Abstract
本发明公开了一种加强型球轴承用双层密封,涉及轴承密封圈领域,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有外层密封圈和内层密封圈;外层密封圈包覆在外密封骨架上,内层密封圈包覆在内密封骨架上,内密封骨架的一端与轴承外圈接触固定,另一端与内圈斜面密封槽形成迷宫式密封。本发明在外侧密封圈主唇与外圈之间设置间隙,外界水进入后可随轴承旋转甩出;另外,间隙设计减少了该处摩擦力矩,可用于增加其他唇口的过盈量;外密封圈弯折段设置在内密封圈副唇下方,有效扩展了两密封件之间空腔的体积,使内密封唇延伸唇更长,可增加与外密封圈的接触过盈量,增强接触强度,使得延伸唇的防泥水性能更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承密封圈的领域,具体涉及一种加强型球轴承用双层密封。
背景技术
现有的轴承密封结构的密封圈中,外层密封圈与轴承外圈之间采用完全接触式密封,即二者过盈配合。这样一来虽然能够防止绝大部分的外部泥沙、水等异物进入轴承内部,但只要泥水进入了外层密封圈,就无法排出轴承。此外,内外密封圈之间设置的空间小,导致内密封圈延伸唇过短,密封性能不佳;外密封圈弯点偏上,强度不足,容易发生变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种加强型球轴承用双层密封,有效地防止外部异物,特别是泥水进入轴承内部,延长轴承的密封寿命。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种加强型球轴承用双层密封,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,二者之间通过保持架保持有若干钢球,所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间间隔设有外层密封圈和内层密封圈,且内层密封圈靠近保持架设置;外层密封圈包覆在外密封骨架上,外密封骨架的固定端与轴承内圈接触固定,外密封骨架的自由端指向轴承外圈,外层密封圈在自由端处设置外密封圈主唇,外密封圈主唇与轴承外圈之间设置间隙;内层密封圈包覆在内密封骨架上,内密封骨架的一端通过内层密封圈与轴承外圈上开设的内圈卡槽接触固定,内密封骨架的另一端通过内层密封圈与设置在轴承内圈上的内圈斜面密封槽形成迷宫式密封。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述内层密封圈上朝向外密封骨架的一侧设置内密封圈延伸唇,内密封圈延伸唇将外层密封圈与内层密封圈之间的空间分隔成第一空腔和第二空腔。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述内密封圈延伸唇与外密封骨架过盈配合。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述外密封骨架靠近固定端处设置折弯部。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述折弯部设置在内密封圈延伸唇下方。
作为优选的技术方案,所述折弯部的折弯角度为45±3°。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述内层密封圈靠近轴承内圈处设置内密封主唇和内密封副唇,内密封主唇与内圈斜面密封槽过盈配合,内密封副唇与轴承内圈内壁间隙配合。
作为优选的技术方案,所述内圈斜面密封槽的斜面角度为17±3°。
作为优选的技术方案,所述外层密封圈与内层密封圈之间的间隔设置为1.5~3.0mm。
作为优选的技术方案,所述间隙设置为0.15~0.4mm。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、外侧密封圈主唇与外圈之间设置间隙,外界水进入后可随轴承旋转甩出;另外,间隙设计减少了该处摩擦力矩,可用于增加其他唇口的过盈量。
2、外密封圈弯折段设置在内密封圈副唇下方,相较于现有技术,有效扩展了两密封件之间空腔的体积,使内密封唇延伸唇更长,可增加与外密封圈的接触过盈量,增强接触强度,使得延伸唇的防泥水性能更好;此外,外密封圈的骨架折弯强度得到增强,不易产生装配变形。

实施例:如附图1、2所示,这种加强型球轴承用双层密封,包括轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2,二者之间通过保持架4保持有若干钢球3,所述轴承外圈1与轴承内圈2之间间隔设有外层密封圈5和内层密封圈7(优选地,外层密封圈5与内层密封圈7之间的间隔设置为1.5~3.0mm),且内层密封圈7靠近保持架4设置。参考附图2,外层密封圈5包覆在外密封骨架6上,内层密封圈7包覆在内密封骨架8上,所述内层密封圈7上朝向外密封骨架6的一侧设置内密封圈延伸唇13,内密封圈延伸唇13与外密封骨架6过盈配合。内密封圈延伸唇13将外层密封圈5与内层密封圈7之间的空间分隔成第一空腔14和第二空腔15。
外密封骨架6的固定端6-1与轴承内圈2接触固定,外密封骨架6的自由端6-2指向轴承外圈1,外层密封圈5在自由端6-2处设置外密封圈主唇9,外密封圈主唇9与轴承外圈1之间设置间隙10,间隙能够有效降低该处的摩擦力矩,进而增加其他唇口的过盈量。优选地,所述间隙10设置为0.15~0.4mm。所述外密封骨架6靠近固定端6-1处设置折弯部6-3,折弯部6-3位于内密封圈延伸唇13的下方,有效扩展了第二空腔15的容积,同时内密封圈延伸唇13可以设置的更长,增加与外密封骨架6的接触过盈量,增强接触强度,使得内密封圈延伸唇13的防泥水性能更好。优选地,所述折弯部6-3的折弯角度为45±3°,能够增强外密封骨架6的折弯强度,不易产生装配变形。
轴承外圈1上开设有内圈卡槽11,内密封骨架8的上端通过内层密封圈7与内圈卡槽11接触固定(内层密封圈7的上部嵌入安装在内圈卡槽11内),内密封骨架8的下端通过内层密封圈7与设置在轴承内圈2上的内圈斜面密封槽12形成迷宫式密封。所述内层密封圈7靠近轴承内圈2处设置内密封主唇16和内密封副唇17,内密封主唇16与内圈斜面密封槽12过盈配合,同时,内密封副唇17与轴承内圈2内壁间隙配合,即形成迷宫式密封。优选地,所述内圈斜面密封槽12的斜面角度为17±3°。
本发明的工作过程:轴承运转时,由外密封圈主唇9与轴承外圈1构成第一道密封,间隙10的存在能够防止绝大部分的外部泥沙、水等异物进入轴承内部,少量进入第一空腔14内的泥水杂质也能随着轴承旋转被甩出;内密封圈延伸唇13与外密封骨架6过盈配合则构成了第二道密封,能够进一步阻止泥水杂质通过;内密封主唇16、内密封副唇17与内圈斜面密封槽12形成的迷宫式密封则构成了第三道密封,极少量进入第二空腔15内的泥水杂质被内密封主唇16完全阻挡,彻底防止外部异物进入轴承内部,从而延长轴承的密封寿命。

Claims (10)
1.一种加强型球轴承用双层密封,包括轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2),二者之间通过保持架(4)保持有若干钢球(3),其特征在于:所述轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2)之间间隔设有外层密封圈(5)和内层密封圈(7),且内层密封圈(7)靠近保持架(4)设置;外层密封圈(5)包覆在外密封骨架(6)上,外密封骨架(6)的固定端(6-1)与轴承内圈(2)接触固定,外密封骨架(6)的自由端(6-2)指向轴承外圈(1),外层密封圈(5)在自由端(6-2)处设置外密封圈主唇(9),外密封圈主唇(9)与轴承外圈(1)之间设置间隙(10);内层密封圈(7)包覆在内密封骨架(8)上,内密封骨架(8)的一端通过内层密封圈(7)与轴承外圈(1)上开设的内圈卡槽(11)接触固定,内密封骨架(8)的另一端通过内层密封圈(7)与设置在轴承内圈(2)上的内圈斜面密封槽(12)形成迷宫式密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述内层密封圈(7)上朝向外密封骨架(6)的一侧设置内密封圈延伸唇(13),内密封圈延伸唇(13)将外层密封圈(5)与内层密封圈(7)之间的空间分隔成第一空腔(14)和第二空腔(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述内密封圈延伸唇(13)与外密封骨架(6)过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述外密封骨架(6)靠近固定端(6-1)处设置折弯部(6-3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述折弯部(6-3)设置在内密封圈延伸唇(13)下方。
6.根据权利要求4所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述折弯部(6-3)的折弯角度为45±3°。
7.根据权利要求1所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述内层密封圈(7)靠近轴承内圈(2)处设置内密封主唇(16)和内密封副唇(17),内密封主唇(16)与内圈斜面密封槽(12)过盈配合,内密封副唇(17)与轴承内圈(2)内壁间隙配合。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述内圈斜面密封槽(12)的斜面角度为17±3°。
9.根据权利要求1所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述外层密封圈(5)与内层密封圈(7)之间的间隔设置为1.5~3.0mm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的加强型球轴承用双层密封,其特征在于:所述间隙(10)设置为0.15~0.4mm。
