraper conveyor 6000 before the medium removal screen 5000 in fig. 10. The double-toothed roller crusher crushes the materials falling from the screen 5000 screen and then discharges the crushed materials into a mixing barrel 7000 below the mounting platform 4000; the space of the positions in which the double-toothed roller crusher is to be installed is drawn with boxes filled with diagonal lines and marked with the letter I.
As can be seen from fig. 10, the space I for installing the double-toothed roller crusher is very long and narrow, and has severe requirements on the parameters of the width and the height of the crusher; because numerous devices are installed on the periphery, the double-toothed roller crusher cannot be lifted to an installation position by the whole machine, and the installed double-toothed roller crusher can only be assembled on site. The embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1 is employed according to the need of the modified production process and the limitation of the field installation space.
Fig. 11 is a view showing an apparatus layout of a production system after the crusher according to the embodiment of the present invention is installed, and fig. 12 is a left side view of the apparatus layout of fig. 11. As can be seen from fig. 11 and 12, the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention is arranged at the box I shown in fig. 10, and the upper connecting flange 44 of the box body 4 of the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 is connected with the lower mouth of the feeding chute 2000, the upper mouth of the feeding chute 2000 is connected with the declutching screen 5000, and the oversize material is introduced into the double-toothed roller crusher 1000; the discharge port 11 of the double-toothed roll crusher 1000 is connected with the discharge chute 3000 below to guide crushed material into the mixing tub 7000.
When the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 is installed, firstly, the frame 1 is transported to the installation platform 4000 and is fixedly connected with the installation platform 4000, then the supporting seat 2 is transported to the installation platform 4000, the supporting seat base 21 is connected with the frame 1, and then the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 of the counter roller assembly 3 are put on the supporting holes 23 on the supporting seat base 21 and then are connected with the supporting seat upper cover 22; then, after the side plates 41 and the baffle plates 42 of the box body 4 are transported to the mounting platform 4000, the side plates 41 and the baffle plates 42 are connected with the frame 1, the dustproof sealing device 43 is assembled to form the box body 4, and then, after the steel plates forming the gear box 5 are transported, the gear box 5 is assembled; finally, each part of the driving part 6 is transported to the mounting platform 4000 and connected; finally, the assembly of the double-gear crusher 1000 is completed on the mounting platform 4000, and the mounting of the double-gear crusher 1000 is realized.
After connecting the feed chute 2000 with the discharge chute 3000, the connection of the dual gear crusher 1000 with other equipment is completed. As can be seen, the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 implemented by the technical scheme of the present invention, because the technical scheme of driving by a single motor and a speed reducer is adopted, the width of the driving part 6 can be controlled within a certain smaller size range, and after the diameters of the driving toothed roller 31 and the driven toothed roller 32 of the counter roller assembly 3 are controlled within a smaller size, the processing capacity of the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 can be satisfied by designing the length of the toothed roller section; therefore, the double-toothed roller crusher 1000 can be designed in a narrow and long shape, and is suitable for a long and narrow working space; because the modularized design is adopted, the device can be decomposed into a plurality of small parts, and is convenient for carrying and on-site assembly, maintenance and repair of parts.
