Background
The engine air inlet system is an important component of engine accessories, and the air inlet assembly and the double-stage air filter are the most important components of the air inlet system. The drying and high ash removal pre-filtering efficiency of the filter element of the air filter is ensured by mainly playing the roles of water removal and ash removal.
The air inlet channel and the double-stage air filtering filter of the existing air inlet system are various and have different advantages. The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the double-stage air filtering and inlet device for the heavy truck comprises an air inlet assembly and a double-stage air filtering filter, wherein the air inlet assembly and the double-stage air filtering filter are connected through a hoop; the air inlet channel assembly adopts double-sided air inlet, an anti-water inlet part is arranged at the air inlet position of the air inlet channel assembly, and an air inlet channel partition plate for partitioning the air inlet channel is arranged in the air inlet channel assembly; the lower part of the air inlet channel assembly is provided with a drain valve; a two-stage air filter; a double-filter-element air filter is adopted, and two filter elements are in a parallel connection structure.
Furthermore, the water inlet prevention component adopts a double-sided air inlet grille structure which reduces the wind speed and prevents water from entering.
Further, the air inlet side pipe wall of the air inlet pipe assembly inclines inwards.

Furthermore, the lower part of the air inlet channel assembly is an air inlet channel lower part body, an air outlet at the lower part of the air inlet channel assembly is higher than the bottom of the air inlet channel lower part body, and a drain valve for draining rainwater entering the air filter is arranged at the bottom of the air inlet channel lower part body.
Further, the height of the drain valve is not less than 200 mm.
Furthermore, the upper portion of intake duct assembly has the mounting hole that can be used to fixed intake duct assembly.
Furthermore, a negative pressure sensor for detecting the resistance of the air inlet system in real time is arranged at the upper part of an air outlet of the double-stage air filtering filter.
Furthermore, the front, the rear and the lower part of the double-stage air filter are provided with mounting points which are of embedded nut structures.
Furthermore, the rear cover of the double-stage air filter is of an integrated structure and is fixed on the double-stage air filter body through bolts.
In summary, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention relates to a two-stage air filtering and inlet device for a heavy truck, which comprises an air inlet channel and an air filter, wherein the air filter adopts a double-filter-element air filter, and the two filter elements are in a parallel structure, so that the maintenance period of an air inlet system can be effectively prolonged, and the period of replacing the filter elements is prolonged.
The air inlet part adopts double-sided air inlet and reasonable division trend, greatly reduced the negative pressure of air inlet, the rainwater is difficult for being inhaled into the air inlet by the negative pressure, can realize efficient drainage efficiency, and effectual reduction rainwater gets into the possibility of empty filter, reduces air intake system's resistance and the risk that the engine intake.

Detailed Description
The features and principles of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate embodiments of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is a portion of the air induction system that is the most significant portion of the air induction system filtration. The air inlet channel assembly 1 and the double-stage air filter 3 are fixed through the two clamping hoops 2, and the air filter is simple and effective.
The air inlet assembly mainly has the functions of reducing rainwater entering the air filter and ensuring the drying of the filter element. As shown in fig. 2-1 and 2-2, the air inlet duct assembly 1 adopts a double-sided air inlet grille structure, air flows enter the air inlet duct through the left air inlet grille 1.1 and the right air inlet grille 1.3, the air speed of the air inlet is greatly reduced under the rated flow, and the amount of rainwater sucked into the air inlet duct is reduced.
The air inlet channel assembly 1 adopts a structure that the pipe wall at the air inlet side is inclined inwards, and as seen from the graph 2-2, the upper half part of the air inlet channel assembly is wide in top and narrow in the lower part, so that rainwater can be reduced from directly flowing into the air inlet channel.
The air inlet channel assembly 1 adopts an air inlet channel partition plate 1.4, air enters the air inlet channel from the upper part, rainwater sinks and is discharged from the grille, and rainwater can be reduced and directly flows into the air inlet channel. Meanwhile, the air inlet duct clapboard 1.4 also plays a role in keeping out the wind.
The lower part of the air inlet channel assembly is an air inlet channel lower part body, a right air inlet channel air outlet 1.6 and a left air inlet channel air outlet 1.8 on the lower part of the air inlet channel assembly 1 are higher than the lower part of the air inlet channel lower part body 1.5, and a drain valve 1.7 is additionally arranged on the lower part of the air inlet channel lower part body and used for draining rainwater entering an air filter.
The height of the drain valve 1.7 is 200mm or more, so that the air inlet negative pressure drain valve can be conveniently opened under the rainwater pressure.
Four mounting holes 1.2 are arranged at the upper part of the air inlet channel assembly 1 and can be used for fixing the air inlet channel assembly.
As shown in figure 3, two air inlets of the double-stage air filter enter the air filter, the filter elements are in a parallel connection structure, and when one filter element expands, the other filter element can be used continuously. Two double-stage air filtering filters 3 are adopted
The air inlet pipe 3.1 of the left air filter and the air inlet pipe 3.2 of the right air filter ensure larger air inlet sectional area and reduce air inlet resistance.
The upper part of an air outlet 3.4 of the double-stage air filter is additionally provided with a negative pressure sensor seat 3.3, so that the resistance of an air inlet system is detected in real time, and when the resistance is more than 6.5kpa, an alarm is given out.
Be equipped with 8 side-mounting nuts 3.8 around the air cleaner is strained to the doublestage, and the lower part is equipped with 4 lower part mounting nuts 3.5 and is the embedded nut structure, easy to assemble, simple reliable.
Lid 3.7 formula structure as an organic whole is strained to doublestage after the air cleaner, fixes on the doublestage strains the air cleaner body through 11 construction bolts 3.6.
The air filter part adopts the empty filter of two filter cores, and two filter cores are parallelly connected structure, can effectual improvement air intake system's maintenance cycle, the cycle of extension renew cartridge.
