the design boundary of the auxiliary instrument panel is limited by the front end of the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel by an accelerator pedal and an instrument panel beam bracket:
the rear end of the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel limits the design boundary of the auxiliary instrument panel, and the design boundary comprises the following factors:
the upper end of the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel limits the design boundary of the auxiliary instrument panel by the following factors:
the factors limiting the design boundary of the auxiliary instrument panel at the two sides of the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel are a side seat backrest, a side seat cushion, a side seat lock catch and legs of a human body.
4. The method for designing the boundary of the auxiliary dashboard as claimed in claim 3, wherein said establishing a boundary limiting surface for each of said factors, each of said boundary limiting surfaces constituting a design boundary of said auxiliary dashboard, specifically comprises:
establishing a reference limit surface for each of the factors;
and moving the reference limiting surface of each factor for a certain distance to obtain at least one boundary limiting surface of each factor, wherein the boundary limiting surface of each factor forms the design boundary of the auxiliary instrument panel.
5. The method of designing a dash panel boundary of claim 4, further comprising: the side seat latch includes two boundary limiting surfaces, one of which is a side seat latch boundary limiting surface, and the other of which is a side seat latch operation space boundary limiting surface.
6. The design method for boundary of auxiliary instrument panel as claimed in claim 5, wherein said establishing reference limit surfaces for each factor includes:
setting an outer contour surface of the accelerator pedal as a reference limit surface of the accelerator pedal, and setting an outer contour surface of a beam bracket of the instrument panel as a reference limit surface of the instrument panel;
setting the outer contour surface of the rear seat cushion on one side relative to the auxiliary instrument panel arrangement position as a reference limiting surface of the rear seat cushion, and setting the outer contour surface of the rear carpet on one side relative to the auxiliary instrument panel arrangement position as a reference limiting surface of the rear carpet;
setting an outer contour surface of one side of the armrest, which is opposite to the arrangement position of the auxiliary instrument panel, as a reference limiting surface of the armrest;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a side seat cushion, a side seat backrest and a side, wherein a seat lock catch is opposite to the motion envelope of an outer contour surface on one side of an auxiliary instrument panel setting position, setting the motion envelope of the side seat cushion on one side of the auxiliary instrument panel setting position to be a reference limiting surface of the side seat cushion, setting the side seat backrest on one side of the auxiliary instrument panel setting position to be a reference limiting surface of the side seat backrest, setting the side seat lock catch on one side of the auxiliary instrument panel setting position to be a reference limiting surface of the side seat lock catch, and setting the outer contour surfaces of a right leg of a driving position human body and a left leg of an auxiliary driving position human body to be a reference limiting surface of the leg of the human body.

and obtaining the motion envelope of the seat framework and the outer contour surface of the seat lock catch on one side of the setting position of the auxiliary instrument panel according to the whole stroke of the seat framework.
8. The design method for boundary of auxiliary instrument panel as claimed in claim 6, wherein said moving the reference limit surface of each of said factors by a certain distance to obtain the boundary limit surface specifically includes:
moving the reference limiting surface of the accelerator pedal 35-40mm to the right to obtain an accelerator pedal boundary limiting surface; translating the reference limit surface of the instrument panel by 28-35mm towards the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel to obtain an instrument panel boundary limit surface;
translating the reference limiting surfaces of the rear seat cushion and the rear carpet to the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel by 270-300mm to obtain a limit limiting surface of the rear seat cushion edge and a limit limiting surface of the rear carpet edge;
moving the reference limit surface of the armrest to a position which is higher than the R point 170-190mm of the driver to obtain an armrest boundary limit surface;
translating the reference limit surface of the side seat cushion by 37-42mm towards the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel to obtain a side seat cushion boundary limit surface; translating the reference limit surface of the side seat back by 42-47mm towards the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel to obtain a boundary limit surface of the side seat back; translating the reference limit surface of the seat side seat lock towards the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel by 7-10mm to obtain a side seat lock boundary limit surface, and translating the reference limit surface of the seat side seat lock towards the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel by 10-15mm to obtain a side seat lock operation space boundary limit surface; and translating the reference limit surface of the human leg to the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel by 30-40mm to obtain a human leg boundary limit surface.
9. The method of sub-dash panel boundary design according to claim 2, wherein said finding a factor that limits said sub-dash design boundary further comprises:
and finding out a factor that the lower end of the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel limits the design boundary of the auxiliary instrument panel.
10. The design method for the boundary of the auxiliary instrument panel as claimed in claim 9, wherein the factor limiting the design boundary of the auxiliary instrument panel at the lower end of the design position of the auxiliary instrument panel is a vehicle body floor, and the boundary limiting surface of the vehicle body floor is an outer contour of the vehicle body floor.
