Detailed Description
The following description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, includes various details of the embodiments of the application for the understanding of the same, which are to be considered exemplary only. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present application. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness. According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a main flow of a project evaluation method according to a first embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the project evaluation method includes:
and step S101, receiving a project evaluation request, acquiring a corresponding project identifier, and further acquiring a corresponding evaluation object and an evaluation index according to the project identifier.
In this embodiment, an execution subject (for example, a server) of the project evaluation method may receive the project evaluation request through a wired connection or a wireless connection. In particular, it may be a request for an evaluation of a service item. After receiving the project evaluation request, the execution subject may obtain a project identifier carried in the request, where the project identifier is used to represent which project is evaluated. The item identifier may be, for example, a HCP, and may represent a good-bad comment service item, and the item identifier may be, for example, a TS, and may represent a complaint handling service item, and the expression form and content of the item identifier are not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application.
After acquiring the project identifier carried by the project evaluation request, the execution main body may acquire the evaluation object and the evaluation index set by the user according to the project identifier. Among them, the evaluation target may be a complaint handling service, a deposit handling service, an early warning service, and the like. The evaluation indexes can be divided into a first-level evaluation index, a second-level evaluation index and a third-level evaluation index.
For example, the primary evaluation metrics may include: current safety situation, process monitoring, emergency management and the like. Secondary assessment indicators may include: safety consciousness and behavior, equipment facility state, hazard source state, safety environment, safety management, safety training, accident situation, monitoring personnel, monitoring equipment facilities, informatization means, monitoring effect, hidden danger investigation and management condition, risk analysis, accident prevention, emergency force and the like. The tertiary evaluation metrics may include: safety awareness, cultural degree, safety liability, violation conductor, violation operation, physical condition, surrounding environment, safety plan, etc.
And S102, acquiring the weight corresponding to the evaluation index, and further determining the number of the questions according to the weight.
Specifically, obtaining the weight corresponding to the evaluation index includes:
acquiring configuration information corresponding to the project evaluation request;
and acquiring the weight corresponding to each evaluation index from the configuration information, wherein the sum of the weights is 1.
The execution main body can obtain the configuration information corresponding to the received project evaluation request, and the configuration information contains the weight corresponding to each evaluation index, and the weight is used for representing the value of each evaluation index of a certain evaluation object in the whole and the degree of relative importance and the quantitative value of the occupied proportion. The sum of the weights corresponding to each evaluation index in the configuration information is 1.
Step S103, determining the question type according to the evaluation object, inquiring the historical questions corresponding to the evaluation object and the evaluation index, further analyzing the matching degree of the historical questions with the evaluation object and the evaluation index, adjusting the historical questions according to the matching degree to generate questionnaire questions corresponding to the project identification, and generating the evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification according to the question type, the question number and the questionnaire questions.
Specifically, determining the title type according to the evaluation object comprises the following steps:
determining an evaluation element according to an evaluation object; and calling a preset scoring standard to determine the type of the subject according to the evaluation elements.
The question types comprise single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions and judgment questions. The evaluation element may be, for example, an element corresponding to a dimension for evaluating the evaluation object, and may be, for example, age, academic calendar, native place, long-term residence, or the like. The executive body may determine the age, the academic calendar, the native place and the long-term residence of the corresponding evaluation elements according to the evaluation object, for example, the job seeker XX, and then may invoke a preset scoring criterion, for example, the scores of all the evaluation elements are added up to 10 points in total, and at least one single-choice question, one multiple-choice question and one judgment question are provided, wherein the single-choice question is 1 point each, the multiple-choice question is 2 points each, and the judgment question is 2 points each. Specifically, the execution subject may determine whether each evaluation element corresponds to a single-choice question, a multiple-choice question, or a judgment question, and may specifically set the weights of the evaluation elements such as age, academic calendar, native place, and long-term residence to 20%, 30%, 40%, and 10%, respectively; for example, setting the topic type with weight over 40% as a multiple choice topic; the question types can be set as single-choice questions or judgment questions with the weight lower than 40%, and when the total score is 10 minutes, 2 multi-choice questions, 2 single-choice questions and 2 judgment questions can be set. The foregoing is merely exemplary and is not to be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application in any way.
Specifically, the execution main body can query the historical questions corresponding to the evaluation object and the evaluation index, further analyze the matching degree between the historical questions and the evaluation object and the evaluation index, adjust the historical questions according to the matching degree to generate questionnaire questions corresponding to the project identification, and generate the evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification according to the question types, the question numbers and the questionnaire questions.
Before generating the evaluation questionnaire, the execution subject may call the historical question bank to query a historical question similar to the current evaluation object and the evaluation index from the historical question bank, adapt to the current evaluation object and the evaluation index by automatically adjusting the similar historical question, and take the adjusted historical question as a questionnaire question corresponding to the acquired item identifier.
For example, the adjustment to the similar historical titles can be performed as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly determining the evaluation object and the topic type corresponding to the evaluation index, such as a single-choice topic, then changing the historical topic similar to the current evaluation object and the evaluation index into the same topic type (namely a single-choice topic), automatically arranging and combining characters according to the dimension for evaluating the current evaluation object to design and output the topic content, specifically, the topic content can maintain the content of the historical topic unchanged and can be automatically finely adjusted, and the embodiment of the application does not limit whether the topic content is changed. Then, the executive main body can adjust the multiple choice questions and judge the historical topics corresponding to the questions in a similar adjusting mode so that the adjusted topics are matched with the evaluation objects, and then an evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification is generated according to the topic types, the topic quantity and the questionnaire topics obtained after adjustment.
Specifically, generating an evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification according to the topic type, the topic number and the questionnaire topic includes: determining the number of topics corresponding to each topic type; and adjusting the option configuration information of the questionnaire questions according to the question types, and further generating the evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification according to the number of questions corresponding to each question type, the questionnaire questions and the option configuration information.
The execution main body can automatically arrange and combine the characters according to the question types to further adjust the option configuration information of the questionnaire questions, further adjust the option configuration information of the questionnaire questions in corresponding quantity according to the number of the questions corresponding to each question type (such as single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions and judgment questions), and finally obtain the evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification.
Specifically, generating an evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification includes: and generating an evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification based on the topic type, the topic quantity, the evaluation object and the three-level evaluation indexes.
In the embodiment of the application, the three-level evaluation index corresponds to the most refined evaluation index. The tertiary evaluation metrics may include: the execution main body can freely combine characters according to the three-level evaluation indexes and the evaluation objects to obtain questionnaire questions matched with the three-level evaluation indexes and the evaluation objects, and then the execution main body can adjust information such as the number of selectable items and the number of total items of the questionnaire questions matched with the three-level evaluation indexes and the evaluation objects based on the number of the questions and the types of the questions to generate the evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification.
And step S104, responding to the detected trigger operation of the user on the evaluation questionnaire, and acquiring response data of the user on the evaluation questionnaire.
When the user clicks the generated evaluation questionnaire, the execution main body detects the clicking operation of the user, acquires the corresponding evaluation questionnaire identification (such as the number, the name and the like of the evaluation questionnaire), and then the execution main body can call the evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the evaluation questionnaire identification and display the evaluation questionnaire identification to the user to prompt the user to answer, and after the user answering is detected, the execution main body can acquire the answering data of the user to the evaluation questionnaire.
Specifically, before acquiring the response data of the user to the evaluation questionnaire, the method further comprises: and opening the answering authority for evaluating the questionnaire in response to the current date reaching the project start date corresponding to the project identification.
And step S105, generating and outputting an evaluation report according to the response data.
After the user answers the assessment questionnaire, the system starts a timing task to generate and output an assessment report.
The method comprises the steps of receiving a project evaluation request, obtaining a corresponding project identifier, and further obtaining a corresponding evaluation object and an evaluation index according to the project identifier; acquiring the weight corresponding to the evaluation index, and determining the number of questions according to the weight; determining the topic type according to the evaluation object, and generating an evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification based on the topic type, the topic quantity, the evaluation object and the evaluation index; responding to the detected trigger operation of the user on the evaluation questionnaire, and acquiring response data of the user on the evaluation questionnaire; and generating and outputting an evaluation report according to the response data. Therefore, on-line automatic project evaluation is realized, manual participation is not needed, and the efficiency and the accuracy of the project evaluation can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic main flow diagram of a project evaluation method according to a second embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the project evaluation method includes:
step S201, receiving a project evaluation request, obtaining a corresponding project identifier, and further obtaining a corresponding evaluation object and an evaluation index according to the project identifier.
Step S202, obtaining the weight corresponding to the evaluation index, and obtaining the total number of questions in the evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project evaluation request.
Step S203, determining the number of the titles corresponding to the evaluation index corresponding to the weight according to the weight and the total number of the titles.
The execution subject can obtain the number of titles corresponding to the evaluation index corresponding to each weight by multiplying the weight corresponding to the evaluation index by the total number of titles. Further, the execution subject may design an evaluation questionnaire based on the number of questions corresponding to each of the determined evaluation indexes.
Step S204, determining the question type according to the evaluation object, inquiring the historical questions corresponding to the evaluation object and the evaluation index, further analyzing the matching degree of the historical questions with the evaluation object and the evaluation index, adjusting the historical questions according to the matching degree to generate questionnaire questions corresponding to the project identification, and generating the evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the project identification according to the question type, the question number and the questionnaire questions.
