a machine body 1;
the grinding roller 2 is rotatably arranged in the machine body 1, the grinding roller 2 is a hollow cylinder, the grinding roller 2 comprises a plurality of grinding cutter holders 3, connecting rods 4 and threaded shafts 5, the grinding cutter holders 3 are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the grinding roller 2 and are in sliding fit with rib grooves 37 on the outer wall of the grinding roller 2 through rib plates 6, the threaded shafts 5 are rotatably arranged in the grinding roller 2 along the axis of the grinding roller 2, the threaded shafts 5 are connected with driving components, the grinding cutter holders 7 are arranged on the outer sides of the grinding cutter holders 3, threaded sleeves are in threaded connection with the threaded shafts 5, each rib plate 6 is hinged with one end of one connecting rod 4, and the other end of each connecting rod 4 is hinged with the periphery of each threaded sleeve;
the bran screen 8 is connected with the machine body 1 and arranged on the periphery of the milling roller 2, and a rice milling chamber 32 is formed between the milling roller 2 and the bran screen 8.
In this embodiment, the threaded shaft 5 includes a first threaded shaft 9 and a second threaded shaft 10 that are connected to each other, the threaded sleeves include a first threaded sleeve 11 and a second threaded sleeve 12, the threads of the first threaded shaft 9 and the second threaded shaft 10 are in opposite directions, the first threaded sleeve 11 and the second threaded sleeve 12 are respectively provided on the first threaded shaft 9 and the second threaded shaft 10, and a plurality of connecting rods 4 are respectively hinged between the first threaded sleeve 11 and the second threaded sleeve 12 and the inner side of the grinding tool rest 3 along the circumferential direction.

In the present embodiment, one end of the first threaded shaft 9 is connected to one end of the second threaded shaft 10 through a sleeve 15, and the second threaded shaft 10 is provided with an adjustment shaft 16 at an extended portion.
In the embodiment, a roller 17 is arranged on the inner side of the roller rest 3, the roller 17 is a hollow cylinder, a rib plate 6 is arranged in a penetrating manner through a rib groove 37, one side of the rib plate 6 is connected with the inner side of the roller rest 3, a strip-shaped groove 18 is formed in the other side of the rib plate 6, and one end of the connecting rod 4 is hinged with the rib plate 6 in the strip-shaped groove 18.

In this embodiment, the bottom of rice milling room is provided with discharge gate 22, and the bottom and the rice discharging pipe 23 intercommunication of discharge gate 22 are provided with on-line sampling subassembly on the lateral wall of discharge gate 22, and on-line sampling subassembly's one end is connected with detection component, detects the sample and gets into the rice discharging pipe through the return sample pipe after detection component detects.
In this embodiment, the online sampling assembly includes:
a sampling tube 24, one end of which is arranged on the side wall of the discharge hole 22;
one end of the sampling nozzle 25 is connected with the other end of the sampling tube 24, and the other end of the sampling nozzle 25 is connected with the detection assembly in an openable and closable manner;
the first electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the sampling nozzle 25, and the first electromagnetic valve can control the communication state or the closing state of the sampling nozzle 25 and the sampling tube 24.
In this embodiment, the detection assembly includes:
a cloth template 26 arranged below the other end of the sampling nozzle 25, and a lower camera box 27 arranged below the cloth template 26;
the third threaded shaft 28, the third threaded shaft 28 is set up above the cloth template 26 along the horizontal direction, there are shaping blocks 29 and upper camera box 30 on the third threaded shaft 28 movably, there are telescopic cleaning brushes 31 in the underside of the shaping block 29;
and the second electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the cleaning brush 31.
In this embodiment, the apparatus further includes a control unit, where the control unit is connected to the detection component and the driving component, and the control unit is configured to control the driving component to adjust the grinding tool rest 3 to keep in-situ, abduct or adduction according to a detection result of the detection component.
In summary, the grains to be processed are put into the rice mill, the hollow shaft 20 is driven to rotate by the belt pulley 19, the grain feeding screw 21 brings the grains into the rice milling chamber 32, the radial dimension of the milling roller 2 is adjusted by the screw shaft 5 according to the required rice milling quality when the rice mill runs, when the pressure in the rice milling chamber 32 is required to be increased, the right-hand adjusting shaft 16, the first screw sleeve 11 and the second screw sleeve 12 are close to each other, the connecting rod 4 drives the milling cutter frame 3 to move outwards, so that the diameter of the milling roller 2 is increased, the space of the rice milling chamber 32 is reduced, the contact force between the milling cutter 7 and the grains is increased, and the effect of increasing the pressure of the rice milling chamber is achieved; when the grain sample needs to be detected online, the sampling tube 24 is communicated with the sampling nozzle 25 and is positioned right above the sample distribution plate 26, after the grain sample can fall onto the sample distribution plate 26, the third threaded shaft 28 carries the shaping block 29 and the upper photographing box 30 to translate to the upper part of the sample distribution plate, the shaping block 29 completely paves the grain sample on the sample distribution plate 26, then the upper photographing box 30 and the lower photographing box 27 collect patterns of the grain sample, and the collected grain sample is swept into the rice discharge tube 23 by the cleaning brush 31; grain bran extruded from the bran screen 8 is discharged into a bran discharge pipe 34 through a bran collecting hopper 33, and the separation process of the grain and the bran is completed.
