Abstract

本发明涉及一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，安装在墙体一侧，包括琉璃板、双层玻璃板，琉璃板粘接在双层玻璃板的一侧，双层玻璃板的上端安装有开口向下的安装槽，双层玻璃板的上端插入安装槽内；双层玻璃板的下端设有L型槽，L型槽贴靠双层玻璃板的下端边角；安装槽靠近墙体的一侧还设有龙骨骨架，安装槽和墙体之间通过龙骨骨架连接。本发明的大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙采用上端和下端进槽方式，既保证背面中空的透光效果，也保证了安全性；琉璃板和玻璃板的复合结构，有效提升了琉璃板的强度和安全性，相比单一的琉璃结构大大降低了重量。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰领域，具体涉及一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙。
背景技术
琉璃是一种以人造水晶为原料在1000多度高度下烧制而成的一种材料，硬度较强，一般都是作为工艺品。在建筑装饰领域，琉璃板作为装饰物可以用以墙面装饰，还可以借助琉璃的透光性辅以光源照射，增加装饰效果；但是由于琉璃性质较脆，单个的琉璃板容易断裂，尤其是大面积使用时容易断裂，而且琉璃相比与同体积的玻璃也较重，安装难度较大。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，一方面保证琉璃的透光性，另外增加了琉璃板的强度，降低安装难度。
本发明的技术目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，安装在墙体一侧，包括琉璃板、双层玻璃板，琉璃板粘接在双层玻璃板的一侧，双层玻璃板的上端安装有开口向下的安装槽，双层玻璃板的上端插入安装槽内；双层玻璃板的下端设有L型槽，L型槽贴靠双层玻璃板的下端边角；安装槽靠近墙体的一侧还设有龙骨骨架，安装槽和墙体之间通过龙骨骨架连接。
进一步地，琉璃板为镂空琉璃板。
进一步地，琉璃板包括若干琉璃单元板，若干琉璃单元板拼接在双层玻璃板的侧面。
进一步地，双层玻璃板的底部还铺设有缓冲垫，缓冲垫设置在双层玻璃板底面和L型槽之间。
进一步地，琉璃板的下方还设有踢脚线；踢脚线设置在双层玻璃板的一侧。
进一步地，双层玻璃板和墙体之间还安装有光源。
进一步地，双层玻璃板包括两层粘合的钢化玻璃，两层钢化玻璃之间以及琉璃板和双层玻璃之间分别通过透明粘合剂粘结。
进一步地，安装槽为J型槽，J型槽的开口向下J型槽靠近墙体一侧的侧壁竖向长度大于J型槽远离墙体一侧的竖向长度。
进一步地，双层玻璃和墙体之间设有光源安装槽，光源安装槽设置在L型槽一侧，光源安装在光源安装槽中。
相比现有技术，本发明的有益效果在于：
1、本发明的大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙采用上端和下端进槽方式，既保证背面中空的透光效果，也保证了安全性；
2、琉璃板和玻璃板的复合结构，有效提升了琉璃板的强度和安全性；另外，由于同等体积下的琉璃的重量大于玻璃，琉璃和玻璃的复合结构相比单一的琉璃结构大大降低了重量；
3、琉璃板由若干琉璃单元板拼接而成，现场进行琉璃板的拼接，方便对琉璃板进行运输和加工。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行进一步描述：
一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，如图1所示，在墙体1一侧，包括琉璃板2、双层玻璃板3，琉璃板2粘接在双层玻璃板3的一侧，双层玻璃板3的上端安装有开口向下的安装槽4，双层玻璃板3的上端插入安装槽4内；双层玻璃板3的下端设有L型槽5，L型槽5贴靠双层玻璃板3的下端边角；安装槽4靠近墙体1的一侧还设有龙骨骨架6，安装槽4和墙体1之间通过龙骨骨架6连接，还可以在安装槽的上端安装镀锌方钢管10，安装槽选用镀锌钢件，将安装槽4焊接固定在镀锌方钢管10的下端，将龙骨骨架6与镀锌方钢管10焊接连接；还可以将安装槽4与上方的楼板连接,如在楼板下端通过化学螺栓安装预埋板，将镀锌方钢管与预埋板焊接固定。琉璃板2可以为镂空琉璃板，也可是普通的平面琉璃板，也可以是雕花的琉璃板。
为了便于加工、方便运输，琉璃板2包括若干琉璃单元板，若干琉璃单元板拼接在双层玻璃板3的侧面，琉璃单元板通过透明粘合剂粘结在双层玻璃板3上。双层玻璃板3采用双层的钢化玻璃，两层钢化玻璃之间也通过透明粘合剂粘结，透明粘合剂如无影胶。本实施例中采用镂空琉璃板，琉璃板的厚度在25mm，两层钢化玻璃选用厚度8mm的钢化玻璃，每块琉璃单元板的规格为300×300mm。
琉璃板2粘结在双层玻璃板3的一面，在双层玻璃板3的上端和下端分别留出一段企口用于安装；安装槽4为J型槽，J型槽的开口向下，J型槽靠近墙体一侧的侧壁竖向长度大于J型槽远离墙体一侧的竖向长度。
安装时，先将琉璃单元板板逐块粘结在双层玻璃板3上，然后将琉璃板2连同双层玻璃板3整体进行安装，将双层玻璃板3的上端企口倾斜插入J型槽中，然后将双层玻璃板3由倾斜状态向竖直状态逐步翻转，直至双层玻璃板3的上端企口完全插入J型槽内，双层玻璃板3的下端企口落在L型槽5上；为了对双层玻璃板进行保护，在双层玻璃板3的底部还铺设有10mm厚度的缓冲垫7，缓冲垫7设置在双层玻璃板3底面和L型槽5之间，安装双层玻璃板3之前先将缓冲垫7安装到位，缓冲垫如橡胶垫。
为了增加装饰效果，在双层玻璃板3和墙体1之间设有光源安装槽8，光源安装槽8设置在L型槽5一侧，光源安装槽8可以被L型槽5挡住，在光源安装槽8中安装光源。
在琉璃板的一侧，双层玻璃板的下端企口落在L型槽上，但是此处没有琉璃板的装饰遮挡，双层玻璃板下端企口露出，为了美观在琉璃板的下方还设有踢脚线9；踢脚线9设置在双层玻璃板3的一侧，通过踢脚线9承接上方的琉璃板2，起到装饰的作用。

1.一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，安装在墙体一侧，其特征在于，包括琉璃板、双层玻璃板，所述琉璃板粘接在双层玻璃板的一侧，所述双层玻璃板的上端安装有开口向下的安装槽，所述双层玻璃板的上端插入安装槽内；所述双层玻璃板的下端设有L型槽，所述L型槽贴靠双层玻璃板的下端边角；所述安装槽靠近墙体的一侧还设有龙骨骨架，所述安装槽和墙体之间通过龙骨骨架连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，其特征在于，所述琉璃板为镂空琉璃板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，其特征在于，所述琉璃板包括若干琉璃单元板，若干所述琉璃单元板拼接在双层玻璃板的侧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，其特征在于，所述双层玻璃板的底部还铺设有缓冲垫，所述缓冲垫设置在双层玻璃板底面和L型槽之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，其特征在于，所述琉璃板的下方还设有踢脚线；所述踢脚线设置在双层玻璃板的一侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，其特征在于，所述双层玻璃板和墙体之间还安装有光源。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，其特征在于，所述双层玻璃板包括两层粘合的钢化玻璃，两层钢化玻璃之间以及琉璃板和双层玻璃之间分别通过透明粘合剂粘结。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，其特征在于，所述安装槽为J型槽，所述J型槽的开口向下J型槽靠近墙体一侧的侧壁竖向长度大于J型槽远离墙体一侧的竖向长度。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种大型透光复合琉璃板装饰墙，其特征在于，所述双层玻璃和墙体之间设有光源安装槽，光源安装槽设置在L型槽一侧，所述光源安装在光源安装槽中。
