The first driving device 16 is a first telescopic device that is hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically telescopic, a first end of the first telescopic device is fixedly connected to the supporting frame 11, and a second end of the first telescopic device is connected to the first mounting member 22.

Preferably, the supporting frame 11 includes a frame 37 and a protective door 38 hinged to the frame 37 by a hinge, the clamping rotating assembly 12 is fixedly installed on an inner side surface of the protective door 38, and the cutting assembly 17 is installed in the frame 37 at a position opposite to the clamping rotating assembly 12.

The second driving device 19 includes a second expansion device 50 for pushing the second mounting member 32 and the cutting tool 20 to approach the clamping rotating assembly 12, and a third expansion device 51 for pushing the second mounting member 32 and the cutting tool 20 to move away from the clamping rotating assembly 12, the second expansion device 50 is a pressure-controllable second expansion device 50 that is hydraulically, pneumatically, or electrically expandable, a first end of the second expansion device 50 is fixedly connected to the supporting frame 11, a second end of the second expansion device 50 is connected to the second mounting member 32, the third expansion device 51 is a third expansion device 51 that is hydraulically, pneumatically, or electrically expandable, a second end of the third expansion device 51 is fixedly connected to the supporting frame 11, and a first end of the third expansion device 51 is connected to the second mounting member 32.
In other embodiments, the second driving device 19 may be a single telescopic device that drives the second mounting member 32 and the cutting tool 20 to reciprocate.

Preferably, the cutting tool 20 is a T-shaped cutter disc 43, the output shaft of the second driving motor 18 is further provided with a limiting rotary ring 44, the limiting rotary ring 44 is rotatably sleeved on the output shaft of the second driving motor 18 and is used for limiting the cutting depth of the T-shaped cutter disc 43, and the outer diameter of the limiting rotary ring 44 is smaller than the diameter of the T-shaped cutter disc 43.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, a fixing ring 45 for stopping the limit rotating ring 44 is further fixedly disposed on the output shaft of the second driving motor 18 and located inside the limit rotating ring 44.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the stop rotation ring 44 is rotatably interposed between the second mounting member 32 and the T-cutter disc 43.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the cutting tool 20 is a T-cutter disc 43, and an adjustable movable member 46 for limiting the depth of cut of the T-cutter disc 43 is detachably disposed on the side of the second mounting member 32 adjacent to the holding and rotating assembly 12.
When the T-shaped cutter disc 43 cuts into the coconut shell, the adjustable movable part 46 is abutted against the surface of the coconut shell, so that the cutting depth of the T-shaped cutter disc 43 can be limited. Preferably, the thickness of the adjustable moving part 46 can be selected as desired, and the adjustable moving part 46 can be detachably and fixedly mounted on the second mounting part 32.
In a first embodiment of the control method of the coconut egg processing machine 10 of the present invention, the control method comprises the steps of:

In the above embodiment, in the step 200, when the cutting tool 20 performs the transverse circular cutting to open the slot around the middle portion of the coconut shell, a pressure value may be preset, and when the pressure applied to the cutting tool 20 is smaller than the pressure value, the cutting tool is controlled to advance toward the coconut direction; and when the pressure applied to the cutting knife is greater than or equal to the pressure value, controlling the cutting knife to retract.
Further, the control method further comprises the step 300 of: controlling to cut the skin and fiber on the surface of the coconut shell, and removing the hard skin layer and fiber layer on the surface of the coconut shell.
The steps 200 and 300 can be performed simultaneously; alternatively, step 200 is performed prior to step 300.
In the above embodiments, the control method of the coconut egg processing machine 10 is applied to the coconut egg processing machine 10 of the present invention.
Further, a waste box is arranged in the supporting frame 11 below the cutting assembly 17 and used for collecting scraps generated in the coconut shell processing process. Understandably, the waste box can be in a drawer type structure, and can also be directly fixedly connected with a garbage bag and other structural designs.
On the protective door 38, buttons and/or controls are provided for controlling the starting and stopping of the coconut egg processing machine 10, setting pressure values, etc., which is convenient for a user to control. It will be understood that the above-mentioned buttons and/or controls may also be provided, in whole or in part, on the protective casing outside the supporting frame 11, all for the convenience of the user.

A machine for processing coconut eggs, characterized in that it comprises a supporting frame (11), a clamping rotating assembly (12) mounted to said supporting frame (11) for the fixed clamping of the coconut and the driving of the rotation of the coconut, a cutting assembly (17) mounted to said supporting frame (11) so as to be able to approach or leave said clamping rotating assembly (12) and for the cutting of the coconut shells.

The coconut egg processing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping rotating assembly (12) comprises a first clamping member (13), a second clamping member (14) arranged opposite to the first clamping member (13), a first driving motor (15) for driving the first clamping member (13) or the second clamping member (14) to rotate, and a first driving device (16) for driving the first clamping member (13) to move towards or away from the second clamping member (14) or driving the second clamping member (14) to move towards or away from the first clamping member (13).
3. The coconut egg processing machine according to claim 2, wherein the clamping rotating assembly (12) further comprises a first guide (21) fixed to the support frame (11) and a first mounting (22) movable along the first guide (21) for mounting a first drive motor (15), the first clamping member (13) being mounted on an output shaft of the first drive motor (15), the first drive means (16) being adapted to urge the first mounting (22) to move along the first guide (21);
the first guide part (21) comprises a first guide rod (23) and a second guide rod (24) arranged in parallel with the first guide rod (23), a first sliding seat (25) capable of sliding on the first guide rod (23) is arranged on a first side of the first mounting part (22), and a second sliding seat (26) capable of sliding on the second guide rod (24) is arranged on a second side of the first mounting part (22);
the first driving device (16) is a hydraulic, pneumatic or electric telescopic first telescopic device, the first end of the first telescopic device is fixedly connected with the supporting frame (11), and the second end of the first telescopic device is connected with the first mounting part (22).

The coconut egg processing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that said clamping rotating assembly (12) further comprises a first adjusting seat (27) slidably arranged on said first guiding bar (23) and lockable on the first guiding bar (23), a second adjusting seat (28) slidably arranged on said second guiding bar (24) and lockable on the second guiding bar (24), a support (29) fixed on said first adjusting seat (27) and said second adjusting seat (28), said second clamping member (14) being rotatably mounted on said support (29).

The coconut egg processing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said cutting assembly (17) comprises a second drive motor (18), a cutting tool (20) mounted on the output shaft of said second drive motor (18), a second drive means (19) mounted on said support frame (11) for driving said second drive motor (18) and cutting tool (20) to move away from or towards said clamp rotating assembly (12).

The coconut egg processing machine according to claim 5, characterized in that said cutting assembly (17) further comprises a second guide fixed to said support frame (11) and a second mounting (32) movable along said second guide for mounting a second drive motor (18), said second drive means (19) being adapted to push said second mounting (32) along said second guide;
the second guide piece comprises a third guide rod and a fourth guide rod arranged in parallel with the third guide rod, a third sliding seat capable of sliding on the third guide rod is arranged on the first side of the second installation piece (32), and a fourth sliding seat capable of sliding on the fourth guide rod is arranged on the second side of the second installation piece (32);
the second driving device (19) comprises a second telescopic device (50) used for pushing the second mounting part (32) and the cutting tool (20) to be close to the clamping rotating assembly (12) and a third telescopic device (51) used for pushing the second mounting part (32) and the cutting tool (20) to be far away from the clamping rotating assembly (12), the second telescopic device (50) is a hydraulic, pneumatic or electric telescopic pressure-controllable second telescopic device (50), the first end of the second telescopic device (50) is fixedly connected with the supporting frame (11), a second end of the second telescopic device (50) is connected with the second mounting part (32), the third telescopic device (51) is a hydraulic, pneumatic or electric telescopic third telescopic device (51), the second end of the third telescopic device (51) is fixedly connected with the supporting frame (11), the first end of the third telescopic device (51) is connected with the second mounting part (32).

The machine for processing coconut eggs according to claim 6, characterized in that the supporting frame (11) comprises a frame and a guard door hinged to the frame by a hinge, the clamping rotating assembly (12) being fixedly mounted on the inner side of the guard door, the cutting assembly (17) being mounted in the frame at a position opposite to the clamping rotating assembly (12).
8. The machine for processing coconut eggs according to claim 6, characterized in that the output shaft of the second drive motor (18) and the output shaft of the first drive motor (15) are arranged perpendicular to each other;
