A use method of a fabric antibacterial finishing agent specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) padding the fabric with the antibacterial finishing liquid, and carrying out two-time soaking and two-time rolling, wherein the pressure of a roller in the padding process is 0.5-1 kg/cm 2 The rolling residual rate is controlled to be 75-85%;

Claims (10)
1. The antibacterial finishing agent for the fabrics is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of photocatalyst, 6-13 parts of chitosan, 5-13 parts of chitin, 0.5-1 part of nickel chloride, 3-6 parts of mustard oil, 3-8 parts of pine and cypress oil, 5-8 parts of pyrethrin, 1-5 parts of metasilicic acid, 3-10 parts of methyl cellulose and 65-80 parts of water.

The antibacterial finishing agent for fabrics according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of photocatalyst, 8-11 parts of chitosan, 8-10 parts of chitin, 0.7-0.8 part of nickel chloride, 4-5 parts of mustard oil, 4-7 parts of pine and cypress oil, 6-7 parts of pyrethrin, 2-4 parts of metasilicic acid, 5-8 parts of methyl cellulose and 70-75 parts of water.

The antibacterial finishing agent for the fabric, according to claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 22.5 parts of photocatalyst, 9.5 parts of chitosan, 9 parts of chitin, 0.75 part of nickel chloride, 4.5 parts of mustard oil, 5.5 parts of pine oil, 6.5 parts of pyrethrin, 3 parts of metasilicic acid, 6.5 parts of methyl cellulose and 22.5 parts of water.
4. The antibacterial finishing agent for fabric according to claim 1, wherein the deacetylation degree of chitin is 60-70%.
5. The processing method of the fabric antibacterial finishing agent according to claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) respectively dissolving chitosan, chitin, nickel chloride, mustard oil, pine and cypress oil, pyrethrin, metasilicic acid and methyl cellulose in the water according to the corresponding weight parts, and stirring and mixing the materials at a high speed until the materials are uniform;
(2) then adding mustard oil and pine oil in corresponding parts by weight, and stirring and mixing at a low speed until the mixture is uniform;
(3) finally adding a photocatalyst, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the fabric antibacterial finishing agent.
6. The processing method of the fabric antibacterial finishing agent according to claim 5, characterized in that the high-speed stirring speed in the step (1) is 1300-1500 r/min.
7. The processing method of the fabric antibacterial finishing agent according to claim 5, characterized in that the high-speed stirring speed in the step (2) is 500-700 r/min.
8. The processing method of the fabric antibacterial finishing agent according to claim 5, characterized in that the stirring speed in the step (3) is 500-700 r/min.
9. The use method of the fabric antibacterial finishing agent according to claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) padding the fabric with the antibacterial finishing liquid, wherein the padding is performed twice, and the padding allowance is controlled to be 75-85%;
(2) feeding the padded fabric into a dryer, and drying the fabric at the temperature of 90-120 ℃ for 3-5 min;
(3) and (3) feeding the dried fabric into a baking machine, and baking at 120-150 ℃ for 3-5 min to realize antibacterial finishing of the fabric.
10. The processing method of the fabric antibacterial finishing agent according to claim 9, characterized in that the rolling pressure in the padding process in the step (1) is 0.5-1 kg/cm 2 。
