Two fixing blocks 75 are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the hooking piece 74 on the support frame 72, cleaning pieces 76 are respectively arranged on the two fixing blocks 75 in a penetrating mode, each cleaning piece 76 comprises a fixing rod 761 penetrating through the fixing block 75, the axis of each fixing rod 761 is perpendicular to the axis of the hooking piece 74, a top plate 762 is fixedly connected to one end of each fixing rod 761, facing the hooking piece 74, of each fixing rod 761, and a pull ring 763 is arranged at one end, far away from the hooking piece 74, of each fixing rod 761.
During operation, firstly, the manual grasping forceps 1 is used for grasping and pulling a cut, then the electric rotary cutter is started to move downwards along the axis of the manual grasping forceps 1, the cutting edge 42 of the rotary cutter 4 is used for cutting the cut, the electric rotary cutter is closed after the cutting is completed, then the manual grasping forceps 1 is driven to move upwards, when the movable forceps head 13 and the fixed forceps head 12 of the manual grasping forceps 1 correspond to the positions of the window 522 and then stop, the movable handles 15 are slowly loosened, the corresponding opening of the movable forceps head 13 is opened, the hooking piece 74 is driven to extend into the window 522, the cut clamped between the movable forceps head 13 and the fixed forceps head 12 is hung on the hook 742, then the hooking piece 74 is pulled out from the window 522, then the cleaning pieces 76 at two sides of the hooking piece 74 are simultaneously driven, the two cleaning pieces 76 are moved towards the hooking piece 74, the hook 742 is clamped between the two top plates 762, and then the hooking piece 74 is pushed forwards, so that the cut is separated from the hook 742; then the next excision work is carried out until the operation is finished.
An elastic layer 77 is arranged on one side of the top plate 762 away from the fixing rod 761, and the elastic layer 77 can be made of cotton, rubber and other materials; after the hooks 742 are clamped between the top plates 762, the elastic layer 77 more fully encapsulates the hooks 742, and applies more comprehensive pressure to the cut objects, so that the cut objects on the hooks 742 can be cleaned more cleanly and smoothly.
