以上的抗氧化方法,存在物质不稳定,添加保存困难。同时部分原料价格昂贵或物化性质水溶性差,导致很难用于各类型化妆品,极大的限制了使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液,由如下重量份组分制成:
大豆异黄酮3~7份、三七根提取物3~7份、葛根提取物0.5~1.5份、灰树花提取物0.5~1.5份、己二醇0.3~0.7份、对羟基苯乙酮0.3~0.7份、水80~94份。
优选的,由如下重量份组分制成:
大豆异黄酮5份、三七根提取物5份、葛根提取物1份、灰树花提取物1份、己二醇0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.5份、水87份。
一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按对应重量份称取下列原料备用:大豆异黄酮、三七根提取物、葛根提取物、灰树花提取物、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、水;
(2)将水加入到乳化锅内,搅拌加热至85~95℃,恒温杀菌13~17min,然后降温;
(3)降温至70~74℃时,加入对羟基苯乙酮完全溶解;
(4)冷却至36~40℃,加入其余原料,充分搅拌8~12min;
(5)出料取样检测,复合原液制取完成。
大豆异黄酮:豆甙元含7.4二个酚羟基。酚羟基作为供氧体能与自由基反应使之生成相应的离子或分子,熄灭自由基,终止了自由基的连锁反应。大豆异黄酮对整体动物也有比较明确的抗氧化作用,大豆异黄酮提取物对阿霉素引起的小鼠过氧化水平提高和抗氧化酶活性的降低也有明显的抑制作用。范红艳等人在《大豆异黄酮抗衰老作用研究》一文中通过实验证实:大豆异黄酮可通过抗氧化作用,降低NO水平及上调Bcl-2蛋白表达,起到抗衰老作用。
三七根提取物:含有三七总皂苷。三七总皂苷(total saponins of Panaxnotognseng,PNS)是五加科人参属植物三七的主要有效活性成分,含有多种单体皂苷。从20世纪40年代开始,国内外学者对PNS进行了一系列研究,揭示了其具有扩张血管、降低心肌耗氧量、抑制血小板凝集、延长凝血时间、降血脂、清除自由基、抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用。
葛根提取物:含有葛根素和葛根黄酮,桂卉等通过研究葛根黄酮类物质对酪氨酸酶活性抑制实验和抗氧化作用探讨其美白作用,以期为其在化妆品领域的应用提供实验依据。在抑制酪氨酸酶活性方面,葛根黄酮类物质提取液对酪氨酸酶具有较强的抑制作用,其抑制酪氨酸酶的IC50约为1.72g·L-1。在体外抗氧化方面,葛根黄酮类物质提取液总还原力与清除DPPH·能力均与其质量浓度呈现量效关系,对超氧阴离子自由基和·OH均具有一定的清除作用,但对·OH的清除作用随质量浓度变化不大。桂卉,唐婷,严航,雷志钧.葛根黄酮类物质美白作用的研究[J].日用化学工业,2013,43(04):290-293+312.
灰树花提取物:含有灰树花多糖。对羟基自由基有很强的抑制作用。顾广州的研究表明:灰树花多糖随着浓度的增大还原力增强;灰树花菌丝体多糖浓度达到0.4mg/mL时其清除O2·-的能力达到80%,胞外多糖浓度达到0.4mg/mL时其清除O2·-的能力达到90%。灰树花菌丝体、胞外多糖浓度为1.0mg/mL时其抑制羟基自由基大小为70%。多糖对DPPH·的清除能力随着多糖浓度的升高有增大的趋势,特别是菌丝体多糖,当浓度达到1.0mg/mL时,清除DPPH·的能力达到了67%。顾广州《灰树花深层发酵多糖、提取纯化及抗氧化作用研究》CNKI:CDMD:2.2010.177011。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
1、本申请着力于深挖祖国传统医学,从中医药中提取精华,以黄酮类和皂苷类物质为基础,经过大量实验研究,找出合适的配比,从而达到抗氧化去皱等功效。经过权威检测机构证实,加入该组分的化妆品,其去皱抗氧化效果显著,且安全无刺激。且可以用于各种剂型化妆品,价格经济,添加方便。
2、本申请的复合原液(AN-AGE原液)为水剂,颜色为棕红色,且稳定性很好,易于添加到任何化妆品体系中,从而制取出各种类型的化妆品产品。
3、本申请技术简单易操作。本产品成分均为常见原料,易于获得且易于添加,不受pH值等物理化学性质影响,成分性质温和,适用年龄广,效果出色,功效评价显著,成本经济,添加量为0.5%,易于推广。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明做更进一步的解释,下面结合下述具体实施例进行阐述。
实施例1:
一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液,由如下重量份组分制成:
大豆异黄酮3份、三七根提取物3份、葛根提取物0.5份、灰树花提取物0.5份、己二醇0.3份、对羟基苯乙酮0.3份、水80份。
一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按对应重量份称取下列原料备用:大豆异黄酮、三七根提取物、葛根提取物、灰树花提取物、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、水;

实施例2:
一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液,由如下重量份组分制成:
大豆异黄酮5份、三七根提取物5份、葛根提取物1份、灰树花提取物1份、己二醇0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.5份、水87份。
一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按对应重量份称取下列原料备用:大豆异黄酮、三七根提取物、葛根提取物、灰树花提取物、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、水;
(2)将水加入到乳化锅内,搅拌加热至90℃,恒温杀菌15min,然后降温;
(3)降温至72℃时,加入对羟基苯乙酮完全溶解;
(4)冷却至38℃,加入其余原料,充分搅拌10min;
(5)出料取样检测,复合原液制取完成。
实施例3:
一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液,由如下重量份组分制成:
大豆异黄酮7份、三七根提取物7份、葛根提取物1.5份、灰树花提取物1.5份、己二醇0.7份、对羟基苯乙酮0.7份、水94份。
一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按对应重量份称取下列原料备用:大豆异黄酮、三七根提取物、葛根提取物、灰树花提取物、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、水;
(2)将水加入到乳化锅内,搅拌加热至95℃,恒温杀菌17min,然后降温;
(3)降温至74℃时,加入对羟基苯乙酮完全溶解;
(4)冷却至40℃,加入其余原料,充分搅拌12min;
(5)出料取样检测,复合原液制取完成。
为了对比本申请技术效果,以0.5%的复合原液为活性成分,辅以油脂和乳化剂生产面霜,然后进行抗皱、保湿、温和(无刺激)功效评价。具体为:
1.抗皱功效检测
1.1试验方法:
(1)精密移取荧光物质于96孔板中,随后加入样品溶液;
(2)在一定条件下振荡一段时间后迅速加入自由基启动反应;
(3)在一定条件下振荡一段时间后迅速加入自由基启动反应;
(4)在一定条件下振荡一段时间后迅速加入自由基启动反应;
(5)记录数据,计算ORAC抗氧化水平K值,统计差异P值
1.2试验结果:

实验结论:试验样品的ORAC抗氧化水平K值小于空白对照组的抗氧化水平K值,且两者统计学差异P值<0.05,表明试验样品能够减缓被氧化速度,具有抗皱功效。
2.保湿功效检测
2.1试验方法:
(1)称样;
(2)对试验样品进行预处理,选择一直具有吸湿能力的试剂(甘油)为阴性对照;
(3)将样品和阳性对照放置于一定温湿条件下的恒温恒湿设备中;
(4)定期称量试验样品;
(5)记录数据,计算水分变定期称量试验样品化率Δm,制作曲线。注:本实验
同时,在同时进行的温和试验证实,本产品温和无刺激。
2.2试验结果:

试验结论:试验样品的水分变化率Δm曲线小于(优于)阳性对照水分变化率Δm曲线,说明试验样品具有保湿功效。
3.温和(无刺激)功效检测
3.1试验方法:
(1)鸡胚准备,试验样品称样并进行前处理;
(2)选取血管发育良好的鸡胚,剥去气室蛋壳部分和除去蛋壳膜,保证暴露的绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)完整;
(3)取受试物,阴性对照试剂(0.9%氯化钠溶液)和阳性对照试剂(0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液)直接作用于绒毛尿囊膜(CAM);
(4)作用数分钟后,立即在体视显微镜下观察拍照并记录;
(5)每种毒性效应变化程度,给予评分(ES),计算平均分值。

试验结论:试验样品无/轻刺激性。

1.一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液,其特征在于,由如下重量份组分制成:大豆异黄酮3~7份、三七根提取物3~7份、葛根提取物0.5~1.5份、灰树花提取物0.5~1.5份、己二醇0.3~0.7份、对羟基苯乙酮0.3~0.7份、水80~94份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液,其特征在于,由如下重量份组分制成:
大豆异黄酮5份、三七根提取物5份、葛根提取物1份、灰树花提取物1份、己二醇0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.5份、水87份。
3.一种如权利要求1~或2所述的祛皱抗氧化化妆品用复合原液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按对应重量份称取下列原料备用:大豆异黄酮、三七根提取物、葛根提取物、灰树花提取物、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、水;
(2)将水加入到乳化锅内,搅拌加热至85~95℃,恒温杀菌13~17min,然后降温;
(3)降温至70~74℃时,加入对羟基苯乙酮完全溶解;
(4)冷却至36~40℃,加入其余原料,充分搅拌8~12min;
(5)出料取样检测,复合原液制取完成。
