Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly surfactant composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of sulfonate surfactant, 20-30 parts of alkyl quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, 10-20 parts of alkyl glycoside, 10-20 parts of betaine, 1-5 parts of cellulose thickener, 0.3-0.8 part of organic amine alkaloid, 0.03-0.1 part of aloe extract and 0.01-0.05 part of antioxidant; the sulfonate surfactant, the alkyl quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant and the alkyl glycoside are all in straight-chain structures. The surfactant composition disclosed by the invention is easy to degrade, high in degradation speed and small in environmental pollution.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of surfactants, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly surfactant composition.
Background
The surfactant is a substance which can obviously reduce the interfacial tension when the addition amount is small, and the molecule of the surfactant has a unique structure: one end is a hydrophilic polar group and the other end is a lipophilic non-polar group, also known as an amphiphile. Can spontaneously form stable and orderly arranged association structures such as micelles, lyotropic liquid crystals, microemulsions, vesicles, vermicular micelles, microemulsion gels and the like in a solution. The surfactant is commonly applied to the field of washing and care, a plurality of surfactants are combined into a detergent, the wastewater with the surfactant is usually directly discharged into rivers after the cleaning is finished, and the partial surfactant composition is generally difficult to degrade or has slow degradation speed, so that the water quality is seriously polluted.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the surfactant composition which is environment-friendly, is easy to degrade, has high degradation speed and small environmental pollution.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme:
an environment-friendly surfactant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of sulfonate surfactant, 20-30 parts of alkyl quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, 10-20 parts of alkyl glycoside, 10-20 parts of betaine, 1-5 parts of cellulose thickener, 0.3-0.8 part of organic amine alkaloid, 0.03-0.1 part of aloe extract and 0.01-0.05 part of antioxidant;
the sulfonate surfactant, the alkyl quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant and the alkyl glycoside are all in straight-chain structures.
Specifically, the sulfonate surfactant is selected from one of alkyl benzene sulfonate, secondary alkyl sulfonate, olefin sulfonate and methyl ester sulfonate.
Specifically, the alkyl quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant is selected from one of N-dodecyl biquaternary ammonium salt, mono-octadecyl quaternary ammonium salt and octadecyl biquaternary ammonium salt.
Specifically, the organic amine alkaloid is one selected from ephedrine, leonurine and colchicine.
Specifically, the antioxidant is selected from one or more of tea polyphenol, vitamin E, bamboo leaf antioxidant, sodium phytate, ascorbyl palmitate, licorice antioxidant, rosemary extract, propyl gallate and green tea extract.
Specifically, the cellulose thickener is one selected from hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose and ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose.
The beneficial effects of the invention are:
1. the surfactant composition provided by the invention takes the straight-chain sulfonate surfactant, the alkyl quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, the alkyl glycoside and the betaine as main components, and the detergent, the oil removal and the foaming performances are excellent after the surfactant composition is combined, and the four components are all in straight-chain structures, so that the surfactant composition is more easily biodegraded compared with a branched molecular structure, is discharged into rivers, is fast in biodegradation speed and is environment-friendly;
2. the viscosity of the system is adjusted by adopting the cellulose thickener, and the cellulose thickener is easy to degrade and has small influence on the environment;
3. organic amine alkaloid is used as a pH conditioner to adjust the pH value of the system, and compared with the traditional sodium hydroxide, the organic amine alkaloid is extracted from plants and is extremely easy to biodegrade;
4. the aloe extract is used as an antibacterial agent, has good antibacterial property, and can prevent and inhibit the growth of bacteria and ensure that the surfactant composition is not easy to putrefy.

TABLE 1 test results
Example 1 | Example 2 | |
Stain removal value | 1.98 | 1.76 |
As can be seen from table 1 above, the surfactant compositions of examples 1-2 both have a stain removal value greater than 1.7, and the conventional laundry detergent has a stain removal value of about 1.5, indicating that the surfactant system of the present invention has good stain removal effect.
The above examples only show 2 embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
