技术领域
本发明公开一种装配式保温节能墙体,涉及装配式建筑技术领域。
背景技术
作为围护结构的外墙体是建筑热工性能体现的关键因素,传统外墙体构造包括结构层,保温层和装饰层,施工环境复杂且工程量大,在施工组装,维护以及保温性能上难以实现品质可控。另一方面,传统外墙功能单一,仅仅依靠保温层进行保温隔热,对于外墙的节能考虑较少,存在一定的能耗损失,且维护维修困难。本发明提出一种装配式保温节能墙体以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提出一种装配式保温节能墙体,包括装配式保温填充模块、墙体结构、内外墙板以及被动呼吸装置;所述装配式保温填充模块是由预制箱体、扣压装置、浇注槽和限位固定装置组成;所述墙体结构是由龙骨和保温垫层组成;所述内外墙板是内侧装饰板和装配式呼吸外墙组成;所述被动呼吸装置是由呼吸箱、联动活塞装置和呼吸窗组成;所述装配式保温填充模块两侧与龙骨相互咬合固定连接,外侧装配式呼吸外墙通过螺栓与墙体结构连接,被动呼吸装置固定在装配式呼吸外墙内部,四者组装后可在预制箱体内填充保温砂浆形成完整墙体,本发明采取装配式墙体内保温加外呼吸的做法,在施工组装便捷的同时,兼具保温节能的优点。
进一步的,所述装配式保温填充模块是由预制箱体、扣压装置、浇注槽和限位固定装置组成,所述预制箱体在工厂提前浇注而成,侧边形成凸起;所述浇注槽固定在预制箱体底端,两侧开设浇注槽孔;所述扣压装置包括固定塞、套管和扣压板,所述套管两端不封口,底端形成螺纹,可固定在扣压板上;所述限位固定装置包括密封扣,限位杆和下压条,密封扣设置在预制箱体顶部,所述扣压板穿过限位杆沿垂直方向移动;所述下压条的高度要高于浇注槽最底端的槽孔,便于首次注入保温浆体时,保温浆体能够冲入到预制箱体内。
进一步的,所述扣压装置的扣压板上开设透气孔,扣压板中间开设螺纹圆孔,可拆卸套管底端通过螺纹圆孔固定在扣压板上;扣压板边缘形成凹槽,可与上侧密封扣相互咬合。
更进一步的,所述浇注槽的顶端内侧接入注浆口,保温浆体从注浆口沿着浇注槽两侧的槽孔流动,快速冲入预制箱体内;扣压板具有一定的重量,可以压实冲入预制箱体内部的保温浆体,随着逐渐注入保温浆体,保温浆体会带动扣压板和套管沿垂直方向移动,进而会露出新的槽孔;当扣压板移动到顶部时,扣压板会与顶部的密封扣相互咬合,达成箱体边缘密封,此时停止注浆,取出套管,待保温浆体凝固后在扣压板上拧紧固定塞,可以形成具有保温性质的预制箱体,操作便捷。
进一步的,所述墙体结构是由工字形龙骨和保温垫层组成,工字形龙骨两侧开设槽口,可与预制箱体两侧凸起相互咬合来固定位置;预制箱体与墙体结构在定位后可通过螺栓在侧边连接,所述保温垫层粘合固定在龙骨外侧,可以避免龙骨靠近室外一侧产生冷热桥。
进一步的,所述内外墙板是由内侧装饰板和装配式呼吸外墙组成,装配式呼吸外墙由一体化双层板组成,内部形成空腔,并在外侧上下两端开设呼吸口,呼吸口下端形成弧形契口,便于呼吸窗的转动,呼吸口上端开设暗装圆孔。
进一步的,所述被动呼吸装置由呼吸箱、联动活塞装置和呼吸窗组成,所述呼吸箱包括主体箱和呼吸管,主体箱内在低温条件下填充气体,呼吸管为细长中空圆柱体;所述联动活塞装置包括密封油、多纹橡胶活塞、伸缩弹簧和限位垫块,伸缩弹簧一端固定在多纹橡胶活塞上,一端固定在呼吸窗上,限位垫块固定在呼吸管末端;所述呼吸窗是由L形轻质扣板、转轴和密封框组成,所述L形轻质扣板上设置密封条,L形轻质扣板与转轴形成整体构造,所述密封框固定在呼吸口内侧。
更进一步的,所述被动呼吸装置内部的密封油和多纹橡胶活塞在主体箱注入气体后设置在呼吸管内,随后在呼吸管末端安装限位垫块;密封油可以避免主体箱内的气体外漏,限位垫块可以避免多纹橡胶活塞滑动到呼吸管外侧。
更进一步的,所述呼吸窗的L形轻质扣板上设置密封条,可与密封框侧边相互咬合,L形轻质扣板可以通过转轴沿弧形契口转动,弧形契口和L形轻质扣板可以避免雨水进入装配式呼吸外墙内。
进一步的,所述呼吸窗的转轴两端为中空构造,内部设有伸缩垫片、内置弹簧和操作拉杆,操作拉杆设置在转轴内侧,避免雨水浸入,操作拉杆带动内置弹簧可控制伸缩垫片的伸缩,转轴可通过伸缩垫片的伸缩固定在呼吸口上的暗装圆孔上,可以快速安装拆卸呼吸窗。
更进一步的,所述装配式呼吸外墙当夏季气温升高到一定程度时,呼吸箱体内因气体热胀冷缩而压强增大,从而会外向推动多纹橡胶活塞,带杆弹簧会推动L形轻质扣板,呼吸口打开,内部热气流从下向上流动自然排出,形成热量阻隔层;当冬季气温下降到一定程度时,呼吸箱体内因气体热胀冷缩而压强减少,会内向拉动多纹橡胶活塞,带杆弹簧会牵拉L形轻质扣板,呼吸口闭合,L形轻质扣板上的密封条与密封框相互咬合,形成封闭的空气层,对于室内热量的外溢起到良好的阻隔作用;所述呼吸外墙可随温度的变化自动控制呼吸口的开闭,且利用自然温差来形成热流和密封空气层,极大地增强了墙体的保温隔热功能。
在实际的组装施工过程中,在将保温填充模块和墙体结构固定后,可将内外墙板通过螺栓固定在墙体结构上,装配式呼吸外墙在内部上下两侧安装被动呼吸装置,随后在呼吸外墙上下两侧设置密封板;当需要拆卸维修时,仅需要拧出外墙板、内部装饰板与龙骨的连接螺栓,对外墙板及内部的被动呼吸装置和其他部件进行更换,可实现快速维修。
与现有的技术方案相比,本发明具有如下有益效果。
本发明采取墙体部件装配技术,利用墙体内保温和装配式呼吸外墙的特点,在实现良好保温效果以及施工组装便捷的同时,还能够在冬冷夏热地区利用室内外温差被动呼吸,兼具外墙节能的优点。
本发明中墙体各部件通过工厂化生产,可实现现场快速装配,提高施工速度,缩短施工工期,降低工程造价,减少环境污染,部件拆除后可回收利用,是一种绿色环保的墙体结构,能够广泛应用于外墙构造中。

如附图3所示,所述墙体结构2是由工字形龙骨21和保温垫层22组成,工字形龙骨21两侧开设槽口,可与预制箱体11两侧凸起相互咬合来固定位置;预制箱体11与墙体结构2在定位后可通过螺栓在侧边连接,所述保温垫层22粘合固定在龙骨21外侧。

如附图7、附图8所示,所述呼吸窗43的转轴432两端为中空构造,内部设有伸缩垫片4321、内置弹簧4322和操作拉杆4323,操作拉杆4323设置在转轴432内侧,避免雨水浸入,操作拉杆4323带动内置弹簧4322可控制伸缩垫4321片的伸缩,转轴432可通过伸缩垫片4321的伸缩固定在呼吸口321的暗装圆孔323上,可以快速安装拆卸呼吸窗43。
在实际的组装施工过程中,在将装配式保温填充模块1和墙体结构2固定后,可将内外墙板3通过螺栓固定在墙体结构2上,装配式呼吸外墙32在内部上下两侧安装被动呼吸装置4,随后在装配式呼吸外墙32上下两侧设置密封板;当需要拆卸维修时,仅需要拧出内外墙板3与龙骨21的连接螺栓,对内侧装饰板31、装配式呼吸外墙32及内部的被动呼吸装置4和其他部件进行更换,可实现快速维修。
以上为本发明的一处具体实施例,但并非依此来限定本发明的保护范围,还包括由以上技术特征等同替换所组成的技术方案,本发明的范围和所附权利要求及其等同范围限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种装配式保温节能墙体,其特征在于:包括装配式保温填充模块(1)、墙体结构(2)、内外墙板(3)以及被动呼吸装置(4);所述装配式保温填充模块(1)是由预制箱体(11)、扣压装置(12)、浇注槽(13)和限位固定装置(14)组成;所述墙体结构(2)是由龙骨(21)和保温垫层(22)组成;所述内外墙板(3)是内侧装饰板(31)和装配式呼吸外墙(32)组成;所述被动呼吸装置(4)是由呼吸箱(41)、联动活塞装置(42)和呼吸窗(43)组成;所述装配式保温填充模块(1)两侧与龙骨(21)相互咬合固定连接,外侧装配式呼吸外墙(32)通过螺栓与墙体结构(2)连接,被动呼吸装置(4)固定在装配式呼吸外墙(32)内部,四者组装后可在预制箱体(11)内填充保温砂浆形成完整墙体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装配式保温节能墙体,其特征在于:所述装配式保温填充模块(1)是由预制箱体(11)、扣压装置(12)、浇注槽(13)和限位固定装置(14)组成,所述预制箱体(11)在工厂提前浇注而成,侧边形成凸起;所述浇注槽(13)固定在预制箱体(11)底端,两侧开设浇注槽孔(131);所述扣压装置(12)包括固定塞(121)、套管(122)和扣压板(123),所述套管(122)两端不封口,底端形成螺纹,可固定在扣压板(123)上;所述限位固定装置(14)包括密封扣(141),限位杆(142)和下压条(143),密封扣(141)设置在预制箱体(11)顶部,所述扣压板(123)穿过限位杆(142)沿垂直方向移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装配式保温节能墙体,其特征在于:所述扣压装置(12)的扣压板(123)上开设透气孔,扣压板(123)中间开设螺纹圆孔,可拆卸套管(122)底端通过螺纹圆孔固定在扣压板(123)上;扣压板(123)边缘形成凹槽,可与上侧密封扣(141)相互咬合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装配式保温节能墙体,其特征在于:所述墙体结构(2)是由工字形龙骨(21)和保温垫层(22)组成,工字形龙骨(21)两侧开设槽口,可与预制箱体(11)两侧凸起相互咬合来固定位置;所述保温垫层(22)粘合固定在龙骨(21)外侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装配式保温节能墙体,其特征在于:所述内外墙板(3)是由内侧装饰板(31)和装配式呼吸外墙(32)组成,装配式呼吸外墙(32)由一体化双层板组成,内部形成空腔,并在外侧上下两端开设呼吸口(321),呼吸口(321)下端形成弧形契口(322),呼吸口(321)上端开设暗装圆孔(323)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装配式保温节能墙体,其特征在于,所述被动呼吸装置(4)由呼吸箱(41)、联动活塞装置(42)和呼吸窗(43)组成,所述呼吸箱(41)包括主体箱(411)和呼吸管(412),主体箱(411)内在低温条件下填充气体,呼吸管(412)为细长中空圆柱体;所述联动活塞装置(42)包括密封油(421)、多纹橡胶活塞(422)、伸缩弹簧(423)和限位垫块(424),伸缩弹簧(423)一端固定在多纹橡胶活塞(422)上,一端固定在呼吸窗(43)上,限位垫块(424)固定在呼吸管(412)末端;所述呼吸窗(43)是由L形轻质扣板(431)、转轴(432)和密封框(433)组成,所述L形轻质扣板(431)上设置密封条(4311),L形轻质扣板(431)与转轴(432)形成整体构造,所述密封框(433)固定在呼吸口(321)内侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装配式保温节能墙体,其特征在于,所述呼吸窗(43)的转轴(432)两端为中空构造,内部设有伸缩垫片(4321)、内置弹簧(4322)和操作拉杆(4323),操作拉杆(4323)设置在转轴(432)内侧,操作拉杆(4323)带动内置弹簧(4322)可控制伸缩垫片(4321)的伸缩,转轴(432)可通过伸缩垫片(4321)的伸缩固定在呼吸口上(321)的暗装圆孔(323)上。
