In the working process of the two methods, the locking state of the steel rail fastener is required to be released, and an iron roller is arranged at the lower part of the steel rail at a fixed distance. In the stress relief process, the steel rail has no other constraint. The steel rail rollover accident is very easy to occur during the operation with small curve radius.

Due to the spring (2-3) in the leaf connecting device, the upper movable leaf (1-2) continuously applies downward pressure to the steel rail (4-4) to restrain the steel rail from displacing in the direction vertical to the line in the stress relieving operation.
