The motor 81 is fixedly connected with the screw rod 84 through the coupler 82, the sliding block 83 is sleeved outside the screw rod 84, two sides of the sliding block 83 are located on the sliding rails 86, the ejector pin 85 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the sliding block 83, the motor 81 drives the screw rod 84 to rotate forwards and backwards, the sliding block 83 can move up and down along with the rotation of the screw rod 84, the ejector pin 85 further moves up and down, and the movement stroke of the sliding block 83 is determined by the distance of the upper limit switch 87 and the lower limit switch 87.
When the thimble 85 moves upwards, the pot cover 11 can be jacked up through the thimble hole 88, so that a user can open the pot cover 11 completely through the handle 310 on the front side of the base plate 3 according to the steam condition in the pot body 131, and scalding caused by steam rushing out when the pot cover is opened completely at one time is effectively avoided.
When the thimble 85 moves down and resets, the top end surface of the thimble 85 is flush with the inner surface of the concave 12. The thimble hole 88 is provided with a sealing ring 89, and the hole wall of the sealing ring 89 is contacted with the outer wall of the thimble 85, which can effectively prevent water or oil dirt in the concave position 12 from downwards immersing into the thimble structure 8 through the thimble hole 88.
b. Pot cover 11 closing structure
As shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 10, a permanent magnetic block 92 is mounted on the front side (or may be disposed on the side) of the top surface of the substrate 3, and the permanent magnetic block 92 is mounted in the permanent magnetic block mounting hole 36 on the top surface of the substrate. When the cooker cover 11 is covered, an electromagnetic component 91 which can be attracted with or separated from the permanent magnet block 92 is arranged at the position corresponding to the permanent magnet block 92 below the inner bottom surface of the concave position 12. The electromagnetic assembly 91 collects the sensing signal of the cover plate sensor arranged below the inner bottom surface of the concave position 12 through the main control circuit to control the connection or disconnection of the cover plate sensor. The cover plate sensor can be a limit switch sensor, a contact switch sensor, an infrared sensor, a reed switch magnetic control switch and the like. Preferably, in order to make the structure simple and the installation convenient, and it is not necessary to provide installation holes in the concave 12, in this embodiment, the cover plate sensor used is a reed switch. The magnetic controlled switch of the reed switch consists of a permanent magnet 93 and a reed switch 94, the permanent magnet 93 is clamped in the permanent magnet clamping position 37 on the top surface of the substrate 3, and correspondingly, the reed switch 94 is arranged below the inner bottom surface of the concave position 12.
As shown in fig. 10, when the lid 11 is covered in the concave 12, the permanent magnet 93 is close to the reed switch 94, the reed switch is turned on, the lid 11 covering signal is sent to the main control circuit, the main control circuit controls the electromagnetic component 91 to be turned on, the permanent magnet 92 on the base plate 3 is attracted, the lid 11 is tightly closed, the cooker 13 cannot be forcibly turned on by manpower in the stewing process, the use safety of a user is ensured, the sealing between the lid 11 and the stewing mechanism is better, and the micro-pressure stewing effect of the cooker 13 is ensured.
The automatic opening and closing working process of the pot cover 11 is as follows:
when the cooker cover 11 is opened or closed, a user can click directly through the main control interface of the cooker 13. When a user clicks to open the pot cover 11, the master control circuit sends a signal to the electromagnetic assembly 91 and the ejector pin structure 8, the electromagnetic assembly 91 is powered off and demagnetized, the permanent magnetic block 92 on the substrate 3 is separated from the electromagnetic assembly 91 to be magnetically attracted, the ejector pin structure 8 moves the ejector pin 85 upwards to jack the pot cover 11, the user can open the pot cover 11 through the handle 310 on the front side of the substrate 3, and the ejector pin 85 resets. When a user clicks to close the pot cover 11, the main control circuit controls the thimble structure 8 to move downwards to reset the thimble 85, the reed switch magnetically controlled switch senses that the pot cover 11 is closed and then sends a signal to the main control circuit, the main control circuit sends the signal to the electromagnetic assembly 91, the electromagnetic assembly 91 is electrified to generate magnetism, the permanent magnet block 92 on the baseplate 3 is attracted, and the pot cover 11 is tightly closed with the concave position 12. Before the cooker 13 starts heating or cooling, the main control circuit automatically controls the cooker cover 11 to close.

4. The lid for a cooking utensil of claim 1 wherein a sealing structure is provided between the lid and the well.

The lid for a cooker disposed on an all-in-one multifunctional cooker as claimed in claim 4, wherein the sealing structure is an inner ring sealing structure and an outer ring sealing structure, the inner ring sealing structure is disposed between the bottom surface of the lid plate and the pot opening; the outer ring sealing structure is arranged between the bottom surface of the base plate at the periphery of the cover plate and the inner bottom surface of the concave position.

The cover for a cooking vessel installed on an all-in-one multifunctional cooking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a pipe running groove and a pipe outlet hole are formed on the back surface of the base plate, a water injection hole is formed on the cover plate, a water supply pipe is embedded in the pipe running groove, a water outlet end of the water supply pipe passes through the pipe outlet hole and the water injection hole and is exposed on the bottom surface of the cover plate, and a water inlet end of the water supply pipe passes through the hinge structure and the inner bottom surface of the concave portion and is connected to a water outlet of a water purifying device installed in the all-in-one machine frame.

The lid of a pot set on an all-in-one multifunctional cooking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lid is provided with a micro-pressure device, the micro-pressure device mainly comprises an exhaust nozzle for exhausting the pot, an exhaust filtering cover for preventing the exhaust nozzle from being blocked, and a pressure limiting valve assembly disposed above the exhaust nozzle for limiting the exhaust of the pot during stewing.

A lid for a cooking vessel in an all-in-one multifunctional cooking machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein at least one thimble hole is provided in a front or side area of an inner bottom surface of the recessed portion, and a thimble structure is provided below the inner bottom surface of the recessed portion corresponding to the thimble hole, the thimble structure including a motor, a thimble, and a screw drive mechanism driven by the motor to move the thimble up and down, wherein when the motor is rotated in a forward direction, the thimble is passed through the thimble hole at an upper end thereof to jack up the substrate covered in the recessed portion, and when the motor is rotated in a reverse direction, the thimble is moved down to a position where a top end surface thereof is flush with the inner bottom surface of the recessed portion.

The cover for a cooking device installed on a multifunctional cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover plate is installed with a temperature control sensor for detecting the temperature of air in the cooker in real time and adjusting the heating mode, heating power and cooling power of the cooking device according to the preset recipe program by the main control circuit.
