Abstract
本发明公开一种环保营养型可湿性粉剂,其特征在于包括如下组分:原药10%~50%,分散剂5%~10%,PH调节剂0.5‑5%,润湿剂0.5%~2.0%,余量为有机填料和无机填料。本发明在填料选择上大幅度减少或完全不用矿物质填料,加入了有机来源填料,比如氨基酸粉、鱼蛋白粉等。少用或不用矿物资源,减少能源开采、污染环境的同时,解决了目前我国屠宰场大量废弃物难以处理的问题,又作为氨基酸来源补充到农作物中起到增产和提高农作物品质的目的,达到了一举多得的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于农药化学制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保营养型可湿性粉剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上大多数可湿性粉剂采用的填料为高岭土、轻钙、凹凸棒土、皂土等一些矿物质填料,采用此类矿物质填料的可湿性粉剂产品无营养物质,且部分含有重金属,对作物无营养价值或保健价值甚至还会导致蔬菜粮食重金属超标,且由于矿物质填料的特性容易造成土壤的板结,污染等。因此针对该问题,需要研发一种新型的可湿性粉剂,解决上述现象对生态造成的问题和食品安全问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种环保营养型可湿性粉剂的制备方法。
技术方案:一种环保营养型可湿性粉剂,其特征在于包括如下组分:原药 10%~50%,分散剂5%~10%,PH调节剂0.5-5%,润湿剂0.5%~2.0%,余量为有机填料和无机填料;
所述原药为多效唑、烯效唑、烯唑醇、调环酸钙、甲哌鎓、苄氨基嘌呤、复硝酚钠或胺鲜酯中的一种或多种复配物。
所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、扩散剂NNO、木质素磺酸钙、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯或烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或几种。
所述PH调节剂包括三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠中的一种或几种。
所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉BX、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、皂角粉、无患子粉中的一种或几种;
所述无机填料,其为硫酸钾、硫酸铜、硫酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、聚磷酸铵、乙二胺四乙酸锌钠、腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠、腐植酸铜、七钼酸铵、硼酸、硝酸钾、硝酸铜、硝酸钙、硝酸铵钙、氯化铜、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠锰、乙二胺四乙酸铜钠、白炭黑、滑石粉、膨润土、碳酸钙、高岭土、硅藻土或凹凸棒土中的一种或几种;
所述有机填料,其为尿素、氨基酸粉、鱼蛋白粉、牡蛎粉、无害化动物粪便、制糖残渣、榨油残渣、造纸残渣、废弃秸秆或海藻提取中的一种或几种。
所述的氨基酸粉为动物毛发、内脏、血液和或油脂下脚料的酶解或水解产物,经浓缩干燥后得到的粉末,其氨基酸含量>40.0%;
所述鱼蛋白粉是利用鱼打成鱼浆与发酵菌种和发酵原料制作而成;可增加土壤肥力,提高土壤保肥保水能力,改善土壤板结问题;
所述无害化动物粪便是鸡鸭鹅粪、牛粪、马粪或猪粪便进行发酵和无害化处理之后的产物;改良土壤的同时,增加土壤有机质含量,还可为农作物提供充足的养分;
所述制糖残渣为甘蔗渣或甜菜渣;
所述造纸残渣是造纸行业生产加工产生的废渣,将造纸残渣通过微生物发酵,氧化分解成农作物易吸收的腐殖质,用做有机填料;造纸固体废料中含有大量氮磷钾等元素、天然木质素和腐植酸,将造纸污泥通过微生物发酵,氧化分解成农作物易吸收的腐殖质,就可实现变废为宝,可以用于土壤改良、农作物营养来源。
所述的海藻提取物是从泡叶藻、浒苔、海带、紫菜、马尾藻、松藻、螺旋藻、小球藻等绿藻、褐藻或蓝藻中提取得到的物质。
9、进一步地,作为较优实施方式,所述海藻提取物的具体提取方法为:物理提取法、化学提取法或生物提取法中的一种或多种结合使用;
所述物理提取法是利用高温、高压或低温冷冻物理方法破碎海藻细胞壁,提取海藻细胞内含物;
所述化学提取法是利用酸、碱或有机溶剂消解细胞,进而将海藻内功能物质提取出来;
所述生物提取法是在制备好的海藻浆液中加入纤维素酶、蛋白酶或裂解酶进行催化降解,最后进行过滤提取。
进一步地,作为较优实施方式,所述无害化处理过程具体为:将收集好的禽畜粪便通过堆放发酵产生高温进而将其中的虫卵及病原菌杀死,从而达到无害化处理的目的。
本发明还提供上述环保营养型可湿性粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将物料投入锥形双螺旋混合器中混合半小时,使物料混合均匀;
(2)开启冷冻干燥机,待空压机、冷冻干燥机运行正常,气压达到0.7-1MPa后,启动主机;
(3)打开主气阀,调节好轴承冷却压力为0.03-0.05MPa,开启捕集器反吹阀,然后逐一开启旋风分离器、捕集器卸料阀;
(4)将步骤(1)中混合均匀的物料加入气流式超微粉碎机粉碎1小时,粉碎结束后转入成品混合机混合30-60分钟,保证物料混合均匀;
(5)检验合格后进行包装。
有益效果:本发明在填料选择上大幅度减少或完全不用矿物质填料,加入了有机来源填料,比如氨基酸粉、鱼蛋白粉等,少用或不用矿物资源,减少能源开采、污染环境的同时,解决了目前我国屠宰场大量废弃物难以处理的问题,又作为氨基酸来源补充到农作物中起到增产和提高农作物品质的目的,达到了一举多得的效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例1:一种环保营养型可湿性粉剂制备方法,其组分包含:多效唑原药15%,木质素磺酸钠3%,萘磺酸盐2%,聚羧酸盐0.5%,十二烷基硫酸钠1%,尿素15%,硫酸钾5%,磷酸二氢钾5%,硼酸5%,乙二胺四乙酸锌钠7%,鱼蛋白粉10%,余量用无害化动物粪便;
鱼蛋白粉是利用鱼打成鱼浆与发酵菌种和发酵原料制作而成;
无害化动物粪便将收集好的动物粪便通过堆放发酵产生高温进而将其中的虫卵及病原菌杀死得到的;
制备方法具体如下步骤:
(1)将物料投入锥形双螺旋混合器中混合半小时,使物料混合均匀;
(2)开启冷冻干燥机,待空压机、冷冻干燥机运行正常,气压达到0.7-1MPa后,启动主机;
(3)打开主气阀,调节好轴承冷却压力为0.03—0.05MPa。开启捕集器反吹阀,然后逐一开启旋风分离器、捕集器卸料阀;

检测数据:多效唑含量14.95%,多效唑悬浮率95.2%,PH7.55,润湿时间35秒,持久起泡性55ml,N含量7.9%,P2O5含量2.9%,K2O含量3.4%,Zn含量0.94%,Bn含量0.87%,有机质含量>53%。
药效实验:江苏省盐城市阜宁县东沟镇,花生田,种植品种为徐花18号,单次亩用量约50g实施例1制剂兑水30kg分别于苗期和盛花期两次喷施,对照组为市售15%多效唑可湿性粉剂,亩用量50g兑水30kg分别于苗期和盛花期两次喷施。药效对比:使用环保营养型15%多效唑可湿性粉剂的花生植株粗壮、矮化明显,茎秆节间距缩短,叶片浓绿,花蕾繁茂,分枝多、下针多,平均亩产量增加了14.5%-19.5%。
本实施例中多效唑原药源自:江苏剑牌农化股份有限公司;对照组的市售多效唑可湿性粉剂出自于:江苏七洲绿色化工股份有限公司,品名:七洲果全用。
实施例2:一种环保营养型可湿性粉剂制备方法,其组分包含:多效唑原药15%,木质素磺酸钠3%,萘磺酸盐3%,聚羧酸盐1%,拉开粉BX1.5%,聚磷酸铵2%,尿素 15%,磷酸二氢钾5%,腐植酸钾5%,七钼酸铵5%,乙二胺四乙酸锌钠6%,牡蛎粉12%,余量用水溶海藻提取物补足。
制备方法具体如下步骤:
(1)将物料投入锥形双螺旋混合器中混合半小时,使物料混合均匀;
(2)开启冷冻干燥机,待空压机、冷冻干燥机运行正常,气压达到0.7--1MPa后,启动主机;
(3)打开主气阀,调节好轴承冷却压力为0.03—0.05MPa。开启捕集器反吹阀,然后逐一开启旋风分离器、捕集器卸料阀;
(4)将(1)中混合均匀的物料加入气流式超微粉碎机粉碎1小时,粉碎结束后转入成品混合机混合30-60分钟,保证物料混合均匀;
(5)检验合格后进行包装。
检测数据:多效唑含量15.12%,多效唑悬浮率95.5%,PH6.48,润湿时间40S,持久起泡性50ml,N含量8.2%,P2O5含量3.5%,K2O含量7.9%,Zn含量0.82%,Ca含量 3.5%,海藻酸含量5.2%,腐植酸含量2.8%,钼含量2.5%,有机质含量>51%。
药效实验:安徽省宿州市砀山县良梨村,砀山酥梨,以实施例2的环保营养型15%多效唑可湿性粉剂在梨树新梢长3-8厘米时,稀释800倍液,间隔10天喷1次,共喷施3次,抑制枝梢徒长,促进发芽分化和提高坐果率。对照组为市售15%多效唑可湿性粉剂,喷施方法同实施例2。药效对比:喷施了实施例2的果树树冠更加矮化、紧凑,开花、结果提早5-8天,枝梢徒长现象得到明显抑制,产量及果品甜度均有提高,平均增产13%-18.5%,甜度平均大于14.5度,部分果品甚至有超过15.5度,平均水分达到 77%以上。
本实施例中多效唑原药源自:江苏剑牌农化股份有限公司;对照组的市售多效唑可湿性粉剂采购于:四川省兰月科技有限公司,品名兰月矮实。

2.根据权利要求1所述环保营养型可湿性粉剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、扩散剂NNO、木质素磺酸钙、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯或烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述环保营养型可湿性粉剂,其特征在于:所述PH调节剂包括三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求3所述环保营养型可湿性粉剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉BX、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、皂角粉、无患子粉中的一种或几种;
所述无机填料,其为硫酸钾、硫酸铜、硫酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵、聚磷酸铵、乙二胺四乙酸锌钠、腐植酸钾、腐植酸钠、腐植酸铜、七钼酸铵、硼酸、硝酸钾、硝酸铜、硝酸钙、硝酸铵钙、氯化铜、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠锰、乙二胺四乙酸铜钠、白炭黑、滑石粉、膨润土、碳酸钙、高岭土、硅藻土或凹凸棒土中的一种或几种;
所述有机填料,其为尿素、氨基酸粉、鱼蛋白粉、牡蛎粉、无害化动物粪便、制糖残渣、榨油残渣、造纸残渣、废弃秸秆或海藻提取中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求4所述环保营养型可湿性粉剂,其特征在于:所述的氨基酸粉为动物毛发、内脏、血液和或油脂下脚料的酶解或水解产物,经浓缩干燥后得到的粉末,其氨基酸含量>40.0%;
所述鱼蛋白粉是利用鱼打成鱼浆与发酵菌种和发酵原料制作而成;
所述无害化动物粪便是鸡鸭鹅粪、牛粪、马粪或猪粪便进行发酵和无害化处理之后的产物;
所述制糖残渣为甘蔗渣或甜菜渣;
所述造纸残渣是造纸行业生产加工产生的废渣,将造纸残渣通过微生物发酵,氧化分解成农作物易吸收的腐殖质,用做有机填料;
所述的海藻提取物是从泡叶藻、浒苔、海带、紫菜、马尾藻、松藻、螺旋藻、小球藻等绿藻、褐藻或蓝藻中提取得到的物质。
6.根据权利要求5所述环保营养型可湿性粉剂,其特征在于:所述海藻提取物的具体提取方法为:物理提取法、化学提取法或生物提取法中的一种或多种结合使用;
所述物理提取法是利用高温、高压或低温冷冻物理方法破碎海藻细胞壁,提取海藻细胞内含物;
所述化学提取法是利用酸、碱或有机溶剂消解细胞,进而将海藻内功能物质提取出来;
所述生物提取法是在制备好的海藻浆液中加入纤维素酶、蛋白酶或裂解酶进行催化降解,最后进行过滤提取。
7.根据权利要求5所述环保营养型可湿性粉剂,其特征在于:所述无害化处理过程具体为:将收集好的动物粪便通过堆放发酵产生高温进而将其中的虫卵及病原菌杀死,从而达到无害化处理的目的。
8.一种权利要求5所述环保营养型可湿性粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将物料投入锥形双螺旋混合器中混合半小时,使物料混合均匀;
(2)开启冷冻干燥机,待空压机、冷冻干燥机运行正常,气压达到0.7-1MPa后,启动主机;
(3)打开主气阀,调节好轴承冷却压力为0.03-0.05MPa,开启捕集器反吹阀,然后逐一开启旋风分离器、捕集器卸料阀;
(4)将步骤(1)中混合均匀的物料加入气流式超微粉碎机粉碎1小时,粉碎结束后转入成品混合机混合30-60分钟,保证物料混合均匀;
(5)检验合格后进行包装。
