Abstract
The invention relates to a safety air filter assembly, which belongs to the technical field of automobile parts and comprises a shell, wherein a filter element assembly is arranged in the shell, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe are arranged on the shell, the air inlet pipe is communicated with the air outlet pipe through an emergency pipe, a main check valve, a temperature unit and a wind direction unit are arranged in the air outlet pipe, a secondary check valve is arranged in the emergency pipe, and the main check valve, the secondary check valve, the temperature unit and the wind direction unit are electrically connected with a control unit arranged outside the air outlet pipe. The invention can discharge high-temperature gas when abnormal high temperature occurs in the air intake system, effectively prevents the air filter element from igniting when the engine is in abnormal state, and improves the use safety of vehicles.

Background
At present, the filter element of the air filter in the industry adopts paper filter materials, when the state of an engine is abnormal, abnormal high temperature or open fire can be caused in an air inlet system, and the filter element of the air filter is easy to ignite, so that serious fire accidents of vehicle ignition can occur.

the safety air filter assembly comprises a shell, wherein a filter element assembly is arranged in the shell, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe are arranged on the shell, the air inlet pipe is communicated with the air outlet pipe through an emergency pipe, a main check valve, a temperature unit and an air direction unit are arranged in the air outlet pipe, a secondary check valve is arranged in the emergency pipe, and the main check valve, the secondary check valve, the temperature unit and the air direction unit are electrically connected with a control unit arranged outside the air outlet pipe.
The invention can discharge high-temperature gas when abnormal high temperature occurs in the air intake system, effectively prevents the air filter element from igniting when the engine is in abnormal state, and improves the use safety of vehicles.
The invention further improves that a filter screen is arranged in the emergency pipe. The filter screen plays a role in preventing large particles from entering the engine.
In a further improvement of the present invention, the filter screen is made of a metal material. The metal material can prevent the ignition by high-temperature environment.
According to a further improvement of the invention, the temperature unit, the wind direction unit and the control unit are integrated on the air outlet pipe.

The safety air filter assembly shown in fig. 1 comprises a shell 1, a filter element assembly 2 is arranged in the shell 1, an air inlet pipe 10 and an air outlet pipe 11 are arranged on the shell 1, the air inlet pipe 10 is communicated with the air outlet pipe 11 through an emergency pipe 3, a main check valve 5, a temperature unit 7 and a wind direction unit 8 are arranged in the air outlet pipe 11, a secondary check valve 6 is arranged in the emergency pipe 3, and the main check valve 5, the secondary check valve 6, the temperature unit 7 and the wind direction unit 8 are electrically connected with a control unit 9 arranged outside the air outlet pipe 11.
Wherein, the emergency pipe 3 is provided with a filter screen 4, and the filter screen 4 is made of metal material or other materials which are not easy to be ignited.
Wherein, the temperature unit 7, the wind direction unit 8 and the control unit 9 are integrated on the air outlet pipe 11 or the air filter assembly.
The temperature unit 7 is used for monitoring the temperature of the air flow in the air outlet pipe 11, and the wind direction unit 8 is used for monitoring the flow direction of the air flow in the air outlet pipe 11.
The control unit 9 is used for receiving signals of the temperature unit 9 and the wind direction unit 8 and sending control signals to the main check valve 5 and the secondary check valve 6.
The working principle is as follows:
the control unit is used for receiving signals sent by the temperature unit and the air direction unit and analyzing the signals, when the temperature of air flow in the air outlet pipe is higher than a set value or the air flow in the air outlet pipe reversely flows, the control unit sends control signals to the main check valve and the secondary check valve, the main check valve is closed, the secondary check valve is opened, the air flow flows through the emergency channel at the moment, the safety of the filter element of the air filter is guaranteed, and when the temperature and the air flow direction in the pipeline are normal, the main check valve is opened, and the secondary check valve is closed.

7. Safety air cleaner assembly according to claim 1, wherein the wind direction unit (8) is adapted to monitor the direction of the air flow inside the outlet duct (11).
8. Safety air filter assembly according to claim 1, wherein the control unit (9) is adapted to receive signals from the temperature unit (9) and the wind direction unit (8) and to send control signals to the primary (5) and secondary (6) check valves.
