The transmission mechanism frame is two 10mm aluminium square pipes 10, optical axis bearing 23, steering wheel mount pad 12, scoop net installing support 13, through the bolt installation with aluminium square pipe 10 on. The optical axis bearing 23 makes the fishing mechanism more smooth when moving, and can determine the distance between the two aluminum square tubes. Steering wheel 11 is fixed in on aluminium square pipe 10 through steering wheel mount pad 12, after fishing up the sorting object, through the steering wheel rotation, drives horizontal drive mechanism upwards rotatory, makes the sorting object slide and leaves the scoop net, realizes automatic fishing. In order to prevent the steering engine from entering sand to influence the service life of the equipment during fishing, the steering engine 11 is a waterproof steering engine.
Vertical motion mechanism controls the up-and-down motion of the whole fishing mechanism, including two optical axes 4, lead screw 5, vertical lead screw motor 6, shaft coupling 7, motor mounting panel 8, optical axis mounting panel 15, fixed 21 under the optical axis, fixed 22 on the optical axis, fixed mounting is in the ladle body under optical axis 4 passes through fixed 22 on the optical axis and the optical axis, because fixed 22 can't directly be connected with aluminium alloy frame on the optical axis, so design optical axis mounting panel 8 and connect fixed 22 on the optical axis and aluminium alloy. The vertical screw motor 6 is fixed on the lower part of the barrel body through a motor mounting plate 8 and is connected with the screw 5 through a coupler 7, and the screw 5 is connected with the transmission mechanism through a vertical screw flange 9. The horizontal motor 18 controls the glass fiber connecting rod 16 and the fishing net on the connecting rod, the motor rotates forwards when the fishing net is submerged, the fishing net is closed through the transmission of the flange plate 20, the guide rail 19, the sliding block 19 and the connecting rod 16, the fishing net 24 rotates backwards when the fishing net is submerged to a proper depth is opened, and at the moment, the vertical movement mechanism controls the whole fishing mechanism to be lifted to fish the sorted objects. The motor protective shell 17 is designed to prevent quartz sand from entering the motor 18, so that the service life of the horizontal motor 18 can be prolonged. And S4, driving a salvage program to salvage the sorted objects when the layer to be sorted tends to be stable and has no obvious change.
