when the liquid passes through the fixed block 11, the liquid enters the second impact holes 112 and is sprayed into the mixing chamber 10 from the rotary spray nozzle 1122, so that the sugar alcohol and the raw materials in the mixing chamber 10 are washed and dissolved in an accelerated manner;
meanwhile, when the liquid passes through the fixed block 11, a part of the liquid enters the first impact pipe 12 and is sprayed into the mixing chamber 10 from the tail end of the first impact pipe 12, the sugar alcohol and the raw materials in the mixing chamber 10 are further washed and dispersed, the sugar alcohol and the raw materials are prevented from being agglomerated, meanwhile, the liquid sprayed from the tail end of the first impact pipe 12 impacts the impact blades 1123 on the rotating pipe 1121, the rotating pipe 1121 is rotated by the impact blades 1123 after being stressed, the rotating nozzle 1122 is driven to rotate in the mixing chamber 10, and due to the fact that the rotating nozzle 1122 is obliquely arranged, when the rotating pipe 1121 rotates, the spraying range of the rotating nozzle 1122 can be expanded, the dispersion effect on the sugar alcohol and the raw materials is improved, and the dissolving efficiency is further improved;
the second impact holes 112 are located between the first impact holes 111 which are symmetrically arranged, and the tail end of the first impact tube 12 is also located between the first impact holes 111 which are symmetrically arranged, when liquid is sprayed out of the first impact holes 111, the liquid can be prevented from being sprayed on the rotating tube 1121, and further the impact blades 1123 on the rotating tube 1121 are not influenced to rotate under stress, meanwhile, the liquid sprayed out of the first impact holes 111 cannot be sprayed on the liquid sprayed out of the tail end of the first impact tube 12, and further the impact blades 1123 are not influenced to rotate under stress;
furthermore, the fixed block 11 is further provided with a third impact hole 113, and the third impact hole 113 is located between the two second impact holes 112, so as to further improve the dispersion effect of the sugar alcohol and the raw material in the mixing cavity 10, and further accelerate the mixing and dissolving efficiency.
Example 6: referring to fig. 1 and 2, a raw material mixing apparatus for candy production, which is substantially the same as that of example 1, further includes: a second impact pipe 13 is fixedly communicated with the outer wall of the first pipeline 1, one end, far away from the first pipeline 1, of the second impact pipe 13 is fixedly communicated with the second pipeline 2, the tail end of the second impact pipe 13 is led into the second pipeline 2, and the tail end of the second impact pipe 13 inclines downwards;
when the liquid enters the first pipe 1 and passes through the fixed block 11, a part of the liquid enters from one end of the second impact pipe 13 and is discharged from the inclined end of the second impact pipe 13, and the liquid impacts the sugar alcohol and the raw material in the mixing chamber 10 to accelerate the mixing of the sugar alcohol and the raw material with the liquid.
Example 7: referring to fig. 1-8, the raw material mixing method for candy production mainly comprises the following steps:
s1, adding sugar alcohol and raw materials into the mixing cavity 10, adding liquid for mixing into the storage tank 5, and starting the circulating pump 4;
s2, the circulating pump 4 presses the liquid in the storage tank 5 into the first pipeline 1, the liquid passes through the first impact hole 111 and the second impact hole 112 on the fixed block 11, the liquid sprayed out of the first impact hole 111 disperses the sugar alcohol and the raw materials in the mixing cavity 10, and meanwhile the rotating shaft 23 drives the stirring rod 20 to stir the sugar alcohol and the raw materials in the mixing cavity 10;
s3, spraying the liquid entering the second impact holes 112 from the rotary nozzle 1122, meanwhile, spraying the liquid into the first impact pipe 12 from the tail end of the first impact pipe 12 to the mixing chamber 10, and simultaneously, spraying the liquid to impact the impact blades 1123 on the rotary pipe 1121 to drive the rotary nozzle 1122 to rotate;
s4, the sugar alcohol and the raw material in the mixing chamber 10 are washed back and forth by the circulation pump 4, and the dissolution and mixing of the sugar alcohol and the raw material are completed.
According to the invention, sugar alcohol and raw materials are put into the mixing cavity 10, liquid in the storage box 5 is pumped and pumped circularly by starting the circulating pump 4 and is filled into the first pipeline 1, when the liquid passes through the fixing block 11, the liquid is sprayed out from the first impact hole 111 to wash and disperse the sugar alcohol and the raw materials in the mixing cavity 10, the sugar alcohol and the raw materials are prevented from being agglomerated in the mixing cavity 10, the dissolving speed of the sugar alcohol and the raw materials is improved, and simultaneously, when the liquid in the mixing cavity 10 flows back to the storage box 5 through the return pipe 43, the turbine 232 is driven to rotate, and the spiral propelling blade 231 is driven to rotate, so that the sugar alcohol and the raw materials in the lower charging barrel 21 are uniformly added into the mixing cavity 10, and the dissolving efficiency and the mixing effect are improved.
