The embodiment of the application provides a bank cash counting method, which is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, only the number of cash needing to be counted is required for some functions, and a cash counter is not required; in the prior art, counting can be performed only through a currency counting machine, so that the problems of low currency counting speed and damage to cash are caused.
Referring to fig. 1, the bank cash counting method includes:
s101, determining the estimated quantity range of the cash.
It should be noted that the estimated quantity range may be divided first. Specifically, the banknotes are roughly segmented according to the number according to data analysis, for example, 85 to 90 banknotes are segmented into one segment, 90 to 93 banknotes are segmented into one segment, and the like, and the corresponding relation between the number of the banknotes in each segment and the pressure is obtained through a large number of experiments, for example, the expected pressure of 85 to 90 banknotes can reduce the error range to be within one.
That is, 85 to 90 sheets are one estimated quantity range, and 90 to 93 sheets are the other estimated quantity range. The pressure corresponding to each estimated quantity range is different.
The specific setting of the estimated quantity range is not described herein any more, and is all within the protection scope of the present application.
S102, tightening the cash according to the pressure corresponding to the estimated quantity range.
Wherein different estimated quantity ranges correspond to different pressures.
The specific values of the pressures corresponding to the estimated quantity ranges are not repeated here, and are determined according to actual conditions and are within the protection scope of the application.
In addition, different pressures are adopted, so that the error range of the cash is reduced to within one, and the counting accuracy is improved.
Specifically, when the cash is placed at a designated position, the machine can automatically tighten; namely, the cash is compressed so that the pressure of the cash is the pressure corresponding to the estimated quantity range.
That is, when the cash is touched, the machine can roughly acquire the section of the cash according to the thickness of the cash, and then press the stack of the cash according to the pressure corresponding to the section.
The segment is the estimated quantity range. The method can obtain the segment of the thickness of the cash through positive distribution by a probability statistical method when the cash is just contacted; the specific selection manner is not described in detail herein, and is within the scope of the present application depending on the actual situation.
S103, determining the number of the cash according to the tightened thickness to obtain a thickness counting result.
It should be noted that the process of determining the amount of cash may be consistent or inconsistent at different pressures. The method is not particularly limited, and is within the scope of the present application as appropriate.
In this embodiment, confirm the quantity scope of estimating of cash, according to estimating the pressure that the quantity scope corresponds, tighten up the cash, according to the thickness after tightening up, confirm the quantity of cash, obtain the thickness and count the result, and then estimate the cash quantity according to thickness after tightening up the cash, avoid using the counting currency machine, the counting currency is fast, and is not damaged to the cash.
In practical applications, referring to fig. 2, the step S101 of determining the estimated amount of the cash includes:
s201, determining the estimated quantity range of the cash according to the thickness of the cash.
Note that, here, the thickness of the cash is the thickness before tightening; of course, the banknotes are fixed by a loop in the middle of each hundred banknotes, and the tightening is different from that of the present application.
The thickness before tightening described herein may include the case where a loop is formed between every hundred banknotes to secure the banknotes, i.e. before tightening according to the pressure of the estimated amount range is not used in the present application.
In practical application, referring to fig. 3, step S103, determining the number of the cash according to the tightened thickness, and after obtaining the thickness counting result, includes:
s301, judging whether the thickness counting result is within the estimated quantity range.
If the thickness count result is not within the estimated quantity range, step S302 is executed.
S302, updating the estimated quantity range according to the estimated quantity range of the current thickness counting result.
And returning to execute the step S102 until the current thickness counting result is within the current estimated quantity range.
That is, after the pressure is reached, whether the cash is in the section is judged, if the cash is not in the section, the approximate number of the cash is estimated according to the thickness of the cash, at the moment, although an error exists, the error is smaller because of the pressure, and the pressure is adjusted to the pressure of the corresponding section to obtain the final thickness of the cash, and at the moment, the number of the cash can be obtained through the thickness of the cash because the error of the cash is within one.
If the thickness counting result is within the estimated quantity range, step S303 is executed.
And S303, taking the thickness counting result as a final thickness counting result.
In practical applications, referring to fig. 4, after determining the number of the cash to obtain the thickness counting result according to the tightened thickness in step S103, the method further includes:
s401, the cash is shifted through mechanical equipment to be rapidly checked, and a mechanical checking result is obtained.
Specifically, after the number of the cash is obtained through pressure, namely the thickness counting result is obtained, the cash is placed into mechanical equipment, one end of the cash is quickly pushed to a designated area by the mechanical equipment one by one, and the quick counting of the number of the cash is realized.
S402, obtaining a final counting result according to the mechanical counting result and the thickness counting result.
It should be noted that the thickness counting result here is the above-mentioned final thickness counting result.
In the embodiment, the quick counting operation of the stir-frying is completed under the condition that the cash does not need to be opened through the thickness of the cash and the mechanical equipment through a data fusion method, namely under the condition that every hundred pieces of cash are fixed through a ring-shaped handle arranged in the middle of the cash.
In practical applications, referring to fig. 5, step S402, obtaining a final counting result according to the mechanical counting result and the thickness counting result, includes:
s501, judging whether the mechanical counting result is consistent with the thickness counting result.
If the mechanical count result is consistent with the thickness count result, step S502 is executed.
And S502, taking the counting result as a final result.
And if the mechanical counting result is inconsistent with the thickness counting result, returning to the step S101 for determining the estimated quantity range of the cash.
Returning to step S101, the cash is checked again.
That is to say, the counting is carried out through two counting modes, the counting quantity of the two counting modes is compared, and if the counting results of the two counting modes have errors, secondary counting is automatically started.
Of course, the counting is not limited to two times, and may be performed for multiple times, and the counting is not specifically limited herein, and is within the protection scope of the present application depending on the actual situation.
In this embodiment, the cash is doubly checked through mechanical checking and thickness checking, so that the checking error caused by single thickness checking is avoided, and the checking accuracy is further improved.

and judging whether the counting results of the preset times do not meet the requirement that the mechanical counting results and the thickness counting results are consistent.
In practical application, the preset number of times is two.
And if the counting results of the preset times do not meet the condition that the mechanical counting results and the thickness counting results are consistent, alarming.
The alarm information can remind corresponding staff to carry out other modes of counting money.
Specifically, if the cash still has problems after twice counting, the system can remind related workers that the cash needs to be disassembled for counting again, so that the cash quantity is ensured to be correct, and the counting efficiency and accuracy are improved while the loss of the cash is reduced by the method.
