背景技术
肥皂是人们经常使用的清洁去污护肤产品,其主要成分是动植物油脂、肪酸钠和甘油,是日常生活必备的清洁用品,去污力都比较强,并加入一定含量的杀菌剂制备而成,可以有效帮助减少细菌,降低患病风险,时至现今肥皂的制皂工艺发展已经相当成熟。目前,正值新冠病毒大流行,人们对洗涤产品有了更高的要求,使用有抑菌效果的洗涤用品是预防感染发生的有效措施之一。
现有的肥皂具有较强的抑菌杀菌效果,部分含有化学药品成分,虽然其抗菌性能强但是它的毒理作用也相对较高,不仅对使用者的肌肤也有刺激和伤害,而且对环境造成了巨大的压力。中草药类肥皂是将中草药的提取物加入皂基制成的,采用中草药提取物作为抑菌剂,但现有的中草药抑菌肥皂抑菌能力不足,且为满足衣物的去污能力常常加入化学药品成分,如起泡剂、乳化剂等,对皮肤的刺激性大,因此,采用多种中草药相互协同增加抗菌消炎的同时增加衣物的去污能力,减少对皮肤的伤害具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抑菌肥皂及其制备方法,肥皂中百里香提取物、徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物相互协同作用,能够抗菌、消炎,具有镇痛、消肿作用,气味芳香,且增加衣物的去污能力,还能够滋润皮肤,对人体无任何伤害,使用安全。
本发明的目的是提供一种抑菌肥皂,由以下质量百分比组分制成:百里香提取物0.1~4%,徐长卿提取物0.1~4%,紫苏梗提取物0.1~4%,椰子油20~35%,溶剂10~20%,碱液4~8%,盐析剂8~12%,余量为水。
优选的,所述百里香提取物为乙醇提取物,所述徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物均为水提取物。
优选的,所述溶剂为体积分数为75-95%的乙醇。
优选的,所述碱液为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾溶液的一种,所述氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾溶液的质量分数为20-35%。
优选的,所述盐析剂为饱和氯化钠溶液。
此外,本发明还提供了上述抑菌肥皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配方称取各组分;
S2、将氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾加入到水中,搅拌溶解后得到质量分数为20- 35%的碱液;将过量氯化钠加入水中,搅拌溶解,当有部分氯化钠未溶解,过滤得到的溶液即为盐析剂,且盐析剂的温度保持在65~70℃,备用;
S3、将椰子油和乙醇加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入碱液,搅拌加热溶解后继续升温进行皂化反应,然后检测是否皂化完全,皂化完全后将剩余的水加入皂化完全的粘稠液,搅拌互溶后倒入搅拌状态下的盐析剂中进行静置,肥皂便盐析上浮,待肥皂全部析出,依次加入百里香提取物、徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物,静置凝固后得到抑菌肥皂。
优选的,S3中,皂化反应的温度为60~75℃,时间为30~40min。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的数据,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下述各实施例中所述原料,如无特殊说明,均为常规原料,所述实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
一种抑菌肥皂,由以下质量百分比组分制成:百里香提取物0.1%,徐长卿提取物4%,紫苏梗提取物2%,椰子油30%,体积分数为95%的乙醇14%,质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液6%,饱和氯化钠溶液10%,余量为水;所述百里香提取物为乙醇提取物,所述徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物均为水提取物。
上述抑菌肥皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配方称取各组分;
S2、将4g氢氧化钠加入到16mL蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解后得到质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液;将过量氯化钠加入蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解,当有部分氯化钠未溶解,过滤去除未溶解的氯化钠得到的溶液即为得到饱和氯化钠水溶液,且饱和氯化钠水溶液的温度保持在65℃,备用;
S3、将椰子油和95%乙醇加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌加热溶解后继续升温至70℃进行皂化反应30min,然后检测是否皂化完全,采用玻璃棒取出试样放入装有蒸馏水的试管中,振荡试管后静置10s,有油脂分出,说明皂化不完全,可滴加氢氧化钠溶液继续皂化反应,若无油滴游离出来,说明皂化完全;皂化完全后将剩余的水加入皂化完全的粘稠液,搅拌互溶后倒入搅拌状态下的饱和食盐溶液中进行静置,肥皂便盐析上浮,待肥皂全部析出,依次加入百里香提取物、徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物,静置凝固后得到抑菌肥皂。
实施例2
一种抑菌肥皂,由以下质量百分比组分制成:百里香提取物4%,徐长卿提取物0.1%,紫苏梗提取物2%,椰子油30%,体积分数为80%乙醇14%,质量分数为25%氢氧化钠6%,饱和氯化钠溶液10%,余量为蒸馏水;所述百里香提取物为乙醇提取物,所述徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物均为水提取物。
上述抑菌肥皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配方称取各组分;
S2、将5g氢氧化钠加入到15mL蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解后得到质量分数为25%的氢氧化钠溶液;将过量氯化钠加入蒸馏水中,得搅拌溶解,当有部分氯化钠未溶解,过滤去除未溶解的氯化钠得到的溶液即为饱和氯化钠溶液,且饱和氯化钠溶液的温度保持在70℃,备用;
S3、将椰子油和80%乙醇加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌加热溶解后继续升温至70℃进行皂化反应40min,然后检测是否皂化完全,采用玻璃棒取出试样放入装有蒸馏水的试管中,振荡试管后静置10s,有油脂分出,说明皂化不完全,可滴加氢氧化钠溶液继续皂化反应,若无油滴游离出来,说明皂化完全;皂化完全后将剩余的蒸馏水加入皂化完全的粘稠液,搅拌互溶后倒入搅拌状态下的饱和氯化钠溶液中进行静置,肥皂便盐析上浮,待肥皂全部析出,依次加入百里香提取物、徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物,静置凝固后得到抑菌肥皂。
实施例3
一种抑菌肥皂,由以下质量百分比组分制成:百里香提取物2%,徐长卿提取物2%,紫苏梗提取物2%,椰子油30%,95%乙醇14%,质量分数为25%氢氧化钾6%,氯化钠10%,余量为蒸馏水;所述百里香提取物为乙醇提取物,所述徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物均为水提取物。
上述抑菌肥皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配方称取各组分;
S2、将5g氢氧化钾加入到15mL蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解后得到质量分数为25%的氢氧化钾溶液;将过量氯化钠加入蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解,当有部分氯化钠未溶解,过滤去除未溶解的氯化钠得到的溶液即为饱和氯化钠溶液,且饱和氯化钠溶液的温度保持在65℃,备用;
S3、将椰子油和95%乙醇加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入氢氧化钾溶液,搅拌加热溶解后继续升温至70℃进行皂化反应35min,然后检测是否皂化完全,采用玻璃棒取出试样放入装有蒸馏水的试管中,振荡试管后静置10s,有油脂分出,说明皂化不完全,可滴加氢氧化钾继续皂化反应,若无油滴游离出来,说明皂化完全;皂化完全后将剩余的蒸馏水加入皂化完全的粘稠液,搅拌互溶后倒入搅拌状态下的饱和氯化钠溶液中进行静置,肥皂便盐析上浮,待肥皂全部析出,依次加入百里香提取物、徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物,静置凝固后得到抑菌肥皂。
对比例1
本对比例提供了一种抑菌肥皂,与实施例1相同,区别在于:没有加入徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物。
对比例2
本对比例提供了一种抑菌肥皂,与实施例1相同,区别在于:没有加入紫苏梗提取物。
对比例3
本对比例提供了一种抑菌肥皂,与实施例1相同,区别在于:没有加入徐长卿提取物。
对比例4
本对比例提供了一种抑菌肥皂,与实施例1相同,区别在于:没有加入百里香提取物。
金黄色葡萄球菌是革兰氏阳性菌代表,是常见的食源性致病菌,广泛存在于自然环境中。将将实施例1和对比例1~4制备的抑菌肥皂进行抑菌实验效果评价,采用等质量的肥皂1g对金黄色葡萄球菌进行杀菌实验,实验时间为 5min,结果如表1所示。

从表1中可以看出,实施例1制备的抑菌肥皂对金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌5min 后的抑菌率超过93%,而对比例1~4的抑菌率在89%以下,可见本发明制备的肥皂中百里香提取物、徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物相互协同作用,能够抗菌、消炎,能消除多种致病菌和病毒,具有镇痛、消肿作用,气味芳香,对人体无任何伤害,使用安全。
参考根据GB/T 13174-2021《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》,对抑菌肥皂的去污能力进行测试。现将未添加中药提取物的肥皂作为空白对照。将实施例1和对比例1~2制备的抑菌肥皂及空白对照分别用蒸馏水配成1L,浓度为0.2%的皂液进行去污力实验,结果如下。

从表2可以看出,在去污能力方面,添加中药提取物的肥皂稍(实施例1 及对比例1~2)高于未添加中药提取物的肥皂,因为未添加中药提取物的肥皂 (标准肥皂)去污能力很强,这也意味着添加中药提取物的肥皂,特别是添加百里香、徐长卿、紫苏梗提取物的肥皂(实施例1)去污能力比仅仅添加百里香(对比例1)和仅添加百里香及徐长卿提取物(对比例2)的效果更佳,可见,本发明制备的肥皂既能抑菌又能清洁去污,抑菌物质为中草药提取物,性质温和,对皮肤刺激小,又具有芳香气味,使用时令人愉悦,能够满足现代人对肥皂的要求。
需要说明的是,本发明中涉及数值范围时,应理解为每个数值范围的两个端点以及两个端点之间任何一个数值均可选用,由于采用的步骤方法与实施例相同,为了防止赘述,本发明描述了优选的实施例。尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (9)
1.一种抑菌肥皂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比组分制成:百里香提取物0.1~4%,徐长卿提取物0.1~4%,紫苏梗提取物0.1~4%,椰子油20~35%,溶剂10~20%,碱液4~8%,盐析剂8~12%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌肥皂,其特征在于,所述百里香提取物为乙醇提取物,所述徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物均为水提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌肥皂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为体积分数为75-95%的乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌肥皂,其特征在于,所述碱液为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾溶液的一种,所述氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾溶液的质量分数为20-35%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌肥皂,其特征在于,所述盐析剂为饱和氯化钠溶液。
6.一种权利要求1~5任一项所述抑菌肥皂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按配方称取各组分;
S2、将氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾加入到水中,搅拌溶解后得到质量分数为20-35%的碱液;将过量氯化钠加入水中,搅拌溶解,当有部分氯化钠未溶解,过滤得到的溶液即为盐析剂,且盐析剂的温度保持在65~70℃,备用;
S3、将椰子油和乙醇加入三口烧瓶中,然后加入碱液,搅拌加热溶解后继续升温进行皂化反应,然后检测是否皂化完全,皂化完全后将剩余的水加入皂化完全的粘稠液,搅拌互溶后倒入搅拌状态下的盐析剂中进行静置,肥皂便盐析上浮,待肥皂全部析出,依次加入百里香提取物、徐长卿提取物和紫苏梗提取物,静置凝固后得到抑菌肥皂。
7.据权利要求6所述的抑菌肥皂的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,皂化反应的温度为60~75℃,时间为30~40min。
8.据权利要求6所述的抑菌肥皂的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,所述检测是否皂化完全的方式为采用玻璃棒取出试样放入装有水的试管中,振荡试管后静置,有油脂分出,说明皂化不完全,可滴加所述碱液继续皂化反应,若无油滴游离出来,说明皂化完全。
9.据权利要求8所述的抑菌肥皂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述静置的时间为5~10s。
