Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of eyepatches, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a steam eyepatch for relieving eyes.
Background
The Huangdi's classic on medicine states that the disease is affected by pathogens, the disease is caused by sweat when the affected part is soaked (namely fumigation therapy), and the disease is caused by sweat when the affected part is soaked in skin, the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is effected by the synergistic effect of the heat effect, the pressure and the medicine, the advantages of various methods such as traditional Chinese medicine treatment, thermal treatment, traditional Chinese medicine ion permeation treatment and the like are integrated, and the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has wide application in modern society.
The long-time high-intensity work and study, the night sleep and the early rise, and the insomnia after staying up all night become the daily silhouette of the urban life in the 21 st century; the technology is advanced, various electronic products emerge endlessly, a mobile phone and a computer become a necessary screen era for carrying, and the blue light injury becomes the focus of the public; the lamplight is brilliant, and the back of the five-color urban life is accompanied by serious light pollution, which makes eyes of people gradually become sensitive, easy to lacrimate, dry and sour, and have poor eyesight. The eye discomfort can be quickly relieved by the fragmentation time, and the research and development of daily eye health care products suitable for all ages are in the forefront. The steam eye mask commonly used by people utilizes the principle of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, and active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicines play corresponding roles by vaporization, so that eye surface tissues can dredge striae, relax muscles, expand capillary vessels, promote qi and blood circulation, promote blood and lymph circulation and adjust the metabolic balance of peripheral tissues under the stimulation of thermal effect; meanwhile, the aromatic components in the traditional Chinese medicine also have the effects of soothing mood, relieving pressure and joyful body and mind.
At present, chinese patent CN109820919A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating and improving eyes, and a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials: borax, borneol, cassia seed, coptis, safflower, abalone shell, wild chrysanthemum flower, wolfberry fruit, pale butterflybush flower and radix rehmanniae recen. The fumigation lotion prepared from the composition can make medicine enter human body through the osmosis of skin mucosa, has dual effects of medicine treatment and warming, and has remarkable effects of improving eye blood circulation, improving nutrition, increasing metabolism of tissue, promoting absorption and dissipation of inflammation, relieving swelling and pain, etc. Chinese patent CN107812104A also discloses a composition with effect of relieving eye fatigue and a method for preparing eye mask and eye mask, comprising a composition consisting of rhizoma Polygonati essential oil and lotus flower essential oil, wherein the rhizoma Polygonati essential oil in the composition is mainly used for invigorating primordial qi and is a product for invigorating both qi and yin; the lotus essential oil emphasizes on nourishing heart and soothing nerves and is a product for tonifying yang, and the two medicines are used together to achieve the effects of nourishing primordial qi, calming heart and tranquilizing mind by balancing yin and yang. Therefore, a plurality of steam eye masks obtained by fumigating traditional Chinese medicines exist in the prior art, but the steam eye masks in the prior art have unobvious eye relief effect and low use rate.

Test I, evaluation of physical Properties of steam eye mask
Test subjects: examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 3 and blank group (using only steam eye mask heating device)
The test method comprises the following steps: the heating device of the steam eye shield is contacted with the air at the temperature of 38-42 ℃, then the eye shield is placed in a reversed glass, and the time of the small water drops in the wall of the glass is calculated.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 1, in each of examples 1 to 3, small water drops appeared within 10min, and the duration of heat generation was measured to be 20 to 35 min.
Second test, evaluation of the efficacy of the steam eye mask
2.1 methods of treatment: 80 cases of eye fatigue patients with dry, astringent, itchy, swollen, blurred vision and eye pigment deposition in 20-50 years old are selected and randomly divided into 8 groups according to the embodiment/comparative example, 10 people are selected for each group, and a blank group and a control group are arranged, wherein the blank group only adopts a steam eye patch heating device, the control group adopts a 'Huawang' steam eye patch in the prior art, the patients keep the original living habits in the treatment process, but can not be coated with corresponding eye skin care products such as eye cream, and the steam eye patch is used for 2 times every day, 20min each time and continuously used for 15 days.
2.2 evaluation index
2.2.1 evaluation criteria for Dry, astringent, itchy, swollen, blurred vision
6-10 minutes; the symptoms of dry eyes, acerbity, itching, swelling and blurred vision of the patient are improved;
6 points are as follows: the symptoms of dry eyes, acerbity, itching, swelling and blurred vision of the patients are not improved;
each group of patients was scored after use and the mean was determined.
2.2.2 evaluation of ocular pigmentation
The patients were tested using a Mexameter MX18 tester and the black MI values were measured on days 0, 5 and 15 and averaged.

As can be seen from table 2, the steam eye patches of embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention have a good effect of alleviating the symptoms of "dry eyes, dryness, itching, swelling, blurred vision", which is equivalent to the prior art, wherein embodiment 2 is the most preferred embodiment of the present invention.
The MI value of the black content represents the melanin index, the range is 0-999, the larger the value of the MI value is, the higher the pigment content is, and the pigment deposition is serious. As can be seen from Table 3, in the examples 1 to 3 of the present invention, the decrease in the MI value of black content in 15 days was significant, and the pigmentation of the eyes could be well reduced.
Compared with the example 2, the comparative example 1 does not add the cypress and the valerian, has little difference on the relieving effect of dry eyes, acerbity, itching, swelling and blurred vision, but the MI value of the black content is not obviously reduced; and the comparative examples 2-3 only add the cypress or the valerian to reduce the MI value of the black content on the basis of the comparative example 1, which shows that the cypress and the valerian can play a common role after being added on the basis of the wormwood, the butterflybush flower, the dendrobium and the cassia seed, so that the capillary vessels of eyes can be expanded, qi can be promoted, blood can be promoted, and the circulation of blood and lymph can be promoted.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
