本发明公开了一种装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,包括装配式框架、内侧复合板、龙骨、呼吸装置和外侧墙板,装配式框架中间为空腔,装配式框架的两端分别固定连接龙骨,龙骨两侧分别固定连接内侧复合板和外侧墙板,内侧复合板和外侧墙板分别与装配式框架贴合密封,以形成密封的空腔,外侧墙体安装有若干呼吸装置,呼吸装置包括横管和螺旋双金属片,横管安装在外侧墙板上,以将空腔和外界空气连通,横管内设置有开关装置,螺旋双金属片能够根据温度变化控制开关装置的开闭。本发明利用螺旋双金属片感应室内外的自然温度变化,实现外墙体的多种形态转变,满足外墙保温隔热隔音需求时能够达到节能的目的,具有快速施工组装和被动式节能等优点。

本发明属于装配式集成建筑及节能技术领域,具体涉及一种装配式被动节能呼吸外墙。
背景技术
碳中和目标的出现为各行各业的发展提出了新的发展要求,建筑领域的节能减排也逐渐引起重视,成为重要的发展方向之一。外墙体作为建筑外围护结构之一,与室外环境直接接触,外墙体本身构造与能源损耗密切相关。传统外墙体通过保温层、结构层以及隔音层的厚度叠加来达到墙体保温隔热隔音的物理需求,外墙体的较厚且成本较高,施工组装不便,墙体后期检修不便,在面临夏热冬冷的气候特征时外墙体展现的节能效果不理想。
专利CN207245478U公开了一种玻璃幕墙用温控窗户,该装置时通过将双金属片的变形将信号传递给PLC控制器,PLC控制器再推动气缸活塞,控制窗户的启闭,该装置结构复杂,成本较高,安装和维修难度较高,不适用于装配式集成建筑的外墙广泛推广使用。

发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于装配式集成建筑的被动呼吸外墙,该被动呼吸外墙直接通过双金属片感应室内外的自然温度变化,控制开关装置的开启和关闭,实现外墙体的多种形态转变,达到有效保温和节能的目的,且该装置结构简单,装配和维护方便,成本较低。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,包括装配式框架、内侧复合板、龙骨、呼吸装置和外侧墙板,所述装配式框架中间为空腔,所述装配式框架的两端分别固定连接龙骨,所述龙骨两侧分别固定连接内侧复合板和外侧墙板,所述内侧复合板和外侧墙板分别与所述装配式框架贴合密封,以形成密封的空腔,所述外侧墙板安装有若干呼吸装置,所述呼吸装置包括横管和螺旋双金属片,所述横管安装在外侧墙板上,以将空腔和外界空气连通,所述横管内设置有开关装置,所述螺旋双金属片能够根据温度变化控制开关装置的开闭。
作为优选,所述呼吸装置还包括竖管,所述横管的外径小于所述竖管的内径,所述竖管上垂直贯穿安装所述横管,以组成十字型结构,所述开关装置设置在所述横管内,所述开关装置位于所述横管与所述竖管相交处。

本发明提供的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,通过在装配式外墙体内部设置空腔,并在外侧墙板上设置温控呼吸装置,使得外侧墙板的呼吸口能够根据温度的高低自行开启和关闭。在温度较高时,呼吸口开启,空腔内的热流呼吸层能够达到良好的隔热效果,降低室内冷负荷;在温度较低时,呼吸口闭合,封闭温暖的空腔起到良好的保温效果,减少室内热量损失;本发明利用室内外的自然温度变化实现外墙体的多种形态转变,在满足基本的外墙保温隔热隔音需求时能够达到节能的目的。
该被动节能呼吸外墙采用螺旋双金属片直接控制呼吸装置的开启和关闭,结构简单且稳定,变于拆装,前期的安装施工简便,后期维护也比较方便,同时该被动节能呼吸外墙将装配式外墙体和呼吸墙集成,集成度高,制造成本较低,既能满足外墙基本要求,又兼具有快速施工组装、拆卸维修和被动式节能的优点,利于市场的推广使用。

如图1-图6所示,本发明提供了一种装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,包括装配式框架1、内侧复合板2、龙骨3、呼吸装置4和外侧墙板5,装配式框架1包括框架主体11,框架主体11为口字型结构,框架主体11的中间为空腔14,框架主体11的竖直两侧端部设置有U型安装槽13,也即是U型安装槽13设置在框架主体11的四个角上;同时,龙骨3为工字钢,龙骨3的中间开设有与框架主体对应的限位槽31,安装时可以先将框架主体11卡接在限位槽31内,然后通过U型安装槽13与龙骨3实现快速固定连接,也便于拆卸维护。内侧复合板2和外侧墙板5的水平两端均设置有企口6,内侧复合板2和外侧墙板5通过企口6与龙骨3固定连接,企口6实现墙板与龙骨3的密封稳定安装,同时在框架主体11的两侧开设有密封槽12,密封槽12内安装有密封条7,内侧复合板2和外侧墙板5与龙骨3固定安装后内侧均与框架主体11内的密封条7贴合,从而形成了一个密封的空腔14。
在本实施例中,外侧墙板5安装有若干呼吸装置4,呼吸装置4包括横管41和螺旋双金属片44,横管41安装在外侧墙板5上,以将空腔14和外界空气连通,螺旋双金属片44由膨胀系数相差较大而弹性模量相近的两块金属片焊接而成,优选的由殷钢和无磁钢焊接而成,该螺旋双金属片44随温度的变形率接近线性,横管41内设置有开关装置,螺旋双金属片44能够根据温度变化控制开关装置的开启和闭合。具体地,呼吸装置4还包括竖管42,横管41的外径小于竖管42的内径,竖管42上垂直贯穿安装横管41,以组成十字型结构,开关装置设置在横管41内,开关装置位于横管41与竖管42相交处。
进一步地,开关装置包括圆形挡板45和轻质垫片47,圆形挡板45固定连接在横管41内、且与横管41内径相同,圆形挡板45间隔预设距离平行设置两块形成一个容腔,预设距离大于轻质垫片47的厚度;轻质垫片47活动连接在两块圆形挡板45之间,圆形挡板45中间开设有方孔,方孔的长宽均小于轻质垫片47的长宽,以确保轻质垫片47位置在圆形挡板45的方孔平齐时,能够将方孔全部封住,起到封闭横管的作用。横管41与轻质垫片47上端对应位置开设有活动口,轻质垫片47可以从活动口往上位移,以打开横管41的开关。
进一步地,竖管42的底部为闭口、顶部为开口,竖管42顶部可拆卸连接封盖48,封盖48可以在需要检修时打开,方便维护;螺旋双金属片44固定连接在竖管42底部,螺旋双金属片44的顶端固定连接推拉杆45,横管41在轻质垫片47下端对应位置开设通孔,推拉杆47通过通孔固定连接轻质垫片47的下端,螺旋双金属片44通过推拉杆45带动轻质垫片47进行上下位移,以实现横管41的连通和封闭,也即可以控制密封空腔14与外界空气是否连通,来调节室内温度。同时,两块圆形挡板45之间的底部设置有限位块49,限位块49设置在轻质垫片47位移的最下端,确保轻质垫片47在往下位移时不会超过最低限度,防止往下位移过多不能密封圆形挡板45的方孔;横管41远离空腔14的一端螺纹连接帽式通气孔43,帽式通气孔43的通气口朝下,可以防止雨水通过横管41倒灌进入墙体内部的空腔14内。
在本实施例中,内侧复合板2由保温垫层21、隔音垫层22和装饰面层23压合而成,保温垫层21靠近空腔14,更好的与空腔14协同实现保温效果,隔音垫层21和装饰面层22分别进行墙体的隔音和墙体内部的装饰,一体成型,集成度高。

夏季气温较高时,室外远红外线对外墙体的辐射造成装配式被动呼吸外墙的外侧墙板5的温度升高,热传导使得空腔14内部温度升高,呼吸装置4感应高温,螺旋双金属片44膨胀拉伸,推拉杆45上移带动轻质垫片47上移,外侧墙板5上的呼吸口打开,空腔14内部热流由下向上流动,形成自然的热流屏障,阻隔室外的热量进一步往室内扩散,达到良好的自然隔热功能。
在冬季气温较低的夜晚时,呼吸装置4感应低温,螺旋双金属片44收缩变短,推拉杆45带动圆形挡板45之间的轻质垫片47下移,外侧墙板5上的呼吸口关闭;在冬季白天时,室外阳光的远红外辐射使得呼吸外墙温度升高,热传导使得空腔14内部温度相对升高,呼吸装置4感应温度,此时双金属片膨胀44拉伸程度较低,呼吸口仍然处于关闭状态,被动式呼吸墙空腔14内部形成封闭的温暖空腔,阻隔室内的热量进一步向室外扩散,达到良好的自然保温效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,包括装配式框架(1)、内侧复合板(2)、龙骨(3)、呼吸装置(4)和外侧墙板(5),所述装配式框架(1)中间为空腔(14),所述装配式框架(1)的两端分别固定连接龙骨(3),所述龙骨(3)两侧分别固定连接内侧复合板(2)和外侧墙板(5),所述内侧复合板(2)和外侧墙板(5)分别与所述装配式框架(1)贴合密封,以形成密封的空腔(14),所述外侧墙板(5)安装有若干呼吸装置(4),所述呼吸装置(4)包括横管(41)和螺旋双金属片(44),所述横管(41)安装在外侧墙板(5)上,以将空腔(14)和外界空气连通,所述横管(41)内设置有开关装置,所述螺旋双金属片(44)能够根据温度变化控制开关装置的开闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述呼吸装置(4)还包括竖管(42),所述横管(41)的外径小于所述竖管(42)的内径,所述竖管(42)上垂直贯穿安装所述横管(41),以组成十字型结构,所述开关装置设置在所述横管(41)内,所述开关装置位于所述横管(41)与所述竖管(42)相交处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括圆形挡板(46)和轻质垫片(47),所述圆形挡板(46)固定连接在所述横管(41)内、且与所述横管(41)内径相同, 所述圆形挡板(46)间隔预设距离平行设置两块,所述轻质垫片(47)活动连接在两块所述圆形挡板(46)之间,所述圆形挡板(46)中间开设有方孔,所述方孔的长宽均小于所述轻质垫片(47)的长宽,所述横管(41)与所述轻质垫片(47)上端对应位置开设有活动口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述螺旋双金属片(44)固定连接在所述竖管(42)底部,所述螺旋双金属片(44)顶端固定连接推拉杆(45),所述横管(41)在所述轻质垫片(47)下端对应位置开设通孔,所述推拉杆(45)通过所述通孔固定连接轻质垫片(47)的下端,两块所述圆形挡板(46)之间底部设置有限位块(49)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述竖管(42)底部为闭口、顶部为开口,所述竖管(42)顶部可拆卸连接封盖(48)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述横管(41)远离空腔(14)的一端螺纹连接帽式通气孔(43),所述帽式通气孔(43)的通气口朝下。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述内侧复合板(2)由保温垫层(21)、隔音垫层(22)和装饰面层(23)压合而成,所述保温垫层(21)靠近所述空腔(14)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述装配式框架(1)包括框架主体(11),所述框架主体(1)为口字型结构,所述框架主体(1)的中间为空腔(14),所述框架主体(1)的竖直两侧端部设置有U型安装槽(13),所述框架主体(1)内外两侧四周均开设有密封槽(12),所述密封槽(12)内安装密封条(7),以分别与内侧复合板(2)和外侧墙板(5)形成密封。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述龙骨(3)为工字钢,所述龙骨(3)中间开设有限位槽(31),所述框架主体(11)卡接在所述限位槽(31)内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装配式被动节能呼吸外墙,其特征在于,所述内侧复合板(2)和外侧墙板(5)的水平两端均设置有企口(6),所述内侧复合板(2)和外侧墙板(5)通过企口(6)与龙骨(3)固定连接。
