s1: selecting fresh, crisp and tender heart-nourishing vegetables, and cleaning;
s2: adding the cleaned aizoon stonecrop herb into a juicer, adding clear water, and juicing to obtain aizoon stonecrop herb juice for later use, wherein the aizoon stonecrop herb accounts for 70-90% of the aizoon stonecrop herb juice;
s3: putting the weighed flour into a stirring device, adding the sedum aizoon juice into the flour, stirring to make the flour into a dough, taking out the dough and standing for 20-30 min;
s4: rolling the dough into slices by a rolling device, and then carrying out slitting treatment by a slitting machine;
s5: drying the cut noodles or freezing and packaging.
2. An apparatus for preparing aizoon stonecrop noodles according to claim 1, comprising a stirring apparatus, wherein the stirring apparatus comprises:
the device comprises a rack and a placing barrel, wherein a placing groove is formed in the bottom of the inner wall of the rack, and the bottom end of the placing barrel is positioned in the placing groove;
the motor is fixedly arranged at the top of the frame,
the driving part comprises a main shaft, a square shaft, a main gear and a driving shaft, the main shaft is fixed at one end of the output shaft of the motor through a coupler, the main gear is fixed on the main shaft, and the square shaft is fixed at the bottom end of the main shaft;
the lifting plate is slidably mounted inside the rack, the driving shaft is fixed on the lifting plate, a square groove is formed in the top of the driving shaft downwards, and the square shaft extends into the square groove;
the stirring piece is fixed on the driving shaft;
the lifting driving mechanism comprises a reciprocating screw rod, a nut and a one-way driving piece, the nut is fixed on the lifting plate, the reciprocating screw rod is fixed on the upper side of the rack, the reciprocating screw rod is in threaded connection with the nut, the one-way driving piece is fixed on the upper side of the reciprocating screw rod, and the one-way driving piece is in transmission connection with the main gear.
3. The apparatus for making aizoon stonecrop noodles as claimed in claim 2, wherein the one-way driving means comprises a one-way bearing fixed on the upper side of the reciprocating screw and a slave gear fixed on the surface of the one-way bearing and engaged with the master gear.

The apparatus for preparing aizoon stonecrop herb noodles as claimed in claim 2, wherein the two sides of the lifting plate are fixedly connected with a limiting member through a connecting lug, the limiting member comprises a limiting rod and a pressing ring, and the pressing ring is fixed on the lower side of the surface of the limiting rod.
