According to the embodiment of the invention, the gentiana macrophylla, the ligusticum wallichii, the polygonum cuspidatum, the yam rhizome, the clematis root and the radix linderae are prepared into the wine for external use, so that the effect of improving rheumatism bone diseases and encephalopathy can be achieved, and the wind-dispelling, dampness-removing and bone-penetrating composition belongs to a hereditary traditional Chinese medicine formula. A wind-dispelling dampness-removing bone-penetrating composition is characterized by comprising the following traditional Chinese medicines: radix Gentianae Macrophyllae, rhizoma Chuanxiong, rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, rhizoma Dioscoreae Septemlobae, radix Clematidis, radix Linderae, and rhizoma anemarrhenae.
5. The wind-dispelling dampness-removing bone-penetrating composition as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following Chinese medicines in parts by weight:
3 to 5 portions of gentiana macrophylla, 3 to 5 portions of chuanxiong rhizome, 1 to 2.5 portions of giant knotweed rhizome, 1 to 2.5 portions of yam rhizome, 1 to 2.5 portions of clematis root, 1 to 2.5 portions of radix linderae and 0.5 to 1 portion of rhizoma anemarrhenae.
6. The wind-dispelling dampness-removing bone-penetrating composition as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following Chinese medicines in parts by weight:
3 parts of gentiana macrophylla, 3 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 2 parts of polygonum cuspidatum, 2 parts of rhizoma dioscoreae hypoglaucae, 2 parts of radix clematidis, 2 parts of radix linderae and 1 part of rhizoma anemarrhenae.

when the temperature is above 0 ℃, the medicine powder is hermetically soaked in white wine for 6 months, the medicine powder is stirred for 1 time every 15 days in the first 2 months, the medicine powder is stirred for 1 time every 10 days in the next 3 months, the medicine powder is stirred for 1 time every 5 days in the last month, and the medicine powder is filtered to obtain the wine of the wind-dispelling, dampness-removing and bone-penetrating composition after the last stirring is finished for 7 days;
when the temperature is below 0 ℃, the medicine powder is sealed and soaked in white wine for 12 months, the medicine powder is stirred for 1 time every 1 month in the first 4 months, the medicine powder is stirred for 1 time every 15 days in the next 6 months, the medicine powder is stirred for 1 time every 10 days in the last two months, and the medicine powder is filtered to obtain the wine of the wind-dispelling, dampness-removing and bone-penetrating composition after the last stirring is finished for 7 days;
wherein the ratio of the powder to the Chinese liquor is 1:8, and the stirring time is not less than 20 minutes.
9. Use of a rheumatalgia-relieving and dampness-removing bone-penetrating composition according to any one of claims 1-3 or claims 4-6 for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a rheumatic bone disease.
10. Use of the rheumatalgia-relieving and dampness-removing bone-penetrating composition according to any one of claims 1-3 or claims 4-6 for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of encephalopathy.
