The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Embodiment one:
as shown in fig. 1-7, the surface frosting oxidation treatment process of the aluminum profile provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
step one, degreasing and degreasing: the aluminum profile feeding port 10 is fixedly arranged at one side of the top of the degreasing and degreasing tank 1, the aluminum profile is put into the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 through the aluminum profile feeding port 10, an organic solvent or a surfactant is contained in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1, the organic solvent is ethanol, carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene or acetone, and the surfactant is a synthetic detergent, soapy water or sodium dodecyl sulfate; the inner side wall of the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 is rotatably provided with an inclined material receiving plate 16 through a hinging seat, the inclined material receiving plate 16 is positioned right below the aluminum profile feeding port 10 and extends downwards towards the direction of the overturning and conveying roller 7, the inner side wall of the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 is provided with a buffer spring 17 connected with the bottom of the inclined material receiving plate 16, the inclined material receiving plate 16 buffers the fallen aluminum profile and enables the fallen aluminum profile to slide onto the overturning and conveying roller 7 closest to one side of the aluminum profile feeding port 10, and the organic solvent or the surfactant in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 degreases the aluminum profile;
a plurality of groups of turnover conveying rollers 7 are rotatably arranged in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 through bearings, the turnover conveying rollers 7 are arranged at equal intervals along the transverse direction and driven by electric driving equipment, and organic solvent or surfactant solution in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 overflows through the turnover conveying rollers 7; each group of overturning conveying rollers 7 synchronously rotate, the aluminum profile is continuously overturned under the action of the overturning conveying rollers 7 and moves towards the direction of the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4, cleaning and decontamination of all positions of the aluminum profile are realized in the overturning conveying process of the aluminum profile, cleaning of all positions can be realized through overturning, and surface attachments of the aluminum profile can be shaken off;
step two, collecting and flushing: after all aluminum profiles fall into the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 below, the winding and unwinding ropes 57 continuously wind and pull the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 to ascend until the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 enters the storage and cleaning box 5, the water inlet pipe 52 conveys cleaning water into the hollow fixing box 53, the hollow fixing box 53 enables the cleaning water to enter each group of spray heads 54, the spray heads 54 spray water towards the aluminum profiles in the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4, residual liquid and residue dirt on the surfaces of the aluminum profiles are removed through water spraying cleaning, and the cleaning liquid output pipe 51 discharges cleaning liquid generated in the cleaning process;
in a specific structural arrangement, an aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 is arranged right below a storage and cleaning box 5, the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 comprises a separation collecting box 41 with an upward opening and a sealing plate 42 arranged below the separation collecting box 41, separation holes are formed in the outer surface and the bottom surface of the separation collecting box 41, and the bottom of the separation collecting box 41 is fixedly connected with the sealing plate 42 through a fixing column 43; the opening of the accommodating and cleaning box 5 faces downwards, a hollow fixed box 53 is fixedly arranged on the inner top wall, a plurality of groups of spray heads 54 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the hollow fixed box 53, a cleaning liquid output pipe 51 is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the accommodating and cleaning box 5, and a water inlet pipe 52 communicated with the hollow fixed box 53 is arranged at the position, close to the top, of the accommodating and cleaning box 5;
the lifting and lowering mechanism acting on the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 is arranged on the accommodating and cleaning box 5, the lifting and lowering mechanism comprises a winding cavity which is arranged in the accommodating and cleaning box 5, two groups of accommodating and releasing rotating shafts 55 are rotatably arranged in the winding cavity through bearings, winding wheels 59 are arranged at two ends of each accommodating and releasing rotating shaft 55, an accommodating and releasing motor 58 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the accommodating and cleaning box 5 through a motor seat, the output end of the accommodating and releasing motor 58 is connected with one group of accommodating and releasing rotating shafts 55, and the two groups of accommodating and releasing rotating shafts 55 are in transmission connection through a first synchronous belt 56; the winding wheel 59 is fixedly provided with a winding and unwinding rope 57, the winding and unwinding rope 57 extends downwards and is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the separation and collection box 41, the winding wheel 59 rotates and continuously winds and winds the winding and unwinding rope 57 in a lifting and storage state, the separation and collection box 41 continuously ascends until completely enters the storage and cleaning box 5, and the sealing plate 42 seals the bottom of the storage and cleaning box 5;
step three, surface alkaline washing treatment: the traversing transposition mechanism 8 enables the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 to enter the position right above the alkali liquor cleaning tank 2, the winding and unwinding rope 57 is continuously lowered to enable the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 to descend until the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 enters the alkali liquor cleaning tank 2, alkali liquor is contained in the alkali liquor cleaning tank 2, the main component of the alkali liquor is sodium hydroxide, and the alkali liquor also contains a regulator, a detergent, a sequestering agent and a scaling inhibitor; the alkali liquor in the alkali liquor cleaning tank 2 further removes greasy dirt and dirt on the surface of the aluminum profile, and removes natural oxide films and scratch scratches on the surface of the aluminum profile; after 50-80s, the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 is lifted and enters the accommodating and cleaning box 5, and the spray cleaning head 54 is used for removing residual alkali liquor and dirt on the surface of the aluminum profile through water spray cleaning;
in a specific structural arrangement, a top box 9 is fixedly arranged at the middle position of the top of the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 through bolts, a transverse shifting mechanism 8 is fixedly arranged at one side of the top box 9, the transverse shifting mechanism 8 acts on the accommodating and cleaning box 5, a rotary screw 82 is rotated by starting a shifting motor 81 in the transverse shifting mechanism, and a sliding screw sleeve 85 transversely slides along with the rotary screw, so that the accommodating and cleaning box 5 is driven to transversely move, and the transverse positions of the accommodating and cleaning box 5 and an aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 are adjusted;
step four, acid leaching treatment: the transverse shifting mechanism 8 enables the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 to enter the position right above the acid leaching cleaning tank 3, the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 descends and enters the acid leaching cleaning tank 3, the aluminum profile is immersed and washed in the acid leaching cleaning tank 3 at room temperature for 2-3min, acid liquor is contained in the acid leaching cleaning tank 3, the main components of the acid liquor are nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, the volume ratio of the nitric acid to the hydrofluoric acid is 7:2, and acid leaching treatment is carried out to eliminate alkali liquor and remove grey and black hanging ash attached to the surface of the aluminum profile; after the pickling of the acid liquor is completed, the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 ascends and enters the accommodating and cleaning box 5, and the spray cleaning head 54 is used for cleaning by spraying water to remove residual acid liquor and dirt on the surface of the aluminum profile;
fifth, oxidation treatment: the aluminum profile subjected to surface treatment is placed in an anodic oxidation tank containing electrolyte solution, an oxidation layer is formed on the surface of the aluminum profile through electrolysis, the oxidation mode is direct current anodic oxidation, alternating current anodic oxidation or pulse current anodic oxidation, and the adopted electrolyte solution is sulfuric acid solution, oxalic acid solution, chromic acid solution or mixed acid solution.
Embodiment two:
in the first embodiment, degreasing and degreasing are realized by only turning and conveying the aluminum profile, burrs on the surface of the aluminum profile and strongly adhered residue dirt are difficult to smoothly fall off, and the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 on the aluminum profile are required to be improved;
as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the top box 9 is internally provided with a push-down brushing mechanism 6, and the push-down brushing mechanism 6 extends downwards into the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 and is located right above the turning conveying roller 7, specifically, the push-down brushing mechanism 6 comprises a lifting cylinder 61 fixedly installed on the inner top wall of the top box 9 and an upper fixing plate 62 connected with the bottom end of the lifting cylinder 61, and a lower connecting plate 63 is arranged below the upper fixing plate 62; three groups of aluminum profile cleaning rollers 65 are installed at the bottom of the lower connecting plate 63 through three groups of cleaning roller installation frames 66, and the aluminum profile cleaning rollers 65 are rotatably connected with the corresponding cleaning roller installation frames 66 through bearings; the outer peripheral surfaces of the three groups of aluminum profile cleaning rollers 65 are fixedly provided with cleaning brush sleeves 68;
in the cleaning process of the aluminum profile, the lifting electric cylinder 61 enables the upper fixing plate 62 to descend, the aluminum profile cleaning roller 65 is finally lowered and is contacted with the aluminum profile below, the overturning conveying roller 7 enables the aluminum profile to be conveyed in the continuously overturning process, the cleaning motor 69 drives the three groups of aluminum profile cleaning rollers 65 to rotate through the transmission belt 610 and the second synchronous belt 67, the cleaning brush sleeves 68 on the outer peripheral surface of the aluminum profile cleaning roller 65 rotate along with the aluminum profile cleaning rollers and continuously brush the aluminum profile, the cleaning effect on the aluminum profile can be remarkably improved, the effective cleaning on all positions of the aluminum profile is achieved, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
Embodiment III:
in the second embodiment, because the upper fixing plate 62 and the lower connecting plate 63 are in rigid contact, after the adjustment is completed, the distance between the aluminum profile cleaning roller 65 and the lower overturning and conveying roller 7 is fixed, and the aluminum profile is easy to be clamped between the two during the overturning and conveying process, so that the cleaning operation is stopped, the continuous and smooth cleaning of the aluminum profile is difficult to realize, the workload is increased, and the improvement is required;
as shown in fig. 8-9, the difference between this embodiment and embodiments 1 and 2 is that the upper fixing plate 62 and the lower connecting plate 63 are both horizontally arranged and connected by a plurality of groups of elastic pressing members 64, each group of elastic pressing members 64 includes a connecting rod 642 fixedly installed at the top of the lower connecting plate 63 and an insert rod 643 fixedly installed at the bottom of the upper fixing plate 62, one end of the connecting rod 642 far from the lower connecting plate 63 is fixedly installed with a hollow rod 641, the insert rod 643 is downwardly inserted into the hollow rod 641, and the top end of the hollow rod 641 is connected with the bottom of the upper fixing plate 62 by a pressing spring 644;
the bottom of the upper fixing plate 62 is fixedly provided with a transverse cylinder 647 through a bolt, the transverse cylinder 647 is symmetrical relative to the hollow rod 641, the opening of the transverse cylinder 647 faces the hollow rod 641, two sides of the hollow rod 641 are hinged with an oblique push-pull rod 645, one end of the oblique push-pull rod 645 far away from the hollow rod 641 is hinged with a movable rod 646, an extrusion block 649 is slidably arranged in the transverse cylinder 647, a side pressure spring 648 connected with the extrusion block 649 is fixedly arranged in the transverse cylinder 647, and one end of the movable rod 646 far away from the oblique push-pull rod 645 extends into the corresponding transverse cylinder 647 and is connected with the extrusion block 649;
in the brushing process, the side pressure spring 648 applies a pushing force to the extrusion block 649, the extrusion block 649 applies a downward pushing force to the hollow rod 641 through the movable rod 646 and the inclined push-pull rod 645, the downward pushing spring 644 applies a downward pushing force to the hollow rod 641, the cleaning brush sleeve 68 on the outer peripheral surface of the aluminum profile cleaning roller 65 is enabled to be in full contact with the aluminum profile below, the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency are improved, and elastic contact is formed between the aluminum profile cleaning roller 65 and the turnover conveying roller 7 below, so that the aluminum profile cleaning roller is not easy to clamp in the turnover conveying process of the aluminum profile, and continuous and smooth operation of the aluminum profile cleaning operation is ensured.
Embodiment four:
in the above embodiment, along with the continuous cleaning operation performed in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1, more cleaning residues and dirt accumulated in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 are more and more, the cleaning process is complicated, if the cleaning is not performed in time, the dirt residues in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 solution are easy to adhere to the surface of the aluminum profile in the cleaning and conveying process of the aluminum profile, so that the cleaning of the aluminum profile is not facilitated;
as shown in fig. 2-3, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1, embodiment 2 and embodiment 3 is that a dirty liquid lifting chamber 13 and a filter residue communicating chamber 14 are provided in the interior of a side wall of the degreasing and degreasing tank 1, a transverse spiral auger 11 is rotatably mounted in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1, and during the cleaning and conveying process of the aluminum profile, the transverse spiral auger 11 rotates to facilitate the solution with the impurity dirt dissolved in the interior to flow toward the bottom inlet of the dirty liquid lifting chamber 13;
the vertical spiral auger 12 is rotatably arranged in the dirty liquid lifting chamber 13 through a bearing, the vertical spiral auger 12 rotates and lifts the dirty liquid into the filter residue communication cavity 14, the filter screen 15 is arranged in the filter residue communication cavity 14, the filter screen 15 filters residue dirt in the dirty liquid, and the filtered solution reenters the degreasing and degreasing tank 1, so that the repeated filtration of the internal solution is realized while the cleaning operation is performed, the dirt content in the internal solution is effectively reduced, and the cleaning effect on aluminum profiles is ensured; preferably, the transverse spiral auger 11 and the vertical spiral auger 12 are driven by electric driving equipment, and the electric driving equipment is a motor.
The working process and principle of the invention are as follows:
when the degreasing and degreasing device is used, degreasing and cleaning dirt are carried out on an aluminum profile through an organic solvent or a surfactant in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1, then, the alkaline solution in the alkaline solution cleaning tank 2 further removes greasy dirt on the surface of the aluminum profile, removes natural oxide films and scratch scratches on the surface of the aluminum profile, and then, the acid leaching treatment is carried out on the aluminum profile through the acid leaching cleaning tank to remove the alkaline solution and remove grey and black hanging ash attached to the surface of the aluminum profile, so that the surface of the aluminum profile can be effectively cleaned, the exposed pure metal matrix of the aluminum profile is beneficial to subsequent oxidation operation, an oxide layer generated by final oxidation is firmly combined with the matrix, the oxide layer is more uniform, and the product quality and the product performance of the aluminum profile are remarkably improved;
when degreasing and degreasing are carried out on the aluminum profile, the aluminum profile is put into the degreasing and degreasing tank 1 through the aluminum profile feeding port 10, the inclined receiving plate 16 buffers the fallen aluminum profile and slides the fallen aluminum profile onto the overturning and conveying roller 7 closest to one side of the aluminum profile feeding port 10, so that damage to the aluminum profile caused by falling impact force is reduced, the degreasing and degreasing are carried out on the aluminum profile by an organic solvent or a surfactant in the degreasing and degreasing tank 1, the aluminum profile is continuously overturned under the action of the overturning and conveying roller 7 and moves towards the direction of the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4, cleaning and decontamination of all positions of the aluminum profile are realized in the overturning and conveying process of the aluminum profile, and the surface attachments of the aluminum profile can be shaken off to improve the cleaning effect;
after the operation of each link is completed, the winding and unwinding ropes 57 pull the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 to ascend until the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4 enters the storage cleaning box 5, the water inlet pipe 52 conveys cleaning water into the hollow fixing box 53, the hollow fixing box 53 enables the cleaning water to enter each group of spray heads 54, the spray heads 54 spray water towards the aluminum profiles in the aluminum profile collecting mechanism 4, the cleaning liquid output pipe 51 discharges the cleaning liquid generated in the spray process, residual liquid and residue dirt on the surfaces of the aluminum profiles are removed through water spray cleaning, the influence of the residual liquid on the subsequent operation is avoided, the use effect is good, the aluminum profiles after the end of each link do not need to be manually taken out and washed by clean water, the labor is saved, the processing time is shortened, and the processing efficiency is improved.

Claims (2)

1. The surface frosting oxidation treatment process for the aluminum profile is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, degreasing and degreasing: the aluminum profile is put into a degreasing and degreasing tank (1) through an aluminum profile feed port (10), an inclined receiving plate (16) buffers the fallen aluminum profile and slides the fallen aluminum profile onto a turnover conveying roller (7) closest to one side of the aluminum profile feed port (10), and an organic solvent or a surfactant in the degreasing and degreasing tank (1) degreases the aluminum profile;
each group of overturning conveying rollers (7) synchronously rotates, the aluminum profile continuously overturns and moves towards the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) under the action of the overturning conveying rollers (7), cleaning and decontamination of all positions of the aluminum profile are realized in the overturning conveying process of the aluminum profile, and the pushing-down brushing mechanism (6) extrudes and rotationally brushes the aluminum profile in the conveying process of the aluminum profile so as to clean oil dirt of residues at all positions on the surface of the aluminum profile;
step two, collecting and flushing: after all aluminum profiles fall into the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) below, the winding and unwinding ropes (57) continuously wind and pull the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) to ascend until the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) enters the accommodating and cleaning box (5), a spray head (54) in the accommodating and cleaning box (5) sprays water to the aluminum profiles in the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4), residual liquid and residue dirt on the surfaces of the aluminum profiles are removed through water spray cleaning, and a cleaning liquid output pipe (51) discharges cleaning liquid generated in the cleaning process;
step three, surface alkaline washing treatment: the traversing transposition mechanism (8) enables the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) to enter the position right above the alkali liquor cleaning tank (2), the winding and unwinding rope (57) is continuously lowered to enable the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) to descend until the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) enters the alkali liquor cleaning tank (2), alkali liquor in the alkali liquor cleaning tank (2) further removes greasy dirt on the surface of the aluminum profile, and removes natural oxide films and scratch on the surface of the aluminum profile; after 50-80s, the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) is lifted and enters the accommodating and cleaning box (5), and the spraying head (54) is used for cleaning by spraying water to remove residual alkali liquor and dirt on the surface of the aluminum profile;
step four, acid leaching treatment: the transverse shifting mechanism (8) enables the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) to enter the position right above the acid leaching cleaning tank (3), the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) descends and enters the acid leaching cleaning tank (3), and the aluminum profile is immersed and washed in the acid leaching cleaning tank (3) for 2-3min at room temperature to eliminate alkali liquor and remove grey and black hanging ash attached to the surface of the aluminum profile; after the pickling of the acid liquor is finished, the aluminum profile collecting mechanism (4) ascends and enters the accommodating and cleaning box (5), and the spraying head (54) is used for cleaning by spraying water to remove residual acid liquor and dirt on the surface of the aluminum profile;
fifth, oxidation treatment: placing the aluminum profile subjected to surface treatment in an electrolyte solution, and forming an oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum profile through electrolysis, wherein the oxidation mode is direct current anodic oxidation, alternating current anodic oxidation or pulse current anodic oxidation, and the adopted electrolyte solution is sulfuric acid solution, oxalic acid solution, chromic acid solution or mixed acid solution;
