Abstract
本发明属于电磁屏蔽材料技术领域,涉及一种防对折损伤高性能电磁屏蔽材料及其制备方法。本发明提供的制备方法包括:采用直径为0.1‑0.5mm阻燃涤纶单丝,机织成型,得到涤纶织物;对涤纶织物的第一表面进行等离子刻蚀处理后涂覆聚氨酯导电胶;将铝箔复合到在所述涤纶织物涂覆有聚氨酯导电胶的一面;再将PE膜复合到涤纶织物的铝箔上,得到电磁屏蔽材料。该电磁屏蔽材料电磁屏蔽性能好,且具有很低的红外发射率,抗弯强度和垂悬系数综合性能好。本发明制备方法得到的电磁屏蔽材料可应用于军用篷布,在电力、通讯等有电磁干扰的场所下具有较好的电磁屏蔽性能,同时满足防红外侦察的作战要求,多次重复使用后依然保持很好的电磁屏蔽性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于电磁屏蔽材料技术领域,涉及一种防对折损伤高性能电磁屏蔽材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
当前普通的屏蔽面料往往以高强涤纶长丝布为基布,基布表面采用胶粘的方式覆一层铝箔,虽然开始可以满足屏蔽使用要求,但是金属铝化学活性较高,遇水或在潮湿的空气中容易发生氧化,在表面形成一层三氧化二铝,时间长了会使得面料的电磁屏蔽下降。同时,在屏蔽面料悬挂支撑、拆卸打包的过程中,铝箔反复弯折扭曲,容易出现细微的缝隙,发生泄露,从而导致屏蔽效能大幅减弱。另外,现有技术中制备的电磁屏蔽材料还存在界面结合强度不好,力学性能和屏蔽效能不够好的缺陷。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的在于提供一种防对折损伤高性能电磁屏蔽材料及其制备方法,该制备方法得到的电磁屏蔽材料屏蔽性能强、抗弯折、抗盐雾和氧化性能优异。
本发明提供的一种防对折损伤高性能电磁屏蔽材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用直径为0.1-0.5mm阻燃涤纶单丝,机织成型,得到涤纶织物;
(2)对所述涤纶织物的第一表面进行等离子刻蚀处理后涂覆聚氨酯导电胶;
(3)将铝箔复合到在所述涤纶织物涂覆有聚氨酯导电胶的一面,得到电磁屏蔽材料。优选采用薄膜转移法将铝箔复合到在所述涤纶织物涂覆有聚氨酯导电胶的一面。
优选的,所述阻燃涤纶单丝的直径为0.1-0.5mm。
优选的,所述机织成型具体为:经过络筒、整经、穿经、卷纬等工艺,然后采用踏盘织机进行编制,其中单丝需要喷洒抗静电剂,在织造过程中空气湿度要保持在75%以上来达到消除静电影响,经纬密为200-1000根/10cm。
优选的,所述涤纶织物的密度为200-1000根/10cm。
优选的,所述涤纶织物的密度为200-500根/10cm。
优选的,所述等离子刻蚀处理的条件为:电压为5KV,时间为10-30s。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述聚氨酯导电胶的体积电阻率为0.5Ω/cm,涂覆厚度为0.01-1mm。
优选的,涂覆厚度为0.05-0.2mm。
优选的,所述铝箔厚度为0.01-0.1mm。
优选的,所述制备方法还包括:将PE膜复合到所述涤纶织物的铝箔上。
优选的,采用薄膜转移法将PE膜复合到所述涤纶织物的铝箔上。
优选的,所述PE膜厚度为0.01-0.05mm。
本发明还提供了一种上述的制备方法制备得到的电磁屏蔽材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用一定直径的阻燃涤纶单丝织成基布,该基布可弯但不会折,采用等离子处理方式进行界面刻蚀后,采用聚氨酯(TPU)高导电胶为粘合剂进行涂覆,然后将铝箔复合上去,可以将铝箔和基布牢固地粘接在一起,提高界面结合强度,使得到的材料不仅电磁屏蔽性能好,且具有很低的红外发射率,可保证电磁屏蔽材料的红外发射率≤0.5。另外,为了防止铝箔氧化而使得电磁屏蔽材料的电磁屏蔽效能减弱,采用PE膜的复合来减少外界环境对铝箔性能的影响,譬如提高耐盐雾性能。除此之外,本发明提供的电磁屏蔽材料抗弯强度和垂悬系数综合性能好,具体的,本发明提供的电磁屏蔽材料能够弯曲,但弯曲的同时又不易使铝箔形成对折损伤,避免了常规电磁屏蔽材料在安装拆卸过程中铝箔易形成对折损伤进而丧失屏蔽效能的问题,提高了该屏蔽材料的耐用性,进一步的,即使经过多次安装拆卸导致铝箔由于弯折次数过多出现细微的缝隙的时候,TPU高导电胶可以起到电磁屏蔽的作用,也能保证面料保持足够的屏蔽效能。本发明提供的电磁屏蔽材料可应用于军用篷布,在电力、通讯等有电磁干扰的场所下具有较好的电磁屏蔽性能,同时满足防红外侦察的作战要求,多次重复使用后依然保持很好的电磁屏蔽性能。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请作进一步地详细描述。
以下,对本申请实施例中的部分用语进行解释说明,以便于本领域技术人员理解。
实施例1
(1)采用兼具刚性和柔韧性大直径阻燃涤纶单丝(直径为0.1mm),机织成型(织物密度为1000根/10cm),得到织物;
(2)采用等离子技术在织物表面进行刻蚀,电压为5KV;时间为30s;
(3)利用刮涂工艺在织物等离子处理的一面进行聚氨酯导电胶(体积电阻率为0.5Ω/cm)的涂覆,涂覆厚度为0.1mm;
(4)利用铝箔在织物涂覆有导电胶的一面进行负载,铝箔厚度为0.1mm;得到的材料如图2所示。
(5)在铝箔一面进行PE膜的复合,PE膜厚度为0.05mm,得到电磁屏蔽织物,织物的结构如图1所示。
实施例1得到的电磁屏蔽织物的抗弯强度为4MPa,在0-3000Hz频段内电磁屏蔽效能大约90dB左右。其电磁屏蔽测试性能曲线如图3所示。
实施例2
(1)采用兼具刚性和柔韧性大直径阻燃涤纶单丝(直径为0.5mm),机织成型(织物密度为200根/10cm)
(2)采用等离子技术在织物表面进行刻蚀,电压为5KV;时间为10s;
(3)利用刮涂工艺在织物等离子处理的一面进行聚氨酯导电胶(体积电阻率为0.5Ω/cm)的涂覆,涂覆厚度为1mm;
(4)利用铝箔在织物涂覆有导电胶的一面进行负载,铝箔厚度为0.01mm;
(5)在铝箔一面进行PE膜的复合,PE膜厚度为0.01mm,得到电磁屏蔽织物。
实施例2得到的电磁屏蔽织物的抗弯强度为12MPa,在0-3000Hz频段内电磁屏蔽效能大约80dB左右。其电磁屏蔽测试性能曲线如图4所示。
实施例3
(1)采用兼具刚性和柔韧性大直径阻燃涤纶单丝(直径为0.4mm),机织成型(织物密度为250根/10cm)
(2)采用等离子技术在织物表面进行刻蚀,电压为5KV;时间为20s;
(3)利用刮涂工艺在织物等离子处理的一面进行聚氨酯导电胶(体积电阻率为0.5Ω/cm)的涂覆,涂覆厚度为0.05mm;
(4)利用铝箔在织物涂覆有导电胶的一面进行负载,铝箔厚度为0.06mm;
(5)在铝箔一面进行PE膜的复合,PE膜厚度为0.02mm,得到电磁屏蔽织物。
实施例3得到的电磁屏蔽织物的抗弯强度为8MPa,在0-3000Hz频段内电磁屏蔽效能大约90dB左右。其电磁屏蔽测试性能曲线如图5所示。
电磁屏蔽性能根据GB/T 30139-2013进行测试,抗弯强度根据GB/T 9341-2008进行测试,悬垂系数根据GB/T23329-2009进行测试,耐盐雾性能根据GB/T6461-2002进行测试。
表1实施例1-3制备试样的各项性能汇总表
由表1可知,本发明实施例1-3制备得到的电磁屏蔽材料具有较好的屏蔽性能和耐盐雾性能,且抗弯性能和垂悬性能俱佳。
Claims (8)
1.一种防对折损伤高性能电磁屏蔽材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.采用直径为0.1-0.5mm阻燃涤纶单丝,机织成型,得到涤纶织物;
S2.对所述涤纶织物的第一表面进行等离子刻蚀处理后涂覆聚氨酯导电胶;
S3.将铝箔复合到在所述涤纶织物涂覆有聚氨酯导电胶的一面,得到抗弯折高性能电磁屏蔽材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涤纶织物的密度为200-1000根/10cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述等离子刻蚀处理的条件为:电压为5KV,时间为10-30s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述聚氨酯导电胶的体积电阻率为0.5Ω/cm,涂覆厚度为0.1-1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述铝箔厚度为0.01-0.1mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法还包括:将PE膜复合到所述涤纶织物的铝箔上。
7.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PE膜厚度为0.01-0.05mm。
