A preparation method of a pet nutrition supplementing soft chewable tablet comprises the following steps:
a. mixing raw materials: uniformly mixing a phagostimulant, a filler, a palatability agent, a leavening agent, a preservative and an antioxidant in a high-speed mixer to obtain a mixture;
b. shaping: firstly, adding and stirring a wetting agent in a dissolving tank, then adding a plasticizer, heating to 80 ℃, stirring for 10min for dissolving, putting into a high-speed mixer, and continuously mixing with the mixture to obtain an elastic dough-like sample;
c. extrusion cutting: adding the dough-like sample into an extrusion cutter to prepare cylindrical particles;
d. and (3) finished product: the cylindrical particles are passed through an oven at an upper temperature of 150 ℃ and a lower temperature of 120 ℃ for 10min to slightly become fluffy.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the soft chewable tablet for supplementing pet nutrition is soft and elastic, is suitable for cats and dogs to chew, and has better palatability; various vitamins and mineral substances are added to meet the daily nutritional requirements of the cats and dogs; the finished product of the pet feed is a large-particle product, so that feeding is more convenient, interaction with a pet is increased, and emotion between an owner and the pet is promoted.
