(9) testing the pH value, wherein the pH value is qualified when being 8-9;
(10) and after the paint film is qualified in the scratch card test, filtering and packaging.
Preferably, an acrylic emulsion of component 25, a polyurethane dispersion of component 20 and a silica sol of component 7 are added.
Preferably, the polyurethane dispersion in step 5 is removed by adding an acrylic emulsion having component 45.
